我国农村信息化平台建设架构研究

农村信息化建设是推进传统农业向现代农业演进的必要条件,探讨农村信息化平台建设架构有着重要的意义。综合分析了农村信息化建设的需求、存在的问题,提出了政府组织协调、运营商建设的农村信息化建设模式,设计了一体化的农村信息化平台建设架构。平台建设架构上分省、市、县三级部署,形成“四层级两保障”门户结构。综合平台体系结构灵活、部署方便,能有效地解决农村信息化数据采集、数据共享的困难,人机交互人性化程度不高,用户使用不便,缺乏持续发展的有效运营机制等问题。     

论网络聊天的消极礼貌策略

按照Brown和Levinson的理论,面子是一个人在公众面前想要维护的自我形象。在交际过程中,人们要彼此维护对方的面子才能确保交际的成功,网络聊天也不例外。文章通过对所搜集到的88个网络聊天活动中187个消极礼貌策略的运用进行了调查研究,重点分析了消极礼貌策略的5种主要语言体现形式及其特点。     

网络互动新闻思想政治教育载体化的基本原则

网络互动新闻是指以计算机网络技术的应用为基础,以网络媒体交互平台为依托,以新闻传受双方及受众之间的网际互动所产生的信息为主要内容的一种新闻传播形态。它具有不同于传统媒介新闻的诸多特征。实现网络互动新闻思想政治教育载体化应当坚持主导性与多样性相结合、疏导与规范相结合、隐性教育与显性教育相结合以及教育引导的综合性原则。

网络群体极化的发生是由网络环境下群体行为的心理特征、沉默的螺旋及网络中无处不在的信息过滤与茧房共同造成的。大学生作为使用网络的主力军,在信息的选择和接收上也更容易走向极端。大学生网络群体极化的主要表现为网络环境下的从众心理、简单化思维、长时间沉湎于劣质信息的茧房。大学生网络群体极化的防治要靠培育学生的责任意识、思政工作者的正确引导及政府对网络的监管共同发挥作用。

对大学生网络情感社会化及大学生网络情感社会化的过度进行了内涵界定,从情感社会学的理论视角出发,对现实生活中的大学生网络情感社会化过度现象进行了理论解析,并探讨提出文化阵地、法律制度、意识形态、个性情感、思想观念等五方面的对策建议。     

The limits of planning in China: equalizing basic education through the Internet

Planning, in its reinvented form, is an important tool for government macro-steering, but the role of the Internet in planning has been overlooked by researchers. Educational reforms are illustrative of the planning processes that characterize policy-making in China. Through a case study of educational policy in Qingbaijiang District in Chengdu, this paper examines how the Internet changes the limits of planning in educational equalization. The trial-site status of the district allows us to see how pragmatic adaptation of the new technology works on the ground, enabling an overall improvement in quality. However, at the same time, this strengthens elite schools, thus, paradoxically, creating inequality on a different level. Hence, this is a unique case to understand the limits of planning in China, and the key implication for research is that the Internet – and indeed techno-science as a social order – should be included in future analyses of planning.     

The Security of Gambling and Gambling with Security: A Rejoinder

Social media has become an established tool to engage and maintain customer loyalty. However, its successful use involves a balance between promotion, public relations and corporate social responsibility. Nineteen individuals working in the Australian gambling industry were interviewed. The aim was to explore how gambling operators are using social media to engage with users and promote products, their considerations underpinning these actions, and the extent to which responsible gambling practices are included. All operators were active on social media and used these platforms to attempt to increase customer engagement and strengthen existing relationships. Gambling-related content was usually balanced against non-gambling content, or operators focused exclusively on non-gambling content. Sales goals or raising revenue were not direct aims of social media use. Operators sought to use social media as an indirect way to maintain their customer base and attract new customers via favourable ratings and information transfer. Few operators provided specific responsible gambling messages, despite being mindful of the dangers of targeting vulnerable populations, specifically young people and problem gamblers. This study is unique as it provides an in-depth first-hand account of how gambling operators are using social media.

子孙“违犯教令”罪，据载为曹魏以来旧例，其法律条文现在已经失传，真正开始见诸律文的是《唐律疏义》，之后宋元明清的法律中一直都有规定，只是在范围和量刑上略有不同而已。子孙“违犯教令”罪在明清之际有不断严格化的趋势，然而在清末法律改革的时候，子孙“违犯教令”罪被彻底废除了。法治的成长要从历史传统中汲取养分，依血缘的尊卑长幼而制刑是错误的，然而完全忽视亲情伦理的法制改革也是不适宜的。     

Attitudes and Opinions Regarding the Use of the Internet for Continuing Education Among Social Workers

SUMMARY

Development of continuing education opportunities for social work license renewal requires participant access to the Internet, knowledge of the Internet's use and willingness to enroll in such programs. A survey of a random sample of licensed social workers in New Mexico revealed that 71% of participants (N = 403) have used the Internet while 61% reported no formal training in the use of the Internet and its features. Findings are reported that reveal substantial interest among subjects in the Internet as a medium for continuing education programs for license renewal.
