建立在De Bruijn图架构上的三维片上网络设计

提出一种基于De Bruijn图的新型三维片上网络架构方式,利用De Bruijn图直径短、路由简单及容错等特性,实现三维片上网络水平面网络和虚平面网络相结合的分层架构与容错路由算法。利用仿真,在均匀流量和热点流量模型下将该架构与传统架构进行仿真与性能比较,结果表明,与传统的3D_Mesh、XNoTs等架构相比,基于De Bruijn图的三维片上网络架构方式具有较小的网络平均延时与良好的可扩展性。     

Integrated Substance Abuse and Child Welfare Services for Women: A Progress Review

A review of empirical literature reveals improvements in service utilization and outcomes for women when substance abuse and child welfare services are integrated. The increased use of substances by women involved in the child welfare system has resulted in a call for integrated, coordinated, evidence-based practices. Since the late 1990s, specific system- and service-level strategies have been developed to coordinate and integrate the provision of substance abuse and child welfare services such that women are remaining in treatment longer and are more likely to reduce substance use and be reunited with their children. The strategies reviewed provide useful guidelines for developing components of effective, evidence-based programs for substance-involved women in the child welfare system.     

灵敏度分析和SVM诊断模拟电路故障的方法

针对低可测性模拟电路中存在的模糊组问题,提出了一种模拟电路故障诊断的新方法。该方法首先计算被测电路网络传递函数零极点的灵敏度,利用零极点灵敏度提供的信息来对被测电路进行模糊组的划分,组成可诊断的元件集,并引入了支持向量机完成对故障的分类识别。零极点的灵敏度分析确定了被测电路可诊断的元件组,支持向量机结构简单、泛化能力强,实验结果证明了基于灵敏度分析和支持向量模拟电路故障诊断方法的有效性,故障诊断率大于99%。     

论环境公平视野下农村环境污染治理的对策

近年来,环境公平问题在农村社会凸显,严重威胁着农村社会的环境安全和农村环境污染的治理。城乡环境不公更成为农村环境污染治理的重要制约因素。农村居民在环境资源的分配使用、环境污染后果的承担等方面都明显处于不公平的境遇。因此应当结合环境公平理论的新要求以环境公平为基本理念构建新的农村环境污染治理政策,实现城乡环境经济的一体化发展。     

企业一套表与可扩展商业报告语言的比较研究

本文主要研究国家统计局正在试点推行的“企业一套表”与财政部主导推广的可扩展商业报告语言之间的异同点,通过对比研究发现两者在规范数据格式、优化数据加工流程、实现数据共享、推动信息化建设上具有很多相似之处,同时又具有各自的特点。此外,文章还分析了两者在我国工作实践中推广速度差异较大的原因。最后,提出了两者相互融合,共同促进的工作思路和建议。     

国际合作计划生育结合项目效果初探—以居民意识问卷调查结果为依据

根据计划生育结合项目 3个周期居民意识问卷调查结果 ,对 90年代以来的结合项目实施效果进行了分析。通过和对照乡镇的对比可以看出 :项目乡镇在计划生育、妇幼保健、寄生虫预防、健康教育等几个方面都有较大的变化 ,项目获得了预期的效果 ,对当地的计划生育工作有很大的促进作用     

An integrated production and inventory model for a whole manufacturing supply chain involving reverse logistics with finite horizon period

This paper proposes a model and solution method for coordinating integrated production and inventory cycles in a whole manufacturing supply chain involving reverse logistics for multiple items with finite horizon period. A whole manufacturing supply chain involving reverse logistic consists of tier-2 suppliers supplying raw materials to tier-1 suppliers, tier-1 suppliers producing parts, a manufacturer which manufactures and assembles parts from tier-1 suppliers into finished products, distributors distributing finished products to retailers, retailers selling products to end customers and a third party which collects the used finished products from end customers, dissembles collected products into parts, and feed the parts back to the supply chain. In this system, we consider a finite horizon period. A mathematical model for representing the behaviors of the system is developed. Solution methods based on decentralized and a combination of decentralized and centralized decision making process, referred to as the semi-centralized decision making process, are proposed to solve the model while the centralized decision making process is solved by a mixed integer nonlinear programming method. A numerical example is used to demonstrate the model and the solutions based on the three types of the coordination.

电流模式神经网络分类器的CMOS实现技术

运用电流模式技术，以Ｈａｍｍｉｎｇ神经网络为基本模型，进行了二值模式的最优的最小误差分类器设计实现。给出了全电流模式胜者为王（ＷＴＡ）子网和模式间匹配值计算子网的ＣＭＯＳ实现电路，计算机仿真与理论结果相吻合。该分类器很好地模拟了生物神经网络中的侧抑制作用，所得电路结构简单，适合用标准ＶＬＳＩ工艺集成，有其应用价值。     

线性电路的两个性质及其应用

本文提出了两个线性电路的性质,一个是利用变换受控源控制变量的方法,将受控源的输出特性改造成支路特性的形式,这样,受控源可用一条含源支路等效代替,另一个是支路移位的概念,按照这一概念,在电路中可以断开任一支路,或者,将两个回路间的公共支路一劈为二,而不改变电路的工作状态。掌握了上述的电路性质为分析电路增添了可供选择的方法。
