王光祈与工读互助主义的滥觞及失败

五四时期,新思潮在中国广为传播。王光祈和少年中国学会曾独树一帜,力图另辟蹊径以探求救国之路,但终成具有无政府主义特征的工读互助主义的倡导者。王光祈等人发起成立的各种工读互助团将所谓的训练与改造中国和世界相联系,并自觉地将主义的选择和践行统一于该团的活动之中,在相当一段时间里和很大程度上影响了一代进步青年。但无论从理论方面或实践方面来看,工或读都难以为继的状况均不可避免,工读互助团的失败是必然的。而且,王光祈所倡导的工读互助主义明显地带有空想色彩和随意性,其失败并不令人费解。     

Simple correspondence analysis using adjusted residuals

Correspondence analysis is a versatile statistical technique that allows the user to graphically identify the association that may exist between variables of a contingency table. For two categorical variables, the classical approach involves applying singular value decomposition to the Pearson residuals of the table. These residuals allow for one to use a simple test to determine those cells that deviate from what is expected under independence. However, the assumptions concerning these residuals are not always satisfied and so such results can lead to questionable conclusions.One may consider instead, an adjustment of the Pearson residual, which is known to have properties associated with the standard normal distribution. This paper explores the application of these adjusted residuals to correspondence analysis and determines how they impact upon the configuration of points in the graphical display.

:1 91 7年在俄国二月革命形成的两个政权并存局面的影响下 ,在俄国远东地区的朝鲜族元户人和余户人分化成两个对立的阶级 ,各自建立政治团体。元户人建立的“全俄韩族会” ,倒向资产阶级临时政府。相反 ,在广大余户人和亲布尔什维克派的支持下 ,成立了“在俄韩人会”。十月革命胜利后 ,两派暂时合并 ,但各自保持不同的政见 ,左派主张以工农革命为主的社会主义革命 ,右派则坚持资产阶级民主主义革命。后来左派创立了朝鲜最初的社会主义政党———韩人社会党 ,两派虽一同在国民议会中 ,但推行的路线、方针是对立的。 1 92 0年 1月 ,苏联红军进驻海参崴后 ,朝鲜人反日运动高涨 ,韩人社会党左派骨干 ,筹建义勇军、“独立团”等军事组织。 1 91 9年 -1 92 2年在 4年内战期间 ,远东朝鲜族组织了 48支红色游击队 ,从黑龙江、后贝加尔地区到南乌苏里的波谢特地区打击日军和白军。他们英勇善战 ,屡建战功 ,为解放远东地区作出了巨大牺牲和不朽贡献     

日本的中东研究——以《日本中东学会年报》为例

本文主要以《日本中东学会年报》为例,介绍了日本中东研究的概况。日本对中东的研究相当深入,研究方法呈现多样化,且国际化和多学科的特点值得我们借鉴,但其与现实政治保持距离的做法值得商榷。     

The Big Tent for Statistics: Mentoring Required

Research supports the positive impact of mentoring on both job and career satisfaction. Recognizing this, the American Statistical Association (ASA) has started a new mission-centered focus on mentoring. This article describes the development and implementation of meeting-based mentoring programs at four ASA conferences in 2014 and 2015. We present results of the feedback evaluations from program participants and use them to motivate recommendations for creating and running conference mentoring programs and overcoming common challenges. These recommendations are applicable to creating and running conference mentoring programs in any field. We conclude with a discussion of the opportunities for the ASA to augment its mentoring programs in support of the professional development of its members.     

2015年西安唐代文化史学会学术沙龙综述

2015年西安唐代文化史学会学术沙龙在陕西师范大学举行。来自西安高等院校、科研机构和文博考古系统的30多位专家学者参加了会议。与会代表围绕隋唐长安的自然环境与社会环境、唐代碑志与唐代文化、汉唐文史等问题进行了交流与热烈讨论,提出了一些新的学术思想与主张。     

A new measure of linear local dependence

A new local dependence function based on regression concepts is introduced. This function can characterize the dependence structure of two random variables localized at the fixed point. Some properties of the local dependence function are given. Examples of important bivariate distributions are provided.     

Aspects of a new world development strategy I: Financial transfers from developed to developing nations

A global econometric model is used in this study to evaluate the effect of a grant-in-aid transfer from the developed market economies to the non-oil-exporting developing economies. Two alternative financing schemes, expenditure diversion and direct taxation, are supposed in the paying countries so that the government current amount balance is not disturbed. The results suggest that the developing countries would benefit greatly from the implementation of any transfer scheme. The developed countries, under either of the assumptions of this study, would not realize any substantial benefits from offering such a payment.     

Consumer survey as needs assessment method: a case study

Needs assessment methodology has grown remarkably as a necessary part of evaluating human service programs. The consumer survey method of needs assessment is reviewed. A case study in which the training needs of board members of the eleven community mental health agencies in a rural New England state were examined by a questionnaire requesting ratings of the importance and priority of 11 possible topics is presented. Sixty-five of 300 questionnaires were returned (21.66%). The results clearly support the view that training programs for boards are needed, and suggest that citizens can make reasonable decisions about program content if given the opportunity. A training project, based on the results of the survey is described. Problems in designing and implementing consumer surveys and training programs are discussed.     

体育运动的美学特征

为了增强和提高自身的生存能力及征服和改造自然界的能力,人与体育运动发生了功利关系;人们用最新的思维方式和科学技术去研究考察体育运动,人与体育发生了认识关系;随着人们的眼光逐渐从人体转向自然界（劳动对象）,随着人类审美能力的增长和提高,人们开始把观赏体育竞技作为一种获得愉快享受的方式,开始用美学的观点去看待它,人与体育运动发生了审美关系。体育美学的产生也就成为必然。人与体育运动的审美关系作为体育美学研究的内容,从创美关系上认识体育,通过体育审美经验的总结,可以加深人们对体育审美的特点和规律的认识,提高对体育美的感受能力、表现能力、创造能力和鉴赏能力,从而推动体育运动的发展。本文试图对体育运动的美学特征作一点尝试性探索
