关于分割股票市场间信息传递的过程研究

应用结构向量自回归(SVAR)模型对国内外分割市场间的信息传递过程进行了研究,尤其是分析B股的开放和QFII制度的实施对国内市场信息传递过程的影响.研究发现:H股和S&P500指数对A、B股具有显著的收益率溢出效应,反映了国内外市场的融合趋势;QFII制度实施后,A、B股收益率之间的信息传递过程反映了A、B股系统风险的降低;相应地,国内A、B股投机性也在减弱,说明在国外投资者的示范效应下,国内投资者交易理念渐趋成熟,从而进一步反映了国内资本市场的成熟.

Information subsidies and agenda-building during the Israel–Lebanon crisis

This study examined the impact of information subsidies on media coverage during a crisis. Using the July 2006 Israel–Lebanon conflict as a backdrop, this research reviewed access that U.S. military public affairs officers provided the media and analyzed subsequent coverage for the presence of the military's message. Coverage was more neutral to positive than negative. Items containing organizational messages were more positive; those quoting practitioner-facilitated sources introduced organizational messages into coverage and generated more positive coverage. Access to information subsidies had a positive impact on coverage and aided in the successful transfer of attribute salience from practitioners to the media.     

Intercandidate agenda-setting in presidential elections: Issue and attribute agendas in the 2004 campaign

This study examined the role of political public relations in the process of intercandidate agenda-setting. Specifically, a content analysis of news releases, political speeches, and issue platform statements was conducted to assess the salience of issues and attributes in the 2004 presidential election from the Bush, Kerry, and Nader campaigns. While modest evidence for intercandidate agenda-setting associations regarding issue salience was obtained, more robust support was detected for attribute salience relationships. In light of these findings, the theoretical and practical implications for political public relations are discussed.     

基于目标管理的政府部门评价研究——对某市财政局的个案分析

以"工作责任制"为特征的目标管理是我国政府部门行政改革的重要方面。由于政府部门的职责、任务和功能的差异性,使其目标具有多样性和复杂性,而如何利用目标管理对部门进行年度考核,使考核结果能够准确的反映部门的业绩,并且具有可比性成为部门考核的关键。基于目标管理的政府部门考核指标体系共有四部分组成:业务目标、公共责任目标、社会评价、工作创新创优目标。考虑到政府部门考核中的指标值的难度量性和部门职能的差异性,主要采用修订的模糊评价方法。     

论我国现行缺陷产品召回制度

我国有关缺陷产品召回制度的法律规范或者原则性较强缺乏可操作性,或者位阶较低不具有广泛性,或者针对特定产品适用面较窄.所以,我们应借鉴发达国家的先进经验制定有关缺陷产品召回制度的基本法律和针对特定行业的特别法律,同时建立明确的缺陷产品召回管理体系,以形成保护消费者、维护市场安全与稳定的健全的法律制度和运行机制.

随着计算机技术和信息技术的发展开始应用到诸多领域,现在最为热门的是智能代理技术在电子商务信息服务中的应用。本文首先从理论上阐述了智能代理技术的定义、特点、应用结构以及应用领域,归纳了其在电子商务信息服务中的应用层面和应用架构,然后重点对两个应用智能代理技术来提供信息服务的电子商务网站进行详尽的比较分析和研究,最后评价了电子商务信息服务中引入智能代理技术后出现的相关问题,并提出了部分改进意见。

For population growth models, which include standard processes like Poisson, birth, birth-death, immigration-death, simple epidemic and M/M/1 queue as particular cases, we obtain efficient sequential schemes and characterize all efficiently estimable functions of the parameters by first deriving a sequential version of the information inequality.
