论集成电路布图设计保护法的特点

2001年4月2日,我国颁布《集成电路布图设计保护条例》。集成电路布图设计保护法作为一个独立的知识产权法律部门,它有自己本质的特点。首先,集成电路布图设计保护法有自己的保护对象。集成电路布图设计保护法所保护的不是集成电路产品,而是集成电路中的布图设计这一无形财产。其次,集成电路布图设计保护法有独特的保护条件,集成电路保护法并不保护所有的布图设计,得到法律保护的布图设计,必须具备以下条件:1.布图设计必须具有独创性;2.布图设计必须具有客现表现形式和可复制性;3.布图设计必须登记。再次,集成电路布图设计保护法有独特的权利保护期。     

Re-branding the NHL: Building the league through the “My NHL” integrated marketing campaign

This article is a case study examining promotional efforts undertaken by the National Hockey League (NHL) via integrated marketing initiatives launched during the 2005–2006 season. Following the 2004–2005 season player lockout², the NHL worked to promote itself to both fervent and casual fans. By briefly assessing past marketing efforts and the dwindling popularity of the league in recent years, the article provides a fuller picture of how professional hockey was marketed in North America when the NHL returned to play. The focus is on “My NHL” and the league's re-branding efforts as part of its new integrated communications plan. This research reveals that in its attempts to revive the sport the NHL has done a better job than with past efforts, however the current campaign must be aggressively maintained in order to successfully re-brand the league.     

Design and implementation of an integrated production planning system for a pharmaceutical manufacturing concern in India

SmithKline Beecham (SBPI) is a major player in the Indian pharmaceutical industry. Though relatively small in terms of turnover, it has performed Pharmaceuticals (India) exceptionally well in terms ofprofitability and growth rate. The firm has substantial cash reserves. However, the firm operates in 'mass production' mode at present, with the established finished goods inventory norms being in the range of 1 to 1.5 months. Competitive pressure on the firm is now forcing it to move towards world class manufacturing and the application of concepts from MRP II, JIT and OPT is under consideration. This paper describes the considerations that went into the justification, design and implementation of an integrated production planning and control system in this situaion.

Estimating systems of trending variables

A survey is given of some results on inference in cointegrated systems. We discuss some regression methods, and contrast them with the analysis of the vector autoregressive model. We discuss determination of cointegrating rank and estimation of parameters, as well as asymptotic inference. The problems are treated for 1(1) and for 1(2) variables.     

深亚微米MOS器件模型BSIM2及其参数提取

详细分析了适用于ＶＬＳＩ／ＵＬＳＩ设计的深亚微米ＢＳＩＭ２ＭＯＳ器件模型，并在深入讨论短沟道ＭＯＳ器件物理效应的基础上，对沟道长１μｍ栅氧化层厚度２５ｎｍ的ｎＭＯＳＦＥＴ进行了测试和ＢＳＩＭ２模型参数的提取，且对结果进行了分析和讨论。结果表明，ＢＳＩＭ２具有精确、参数易提取、计算速度快的特点，是ＶＬＳＩ／ＵＬＳＩ模拟设计的重要工具之一。
