综合治理出生性别比偏高工作的考核评估——基于6省24县市区的调研分析

通过对全国6个省24个县市区综合治理出生性别比考核评估工作进展情况的实地调研发现,针对考核评估,各地已经建立起了统计监测和考核评估制度,还对考核方案进行了内容指标、保障机制、考核方式方面的创新性改进。同时也发现,国家级和省、市级的考核评估方案还存在顶层设计、目标任务、数据依据、考核指标设计等不符合实际的问题。据此提出了完善考核指标体系、改进考核工作机制、创新考核方式方法、提高考核实际效果四项建议。     

基于小组合作学习的任务型教学法的教学应用——以“综合英语”课程为实例的教学研究

在大学英语的综合英语课程教学中,运用基于小组合作学习的任务型教学主要可以通过三个任务阶段进行设计和实施,每个阶段可以设计多样的小组活动,以调动学生学习的积极性,从而促进任务时效性的实现,提高大学英语课堂的教学质量。通过分析大学中综合英语课程中单元实际课堂教学任务的设计理念,演示了基于小组合作的任务型教学在课堂教学中的实施方法,证明了此教学方法在大学英语课堂中的显著效果。     

A simulation-based dynamic operator assignment strategy considering machine interference - a case study on integrated circuit chip moulding operations

A simulation-based dynamic operator assignment strategy is proposed considering machine interference in solving an integrated circuit moulding operation problem. The strategy iteratively solves a floating manpower operator-assignment problem between simulation-based diagnostic study and operator assignment decision. Given current-state information, it provides a means for system performance evaluation. It searches a satisfactory solution for both cycle time and service level performances by using floating manpower method. A structured experimental design is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology. Empirical results show promise for the proposed methodology in solving a practical application. Finally, the system implementation constraints from both hardware and management problems are addressed.

略论英语专业学生研究能力培养与课程实践

在建构主义教学观的指导下,以培养研究能力为教学目标,在＂综合英语＂课程中对151名英语专业学生开展研究性教学实践,并通过问卷调查和访谈探索教学效果。研究发现,研究性教学模式可以有效增强学生的＂问题意识＂,提高学生获取专业知识的能力和逻辑论证能力,使学生掌握社会科学研究方法,从而达到提升学生研究能力的培养效果。     

Unit Root Tests under Time-Varying Variances

The paper provides a general framework for investigating the effects of permanent changes in the variance of the errors of an autoregressive process on unit root tests. Such a framework - which is based on a novel asymptotic theory for integrated and near integrated processes with heteroskedastic errors - allows to evaluate how the variance dynamics affect the size and the power function of unit root tests. Contrary to previous studies, it is shown that non-constant variances can both inflate and deflate the rejection frequency of the commonly used unit root tests, both under the null and under the alternative, with early negative and late positive variance changes having the strongest impact on size and power. It is also shown that shifts smoothed across the sample have smaller impacts than shifts occurring as a single abrupt jump, while periodic variances have a negligible effect even when a small number of cycles take place over a given sample. Finally, it is proved that the locally best invariant (LBI) test of a unit root against level stationarity is robust to heteroskedasticity of any form under the null hypothesis.     

基于D类放大器的外置式DBS的驱动电路设计

以DBS的治疗参数为依据,设计了外置式DBS的驱动电路。以单片机MSP430的PWM输出作为信号源,来控制D类放大器的开关,D类放大器的双端输出用以驱动初级线圈。通过实验可在模拟负载两端获得有效的单极性刺激脉冲,此脉冲会随着信号源的频率,占空比等参数的变化发生相应的变化,并且得到了3%的传输效率,证明了D类放大器用于外置式DBS的驱动电路的可行性。

Zusammenfassung  Bei inhabergeführten Unternehmen besteht eine enge Verknüpfung zwischen privaten und gesch?ftlichen Finanzen. Die isolierte Betrachtung eines der beiden Bereiche führt notwendigerweise zu Fehlsteuerungen. Als Gegenma?nahme muss das Risikomanagement das Zusammenspiel der gesch?ftlichen und privaten Seite des Unternehmens vollst?ndig abbilden. Neben dem Eigenkapital als verm?gensbildender Substanz ist dabei vor allem die private und gesch?ftliche Risikosituation des Unternehmers von zentraler Bedeutung. Die zwischen beiden Bereichen auftretenden Interdependenzen begründen die Notwendigkeit eines ganzheitlichen Risikomanagements. Es zeigt sich, dass neben dem Schutz des Privatverm?gens die integrierte Beratung durch Finanzinstitute von entscheidender Bedeutung bei der Schlie?ung der Lücke in der Eigenkapitalausstattung von Mittelst?ndlern ist.

Summary  In owner-managed companies, there usually is a strong connection between private finances and those relating to business. Consequently risk management has to take into full consideration the interaction of private and business matters. Therefore not only equity in its function as risk capital but also the private and business risk situation of the entrepreneur become subjects of major importance. The interdependencies between both problem sets establish the necessity of an integrated risk management. Apart from the protection of private capital the integrated consultation by financial institutions is of crucial importance when it comes to closing the existing gap in the equity endowment of medium-sized businesses.
