表宋风,兴蜀学--刘咸炘重修《宋史》简论

近代学者刘咸炘立意重修<宋史>,目的有二,一是表彰"宋学",二是中兴"蜀学".他之所谓宋学,主要是指浙东学术为代表的经世致用一派的史学传统.刘氏认为,宋代蜀中史学大盛,元后而衰,清末民初"宋风"渐为复兴,重修<宋史>正得其时.     

新疆民考民大学生英语自主学习情况调查分析

文章通过摸底实验、问卷调查和访谈形式,对少数民族大学生的英语自主学习情况和思想动态做了一次全面调查。发现民考民大学生的英语自主学习情况不尽人意。民考民大学生在进行英语自主学习时,对老师能给予合适的帮助的期望值较高。认为民考民大学生的英语自主学习效果与教师的有效教学和指导紧密相关,自主学习应是教师与学生共同操作和完成的过程,是一个合作体,离开教师的有效教学和指导的自主学习只会使教与学步入困境,导致无效学习。     

基于 BCL 理论的英语“三维一体”教学模式研究

基于混合式协作学习（ BCL）理论的“三维一体”大学英语教学模式以自主学习平台、互联网和微信通讯软件为技术支撑,通过利用传统面对面协作学习（ F2FCL）和计算机网络协作学习（ CSCL）优势互补,将学生的英语学习从课内延伸到课外,促进学生英语综合能力的提高。经过一个学年基于BCL理论的“三维一体”教学模式的实践,研究表明,该模式有助于提高课堂学习的效率与效果,满足学生个性化英语学习,促进学生英语学习成绩的提高。     

顾客导向和创新导向对企业绩效的影响机制研究

在市场导向相关研究的基础上.本文探索了顾客导向(Customer Orientation)以及创新导向(Innovation Orientation)经由组织学习(Organizational Learning)对公司绩效(Firm Performance)的影响.通过对欧洲的390家制造企业的调查.发现顾客导向和创新导向都对组织学习产生正向影响,组织学习提高了公司的新产品绩效(New Product Performance).最终提升了公司绩效.最后,文章讨论了本研究的理论和实践意义,以及未来的研究方向.     

Cold wars and hot issues: management of responsibilities

This paper provides a review of the Ninth International Conference of the Academy of Human Resource Development (Asia Chapter) that took place in Shanghai, China on 11–14 November 2010. In addition to providing a brief review of the pre-conference workshops and keynote addresses, this paper presents the outcomes of the conference using four main themes: (1) corporate training; (2) the development of key personnel; (3) career development and work-life balance; and (4) organizational learning and learning organization. In conclusion, the authors share their thoughts on the contributions of international conferences to the field of human resource development.     

The impact of learning opportunities and decision authority on occupational health

In an investigation of 418 employees in the Norwegian Postal Service, employees with high learning opportunities and high decision authority were found to be better off on psychological functioning, health and organizational outcome variables than employees with low scores on these variables. Decision authority and learning opportunities had specific and independent impact on subjective health, psychological functioning, coping style and organizational outcome variables. There were, however, also interaction effects between demands, learning opportunities, and decision authority on subjective health. Learning opportunities and decision authority were operationalized with a questionnaire, supplemented with questions on the opportunities to learn skills beyond the present job situation. It is suggested that this is a particularly important dimension for coping with the present day rapid changes in working life, where the objective for many workers will be to broaden their repertoire and competence to increase their flexibility in the labour market.     

新疆非英语专业大学生英语学习动机调查——以新疆非英语专业维吾尔族和汉族大学生为例

文章主要研究新疆非英语专业维吾尔族大学生的学习动机类型及其成因，并将其与汉族大学生的学习动机类型及成因进行对照。结果表明新疆非英语专业维吾尔族大学生具有与汉族大学生同样的动机类型，主要属于工具型动机和内在动机，但也有一部分学生是个人发展动机。此外，他们的自身英语水平对其学习动机具有显著影响。     

和谐社会条件下的三元和谐英语教学

和谐是当今社会的主旋律之一。本文提出了三元和谐英语教学理念，分析了三元与英语教学之间的内在关系，对于英语教学的改革以及高校的和谐稳定具有一定的借鉴意义。     

Duality of the improved algebraic method (DIAM)

In this note we present a variant of the improved algebraic method (IAM) using a duality analysis to solve linear programming (LP) problems where more insights to the method are presented. When the coordinates of all vertices are computed, any feasible point can be expressed as a linear combination of the vertices. The objective function is expressed as a weighted sum of its evaluation at the feasible vertices and the optimal point is associated with the highest/lowest coefficient of the weighted sum.     

Manufacturing management strategies for environmental protection: Toward the environmental upgrading of management and manufacturing systems to cope with environmental laws

Recent environmental problems have been caused by business activities and a lifestyle based on mass production, mass consumption and mass disposal. These problems have also become global in scale. Increasingly, global efforts are being applied to preserve and improve the environment. NEC, a worldwide electronics manufacturer, created its own environment action plan called Eco-Action 21. This is a continuously evolving plan applied throughout the NEC group and subsidiaries. Globally, 34 NEC manufacturing sites have received ISO 14001 certification. NEC Tohoku in Japan and NEC Ireland obtained BS 7750 certification even before this. NEC improves subcontractors' environmental behaviour with our accumulated expertize and technology derived from our ISO experience and our own development. Input for this paper was not only from NEC Tohoku and the NEC group, but also from outside NEC.
