高校纪检法制化建设研究

高校对于一个现代国家的发展起着非常关键的作用。高校纪检法制化要通过法制宣传，提高高校纪检法制观念，建立起一套系统的纪检制度和配套的纪检保障机制，从而实现高校纪检的法制化，为迈向法治化奠定规范基础。     

多学科交叉视野下大学生理想信念教育的有效途径研究

本文以多学科交叉为视野,采用理论与实际相结合的方法,构建大学生理想信念教育的评价体系。在调查问卷的基础上,分析大学生理想信念教育存在的问题,具体提出大学生理想信念教育的有效途径。     

《广绝交论》写作时间的考订及其意义

有关刘孝标《广绝交论》的写作时间，学术界主要有天监七年、天监九年两种观点。考察刘孝标在天监年间的行迹不难发现，天监十一年是刘孝标生平思想变化的重要转折点，以此为界，他由之前的汲汲于仕途功名彻底转向拒弃名利、向往隐逸。这一思想心态的蜕变，是《广绝交论》一文的基本创作前提，该文即作于此年。     

A bibliographic study of public relations in Spanish media and communication journals, 2000–2012

This study analyses the trends and visibility of research on public relations in the most relevant Spanish media and communication journals between the years 2000 and 2012. Bibliometrics and content analysis are used to show the reduced presence of articles on public relations in these publications. A trend towards gender parity in authorship is confirmed in the sample, as well as a plurality of universities and a variety of research themes. The study also proves preference for generic questions rather than for specialised topics. Another finding is that almost one fourth of the specific articles on this discipline do not contain the term “public relations”. This can hint towards the need to have a specific high-impact publication on public relations to bring together and provide visibility to the contributions of researchers in this field.     

立法语言的语体(下)

立法语言是准确表达立法意图、立法目的和体现立法政策的一种专门载体,比一般的语言文字严谨、规范、简洁、通俗、明确。法律文本大到行文成篇,小至遣词用字,都应当予以足够的重视,要求既符合作为法律行业特殊语体的习惯和规则,也要符合国家通用语言文字(普通话)的语法、语义要求。根据我国立法文本的用字和用词、立法语言的口语以及立法语言的外来词等方面的统计、分析和研究,我们发现立法语言具有通用语言文字和特殊行业语言的双重特点,自然也要接受、符合通用语言文字和法律行业语言的双重规范。     

基于分层模型的高校创业教育探析

创业教育作为21世纪现代人的第三本教育护照,已被国人认可和接受.但国内创业教育由于起步较晚,尚处于摸索阶段,因此,通过建立分层模型,进一步阐述创业教育的系统性.     

修正衰减曲线法在低渗气藏动态分析中的应用

摘要：压力是气井和气藏生产动态分析的灵魂，很多动态分析方法都与压力有着直接的联系。然而，由于致密低渗透气藏产量低、压力下降快、关井压力恢复缓慢等生产特征，以及生产方式的限制，在生产过程中很难获得气井或气藏地层压力资料。压降法、产量不稳定分析法和产量递减曲线分析方法是气藏常用的气井生产动态分析方法，但由于地层压力资料缺乏，压降法和产量不稳定分析法也都受到了很大的限制，在衰减递减曲线分析方法的基础上对其进行修正，摆脱了压力资料的限制，通过和压降法对比分析，验证了修正衰减曲线分析方法在生产动态分析中的可靠性。     

重点高校人文社科学报英文编译质量的调查和思考

随机挑选出了国内九所重点高校的人文社科学报开展英文编译质量调查，结果发现这些学报在英文编译方面都存在着不少问题。针对发现的问题，提出了自己的看法。

在现代化进程中,随着公民教育的产生与思想政治教育的转型,加强公民教育成为社会主义民主政治建设的一项基础工程,是现代政治民主化和现代思想政治教育发展的内在必然,也是科学发展观的根本要求。公民教育契合了现代思想政治教育的核心价值,是现代思想政治教育理念创新、内容拓展、功能优化的新思路。     

A Diversity Index for Model Space Selection in the Estimation of Benchmark and Infectious Doses via Model Averaging

In chemical and microbial risk assessments, risk assessors fit dose‐response models to high‐dose data and extrapolate downward to risk levels in the range of 1–10%. Although multiple dose‐response models may be able to fit the data adequately in the experimental range, the estimated effective dose (ED) corresponding to an extremely small risk can be substantially different from model to model. In this respect, model averaging (MA) provides more robustness than a single dose‐response model in the point and interval estimation of an ED. In MA, accounting for both data uncertainty and model uncertainty is crucial, but addressing model uncertainty is not achieved simply by increasing the number of models in a model space. A plausible set of models for MA can be characterized by goodness of fit and diversity surrounding the truth. We propose a diversity index (DI) to balance between these two characteristics in model space selection. It addresses a collective property of a model space rather than individual performance of each model. Tuning parameters in the DI control the size of the model space for MA.
