结构主义、自然科学与经济学的变革

经济学与自然科学的元素结构具有惊人的相似性。运用结构主义方法,可以改进经济学的基因结构。与生物DNA的基本片段相比较,《资本论》的基因片段尚未健全。由于历史限制,马克思尚未建立起多维对称的基因结构。但《资本论》的基因片段可以自我复制、自我完善。《资本论》基因片段的自我完善,对于建立经济学元素周期率和经济学DNA结构,对于21世纪经济学的变革意义重大。     

STRUCTURED OBSERVATION OF THE DECISION-MAKING ENVIRONMENT: A RELIABILITY AND VALIDITY ASSESSMENT

Information analysts gather and interpret information regarding organizational decision making. One source of information is the physical environment of the decision maker. A system for structured observation of the environment (STROBE) was developed and was used to gather information on administrators and medical directors of regional blood service organizations in the United States and Canada. Our results suggest that the reliability of STROBE is high and validity is acceptable, suggesting that STROBE may be useful in gathering data usually obtained through interviewing or observing behavior of decision makers.     

COMPUTER GRAPHICS AS DECISION AIDS: DIRECTIONS FOR RESEARCH*

Computer-generated graphics are becoming increasingly available to decision makers. Despite claims on the part of vendors that the use of graphics will improve decision speed and quality over traditional methods of data display, the available evidence is far from supportive. Initial studies show graphics to be no more effective in communicating information than tables. Correct interpretation of graphical displays appears to require training, which most users lack. Furthermore, there is evidence that those features that make a graph visually attractive—such as color, design complexity, and realism—may actually detract from accurate comprehension. This paper summarizes the literature dealing with the human use of graphics, develops several propositions based on persistent trends in the literature, and suggests directions for future research.     

古典诗歌意象艺术的若干思考

中国古典诗歌艺术本质上是一种意象经营的艺术,包含着意象思维、意象语言和意象结构三个层面的问题。意象思维的功能在于生成审美意象,它立足于诗人由实际生活中所获取并积淀下来的情意体验,通过"运意成象"和"观物取象"的运作方式,将其转化为诗人的"意中之象"。意象语言的运用为使这一"意中之象"落实于由语言符号承载的诗歌意象,其关键乃在将语言的概念符号性能改造成意象符号,而利用词语之间的张力以发挥语言的暗示与联想作用,是实现这一改造任务的重要途径。至于意象结构的职能则在于组合意象以结撰文本,让诗歌作品形成能体现诗人内在情意结构的有机的意象系统,于是"意核"的设置与"意脉"的连通,便构成其刻意经营的焦点。总体上说,意象艺术三个层面的活动是紧密联系、不可分割的,其共同的结晶便呈现为由"意-象-言"合成的诗歌文本。     

中国证券金融公司：理论依据、角色定位与治理结构

现代证券市场制度效率理论表明,证券金融公司的成立是促进我国融资融券业务发展的客观需要和必然选择,这决定了中国证券金融公司作为转融通的业务主体以及融资融券市场组织者、建设者和推动者这一双重角色。通过考察日本证券金融公司的主要做法,我们认为其成功经验为中国证券金融公司提供了有益的借鉴,也即：在组织架构和治理结构上,建议设立资金证券部、借贷交易部和托管与结算部等类似的业务部门,并增设＂研究部＂之类的专业研究部门,以充分发挥中国证券金融公司市场组织者、建设者和推动者的功能;在风险管理上,建议运用统一的量化风险管理模型来度量信用风险、市场风险、流动性风险、操作风险和技术风险,并采用分散控制和集中管理的方法,尽可能降低和控制中国证券金融公司面临的各种风险。     

上海建设用地现状、情景及集约化研究

当前,上海建设用地规模趋于极限,且具粗放利用特征,结构不尽合理,产出效率较低。其原因主要在于产业结构高度化不够,城市规划理念尚有欠缺,土地使用制度不尽完善。面对土地资源的硬约束,上海要打造服务型和宜居型国际大都市,必须通过转型发展和制度创新来提升土地的集约节约利用水平,通过提升产业能级、优化建设用地结构和城市空间结构、创新土地使用制度、适度控制人口规模等方式来逐步缓解上海建设用地紧张的局面,提升城市宜居水平,保持城市生态和谐,实现上海未来的可持续发展。     

投票市场发展、资本要素积累与产业结构升级——基于中国A股市场的实证研究

首先从要素流动角度就股票市场对产业结构优化升级的推动作用提出相关假设,并从中观和微观上实证检验中国A股市场是否存在推动产业结构优化升级的作用机制。实证结果表明,股票市场规模的扩大有效推动了三次产业和工业产业的结构优化升级,市场流动性的高低对产业结构优化升级存在负向效应,而城市化进程的加快及垂直专业化程度的提高可以降低该种负向效应;战略性新兴产业上市公司经营绩效显著,并在创业板市场上最具成长性,而且行业内资本集中度越低、市场风险越高,越能激励行业内企业上市。据此,在扩大股票市场规模、增强市场流动性、上市资源选择、创业板市场建设等方面提出了相应的政策建议。     

财政信息公开：上海推进透明化政府建设的突破口

推进上海透明化政府建设的关键是政府信息公开,政府信息公开的突破口是财政信息公开。财政信息是政府的核心信息,集中、综合地反映政府的全部活动,是市民最为关心的政府信息。财政信息公开相对简单易行,同时也是反腐败最有力的手段。上海政府信息尤其是财政信息的公开,可分三个阶段确定目标,分步实施。     

论非自愿移民知情权的法治保障

非自愿移民是当代中国移民现象中的主要形式和突出问题。非自愿移民权利的保障与建设和谐社会紧密相关,其中保障非自愿移民的知情权尤为重要。应当通过有效实施《政府信息公开条例》,加强对非自愿移民知情权的法治保障,从而为非自愿移民参与行政决策和行政行为提供可能性。包括健全非自愿移民的信息公告制度,完善非自愿移民信息公开的程序保障和救济机制。     

Using GIS to enhance programs serving emancipated youth leaving foster care

This article describes a GIS prototype designed to assist with the identification and evaluation of housing that is affordable, safe, and effective in supporting the educational goals and parental status of youth transitioning from foster care following emancipation. Spatial analysis was used to identify rental properties based on three inclusion criteria (affordability, proximity to public transportation, and proximity to grocery stores), three exclusion criteria (areas of high crime, prostitution, and sexual predator residence), and three suitability criteria (proximity to health care, mental health care, and youth serving organizations). The results were applied to four different scenarios to test the utility of the model. Of the 145 affordable rental properties, 27 met the criteria for safe and effective housing. Of these, 19 were located near bus routes with direct service to post-secondary education or vocational training programs. Only 6 were considered appropriate to meet the needs of youth who had children of their own. These outcomes highlight the complexities faced by youth when they attempt to find affordable and suitable housing following emancipation. The LEASE prototype demonstrates that spatial analysis can be a useful tool to assist with planning services for youth making the transition to independent living.
