关于农业高校加强创新教育的思考

创新教育是知识经济时代高等教育的核心 ,加入WTO后我国农业的发展将比以往任何时候更加依赖科技创新和创新教育。农业高校要更新教育观念 ,改革教学方法和考核方法 ,把教师的主导作用和学生的主体地位有机结合起来 ,加强对学生创新精神和创新能力的培养。     

“转型发展”背景下机械类应用型人才培养模式研究

以“质量工程”建设为契机,围绕师资队伍建设、教学环境建设、科学研究方向、模块化课程设置、考试方式改革、工程实践训练、毕业论文等方面探索机械类应用型人才培养模式。在人才培养过程中,要强化设计制造技术的培养特色,突出学生综合运用知识能力和创新能力培养,以双师型师资队伍建设为保障,促进应用、创新、复合型高素质应用型人才的培养。

Abstract

It will soon be rare for research-based institutions not to have a digital repository. The main reason for a repository is to maximize the visibility of the institution’s research outputs (provide Open Access), yet few contain a representative proportion of the research produced by their institutions. Repositories form one part of the institution’s Web platform. An explicit, mandatory policy on the use of the repository for collecting outputs is needed in every institution so that the full research record is collected. Once full, a repository is a tool that enables senior management in research institutions to collate and assess research, to market their institution, to facilitate new forms of scholarship, and to enable the tools that will produce new knowledge.     

Predictors of Capacity-Building Needs Among Nongovernmental Organizations in Sub-Saharan Africa

Nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) play important roles in social development in the Global South. However, little evidence exists concerning NGOs’ capacity-building needs. We sought to understand organizational and network factors that explain capacity-building needs. Using an online survey of 282 NGOs in Ghana, Kenya, and Nigeria, we found high levels of capacity-building need, particularly concerning resource development. Using multivariate analyses, we found greater staff size predicted less overall capacity-building need based on a 15-item index (α = .88). Examining individual capacities, receiving at least half of funding from international sources and prior capacity-building assistance were consistent predictors of lower odds of capacity-building need.     

创新试点政策能够引领企业创新吗?———来自国家创新型试点城市的微观证据

本文在理论分析的基础上,以国家创新型试点城市设立为“准自然实验”,采用2005-2016年沪深两市A 股上市公司为样本,利用双重差分法检验了国家创新型城市试点政策对企业创新的影响。研究结果表明:国家创新型城市试点政策显著提高了企业创新水平,并且所得结论经过一系列的稳健性检验依然成立。试点政策不存在时滞效应,且具有持续的促进作用,但因企业规模、技术水平、控股性质和城市规模不同存在显著差异,具体表现为创新试点政策对于中小规模企业、高新技术企业、民营控股企业和大城市企业的创新具有显著的促进作用。作用机制检验表明,创新型城市试点政策主要通过政府财政补贴、提高企业集聚程度、降低制度交易成本作用于企业创新。本文的研究为合理评估国家创新型城市试点政策效应提供了微观证据以及进一步推进企业创新有着重要的政策启示意义。

创新学习作为一种学习方式,已经对我国研究生的学习生活产生重要影响。新时期研究生的创新学习既有其必要性,又有其可能性。而创新学习的实现也需要我们做深入的分析。

当前,我们的哲学教育特别重视哲学方面的知识教育,特别是强调对马克思主义哲学原理和哲学史知识层面的掌握。这使我们的哲学教育变为标准化的程式和教条化的传授,这一教育方式违背了哲学的本质,使那些思考的心灵充满了强烈的挫败感和失落感,严重制约着哲学教育的顺利进行。为了使我们的哲学教育摆脱上述困境,实施创新教育势在必行。

基本理论是科学赖以建构的最核心的理论范式,在这一部分所发生的变革往往会形成通常意义的科学革命。相对于科学发展的常规性和非常规性（革命性）两个阶段,存在着常规性和非常规性两种不同性质的科学研究活动过程,以及保守性和创新性两种不同的研究态度。创新性的研究态度要求科学家们要具有理性怀疑的科学批判精神。科学在自我批判中进化的性质要求造就更多的具有创新精神的科学家。

本文利用可拓学的基元理论,探讨了事元的可拓性与可拓变换在培养学生的数学创新性思维能力上的应用,探讨了"问韪解决"策略集的生成方法。     

From passive assistance to capacity building: assessing the Child Development Fund in Hong Kong

Poverty was not a major issue in Hong Kong before the 1990s. After the Asian financial crisis, the government admitted that poverty was growing and demanded attention. While passive assistance was maintained, increasing emphasis was placed on capacity building to promote self-reliance. The Child Development Fund was introduced to combat intergenerational poverty by developing children's capacity and assets, especially through mentorship. On the basis of published data and interviews with social workers, the project should be considered a success, but it was not without problems. The contribution of social workers to the project was significant but received little government recognition.
