基于客户感知的移动业务综合评价

移动业务的拓展促进了移动运营商的更好地实施差异化服务。构建了基于客户感知的移动业务评价指标体系,利用模糊综合评价模型建立移动业务的综合评价方法,并通过示例说明该评价方法的实现步骤。     

人民币汇率形成机制改革后的股价和汇率相关性研究

通过协整检定、向量误差修正模型和VEC格兰杰因果检定,使用2005年7月22日~2007年4月27日的日交易数据,实证考察了人民币汇率形成机制改革之后,人民币兑美元汇率与我国国内股价之间的关系。结果发现,人民币兑美元汇率与上证综合指数间存在协整关系,达到了长期均衡;股票价格和汇率间存在着由人民币兑美元汇率到上证综合指数单向的长期和短期因果关系,不存在由上证综合指数到人民币兑美元汇率长期的或者短期的因果关系,人民币兑美元汇率是上证综合指数变化长期的和短期的原因之一。     

能源强度的指数分解分析研究综述

指数分解分析是一个研究能源强度变化及其作用机理的良好分析框架,围绕这一方法,综述了指数分解分析在方法论方面的研究现状及其在能源领域,尤其在能源强度方面的应用研究。将我国学者关于能源强度变化的研究结论划分为3类:技术进步决定论、阶段贡献变化论和分解层次影响论,并指出了指数分解分析在研究能源强度变化机理中的三大缺陷。最后,对未来的研究方向进行了展望。     

中国居民消费价格指数间的关系与选择

居民消费价格是宏观经济监测的重要内容之一,其指数间的关系与选择具有重要意义。通过与国外发达国家的比较,从我国目前价格指数编制和选择使用的现状及存在的问题出发,研究环比、同比和定基价格指数以及环比“折年率”之间的相互转化情况和它们各自在经济监测中的特征。重点研究了基于X-12-ARIMA模型的环比价格指数的季节调整和同比价格指数相对环比价格指数对物价监测的时滞性。同时验证了研究中同比向定基指数转化的合理性。由此对我国居民价格实时监测的指数选择提供政策建议,也为我国价格指数的编制提出建议。

随着石油工业的发展,对埋地管道防腐层的腐蚀程度的判定(失效判定)是修复工程管理的重要组成部分.石油沥青涂层失效的评价指标体系在判定埋地管道防腐层的腐蚀程度中最具代表性.石油沥青涂层失效的评价指标体系主要体现属性综合评价法理论在修复工程管理中的应用,使管理更具有科学性和系统性.

针对传统企业竞争力综合评价的不足,运用系统理论,提出了一套综合评价指标体系,并建立了评价模型,对工业企业竞争力的测定与比较有较强的应用价值。     

设备招标采购的评标方法应用研究

招标采购是一种国际通用的采购方式之一,在招标采购过程中怎样在众多的投标书中进行选择是招标采购成功与否的关键.本文结合设备招标采购中的特点,设计了评标的指标体系,运用层次分析法、价值工程法等方法,构建了一个完整的、实用的设备招标采购评标方法.文中给出了一个应用实例.该方法在企业中已经得到了很好的实际应用,取得了良好的经济效益.     

The natural index and the divisia index on the straight line as well as the divisia index on the exponential line

In earlier papers the Divisia index on the straight line was called natural index. Representing the index problem in the 2n-dimensional quantity-price-space, it is now proposed to call natural index the limit of stepwise products of Laspeyres' , Paasche's or Edgeworth-Marshall s indices, if the steps approximate the straight line between the base point and the observed point. The numerical results of successive finer approximations of the natural index are illustrated by some examples. As expected these approximations converge to the value of the Divisia index on the straight line. The same approximation procedure is applied to the Divisia index on the exponential line.     

Estimation of the process incapability index

Greenwich and Jahr-Schaffrath (1995) introduced a new index C _pp a simple transformation of the index C _pm , which provides an uncontaminated separation between information concerning process accuracy and process precision. Under the assumption of normality, we first show that the estimators of C _pp proposed by Greenwich and Jahr-Schaffrath (1995) are UMVU estimators. We also show that for the inaccuracy index, the variance of the unbiased estimator is smaller than the mean squared error (MSE) of the natural (biased) estimator for n > 3. In addition, we obtain the r-th moment and the probability density function of these estimators.     

Stochastic hydrology: An introduction to wet statistics for dry statisticians

The paper is intended to give non-initiates some idea of the nature of stochastic hydrology. After a brief historical review it concentrates on three recent examples of stochastic modelling procedures that have aroused interest among hydrologists, namely the Hurst Effect, Short-Term Runoff Models, and Stochastic Reservoir Theory.
