基于企业属性的IT价值多维度研究

目前,业界对于IT为企业所带来的战略价值持有两种观点,一种观点认为,IT已经成为基础设施,是企业的一种纯技术工具,将不再为企业带来竞争优势,企业对于IT只需进行风险管理；另一种观点则认为IT仍然具有战略价值,对于提升企业竞争力仍具有推动作用。本文从组织管理的角度审视IT价值,结合企业特定的内部条件和外部环境探讨了IT带给企业的差异性,从行业、规模、组织结构、管理流程以及企业文化五个企业属性维度分析了IT对企业具有的不同战略价值,认为IT仍然是企业未来发展和提升竞争力的核心动力之一。     

上市公司对外担保行为的股权结构特征解析

我国上市公司对外担保行为在证券市场和金融机构中引发了诸多问题.本文从公司自身角度研究上市公司对外担保的行为.研究发现,公司的控股股东持股比例、流通股比例和国有股比例都会对担保行为的某些特征产生影响,但是控股股东持股比例和流通股比例的影响较为复杂.此外本文还发现,公司的资产规模、负债情况以及盈利能力也会对担保行为产生影响.     

A multiple buyer – supplier relationship in the context of SMEs’ digital supply chain management*

Abstract

By underlining the relevance of the use of ICTs, knowledge sharing and electronic markets for SMEs, it emerges the need for stimulating a debate on digitisation process of supply chain management (SCM). Electronic infrastructure in the service sector are reducing each kind of cost and improving multiply buyer–supplier relationships, facilitating negotiations and transactions. However, since the coordination costs are still high, the use of ICTs is limited. This phenomenon thus attracts the interests of scholars and practitioners. Although it still needs to further investigate. Especially, the optimal use of ICTs within SMEs’ SCM have not been studied yet. Therefore, by leveraging on four proxies: ICTs specialised human resources, knowledge sharing activities, buyer–supplier relationships, adoption of electronic markets this optimal was analysed via structural equation modelling based on a sample of 1254 SMEs operating in the service sector in Italy.

差序礼义：农民环境抗争行动的结构分析及乡土意义解读——沙岗村个案研究

现有关于环境抗争的研究,更偏重于环境抗争行动所处的外部社会环境以及环境抗争的策略、组织等外显特征,对环境抗争行动者遭遇污染后如何在其规范体系中做出反应、形成行动策略的内在结构涉及较少。基于沙岗村案例中村民环境抗争行动的结构分析,发现村民们行动在以“差序礼义”为特征的规范体系内：无论是与污染企业主的对抗,还是通过上访与政府发生互动,村民们做出行动决定时,首先都以其自身与企业主、政府的差序性关系定位为基础,行动策略的决定依据于其规范体系中特定关系所对应的礼义规范。村民环境抗争行动具有其独特的乡土意义。脱离村民经验世界中的规范体系理解村民抗争行动的意义,会造成对村民行动的误解、偏见,不利于环境纠纷的解决。     

Terrorism threat in Belgium: The resilience of Belgian citizens and the protection of governmental reputation by means of communication

In November 2015, the terrorism threat in Belgium confronted both citizens and the government with a situation characterized by high uncertainty. In this context, a national survey was conducted among 805 respondents, with three purposes. First, this case study aimed to explore how Belgians deal with the threat by examining if they change their behavior in public places and seek information about the threat. Second, we investigated why people seek and process information about the terrorism threat based on three determinants, namely their level of involvement with the threat, the expert efficacy of the government, and attitudes towards mass media communication. Finally, this study elaborated on perceived governmental efficacy, researching how governmental reputation is affected through institutional trust and governmental responsibility. The results show that the terrorism threat leads citizens to be more alert in public places and participate less in mass events. Moreover, one fifth stopped traveling by public transport. It was found that Belgian citizens also searched for information several times a day, mostly via traditional media such as television and radio. Furthermore, based on structural equation modelling, we found that information seeking and processing behavior is determined by the cognitive assessment of the risk. This cognitive risk assessment is in turn positively influenced by risk involvement and perceived governmental expert efficacy. However, if the mass media are seen to focus too much on drama and sensationalism then the perception of risk decreases, and this in turn reduces information seeking behavior. In addition, results show that a perception of governmental expert efficacy is able to increase trust and decrease the level of governmental responsibility, which is in turn beneficial for governmental reputation. The implications of these findings are discussed.

从接受美学角度来看,在李安《the life of Pi》这部电影中,接受者将第二个故事作为隐喻解构了第一个故事能指和所指的稳定结构,使得电影中的物和事具有阐释的多样性。在人伦惨剧模式,奇幻漂流模式,斗争生存模式,宗教信仰模式和梦的解析模式,及这几个模式交互作用、互相融合生成的深化主题的新的阐释模式中,物和事具有不同的象征意义。此外,这部电影从三个方面充分应用了期待视野的策略,即一是以译名影响期待视野;二是充分利用期待视野的互文背景;三是以宗教信仰的复调实现期待视野的最大化。由此这部电影取得了辉煌的接受效果。     

政治哲学视野下儒家之“孝”的结构分析——以亚里士多德“好公民”与“好人”理论为线索

"孝"价值在儒家文化中具有举足轻重的地位,儒家之"孝"复杂精微、气象万千,大体包含辩证、层级、程序、主体和客体等物质结构,同时循着亚里士多德"好公民"与"好人"理论的思想线索,还可以勘定"孝"的内在精神结构。通过批判性地省察"孝子",也就是儒家意义上的好儿子的文化政治身位可以发现,从总体上说,好儿子往往不会是一个好父亲,但却会成为一个好公民并进而成为一个好人。在现代性语境下,无论坚持"祛魅"还是"复魅"立场,对"孝"的整全结构的把握都是其基础和必要的工作。

文章将香农的信息论原理与人的主观世界结合,对主观领域定量分析;并利用信息论解释人的认识过程和记忆、遗忘的原因,拓展信息论的应用领域.

本文就绵阳市郊区葡萄品种构成现状作了分析,提出今后葡萄品种合理结构应是以早熟鲜食为主,少量发展抗病性强的欧美杂交种中的中、晚熟鲜食品种。
