论证券市场国际化及其法律调整

证券市场国际化是金融乃至经济全球化的一个重要组成部分 ,并且是大势所趋。但现行国内证券市场运作系统的法律机制却不适应这一潮流的发展 ,现行国际法律机制对证券市场国际化也是障碍重重。为了更好地适应并促进证券市场国际化 ,签订统一的实体国际证券公约已势在必行。此项公约 ,就宏观而言 ,首先应明确其宗旨是 :最大限度地保护中小投资者的利益和最大限度地维持证券市场运行效率 ;其次是统合各国证券法规和政策的实体规范。就微观而言 ,公约的重点应放在统一各国或地区有关证券立法和证券监管方面     

上海留学生教育的实证研究

随着中国融入国际社会程度的加深,留学生也逐渐成为中国教育系统的重要成员。上海作为中国最国际化的大都市,吸引着越来越多的留学生。大力发展来沪留学生教育,不仅可以推动上海城市人口构成的国际化,可以推动上海城市人口素质的国际化,而且可以增强我国学生国际交往和国际竞争的能力。留学生教育质量的好坏直接影响着世界对中国高等教育竞争力的评价。由于理念的不同,市场经济发达的国家往往将教育质量的检验交由市场进行,我国则更倾向于由政府通过若干个硬性指标完成教育质量的评估。因此,应关注留学生的核心诉求点,打造教育质量管理体系。     

在华外国商会及其政治参与

在华外国商会建立了广泛的国际国内社会网络,它们参与了中国立法机关、行政机关、司法机关的一些活动。它们的政治参与表现在:对中国政府的政策施加影响、监督政府、为中国利益游说母国政府、增大法院的压力,等等。在这些外国商会的政治参与中,展现出中国政府过程"压力政治国际化"的一面。     

语言服务视角下城市国际语言环境建设研究

城市的国际化离不开城市国际语言环境的支持。基于语言服务战略视角,从中国城市国际化进程中文化软实力建设的需求角度来看,当前中国城市国际语言环境建设还存在很多问题,制定国际语言环境建设规划、构建多语言服务体系、培养语言服务志愿者、促进城市语言服务规范化,成为我国城市国际化语言环境建设的当务之急。     

Home country institutions and exports of firms in transition economies: Does innovation matter?

We draw on institutional theory and the resource-based view to analyze the relation between home-country governance imperfections and the export intensity of firms in transition economies, including an examination of the moderating role of innovation. We propose that greater governance imperfections result in lower export intensity and that innovation mitigates the constraints of operating with weak home-country institutions. Analyses of panel data from the Business Environment and Enterprise Performance Survey (BEEPS) on firms from transition economies provide support for our arguments. Our findings allow us to conclude that although firms from transition economies face difficulties to export due to the regulatory constraints of their home countries, a strategy based on innovation represents a viable way of overcoming these limitations.

随着中医药学的独特魅力越来越受到医学界的关注,中医的传播显得尤为重要。中医要进入国际医药主流市场,外向型人才队伍是不可或缺的桥梁。找准存在问题是中医高校外向型人才培养的前提与基础,转变教学理念是加强中医外向型人才培养的关键,构建合理的知识模块是加强中医院校外向型人才培养的着力点。所以外向型人才培养的科学方法是医学专业知识的传承与英语教学的有机结合。     

人民币国际化推进路径及其对上海的意义

人民币国际化成功推进的标志是国际市场计价份额的提高，而不是央行储备资产份额的多少。前者帮助中国一劳永逸地避免汇率风险，后者只是让其他国家分享中国的高成长。人民币国际化应采取前期稳健创造需求、后期激进释放供给的推进策略。当前应快速推进（美元与人民币双币种）资本输出，强化海外商业存在；加快金融转型，促进本土资本市场规范而有深度的发展；并从亚洲着手推动国际汇率和短期资本流动的管理。其仿真预测分析结果是2025年人民币国际化程度有可能接近欧元水平。这对上海的意义是：未来5～10年应加强资本市场的基础制度建设，健全为实体经济服务的功能与效率；债券市场发展可有重大突破；涉外现代服务业需要加快发展。     

Governance structure and internationalization of family-controlled firms: The mediating role of international entrepreneurial orientation

Stemming from resource dependence theory this article investigates the mediating role of international entrepreneurial orientation on the relationship between the involvement of non-family members in the firms' governance structure and both pace of internationalization and international performance of family firms. Relying on a sample of 113 German family firms, the theoretical model proposed in the study is tested via structural equation modeling techniques. Our findings suggest that a high involvement of non-family members in governance structure has a positive impact on family firms' pace of internationalization, and that this relationship is mediated by the international entrepreneurial orientation of the firm. The discussion section offers implications for family business and international entrepreneurship literature, as well as practical implications.     

SMEs' formation of minority international joint ventures and level of internationalization: The moderating role of a global versus regional focus

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between the number of minority international joint ventures (MIJVs) formed and the level of internationalization attained in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). We argue that this is an inverted U-shaped relationship that is negatively moderated by a global (versus regional) focus. We test our hypotheses on a comprehensive sample of Spanish manufacturing SMEs from 2006 to 2013. Whereas our empirical analysis does not provide enough support for a curvilinear relationship, the results we obtained show a positive linear association between SMEs' number of MIJVs and internationalization and corroborate the negative moderation of a global focus. Thus, this study enhances our understanding of the specific impact of an internationalization strategy based on the formation of MIJVs in the context of SMEs. Moreover, it emphasizes the importance of considering contingencies at the regional frontier to understand the effect of SMEs' foreign expansion strategies.
