多级免疫检测器集在分布式入侵检测中的应用

为了提高入侵检测系统的网络环境适应能力,提出了一种基于多级免疫检测器集的分布式入侵检测模型。该模型由检测主机、检测子网和中心服务器组成,将入侵检测系统部署在网络的各检测主机中,检测子网具有与上层入侵检测网络相同的特征,中心服务器负责为检测主机和子网提供支持。通过模拟生物免疫系统的免疫细胞,检测主机的免疫检测器进行了学习和进化,该模型利用二级免疫检测器集机制,协同中心服务器的疫苗接收和种痘操作,减少了检测器的数量和提高了检测器的检测能力。

Mediating transnational spaces: international students and intercultural responsibility

Despite the significant body of literature on international students’ intercultural development, the core issue of how they see their own responsibility in transnational intercultural spaces is largely neglected. This paper addresses this paucity by examining the intercultural responsibility perceived by international students. It is based on a four-year study that includes interviews with 105 international students and fieldwork in vocational education institutions. It draws on positioning theory and three key concepts: intercultural competence, intercultural capital and national attachment to interpret the nature of international students’ intercultural responsibility. The research underscores four main forms of intercultural responsibility perceived by international students: responsibility to represent the home country, responsibility to respect the host country, responsibility to assimilate into the host culture and responsibility to integrate into the host culture. Intercultural responsibility can emerge from international students’ national attachment and be embedded in their intrinsic commitment and imagination of their role in representing their home country in a transnational space. Intercultural responsibility can also manifest in international students’ self-determined responsibility to respect, accommodate or integrate into the host culture. However, the finding shows that international students’ act of positioning at the periphery of the host community and their perceived responsibility to assimilate into the host culture precludes their capacity to engage in and negotiate reciprocal and respectful intercultural interactions. The study highlights the role of international students’ self-positioning between and across home and host cultures in underpinning their perceived responsibility in transnational spaces.     

品牌权益视角下电视节目品牌与节目忠诚度关联研究——基于湖南卫视王牌综艺娱乐类节目的个案研究

在过往关于电视综艺节目品牌的研究中,常将其中两大独立品牌(节目、主持人)割裂开来审视,忽视了两者共属于同一品牌空间的内在联系.从品牌权益理论出发,初步构建出一套适用于节目品牌与主持人品牌之品牌权益的测量评估模型.以湖南卫视王牌综艺娱乐类节目为案例,通过问卷调查法(Ⅳ=450)探讨了电视综艺节目品牌及其主持人品牌间的关联.研究发现,电视综艺节目品牌权益和主持人品牌权益不仅能分别作用于节目忠诚度,且二者间借由“品牌合作”策略形成品牌综效.另外,主持人吸引力、节目品牌知觉、节目品牌形象以及主持人自主性等要素对创造节目忠诚度起到至关重要的作用.     

‘Believing is adapting’: Belief in a just world and emigrants’ identification and satisfaction with the host country / ‘Creer es adaptarse’: Creer en un mundo justo y la identificación y satisfacción de los emigrantes con el país de acogida

In an era in which Europe is experiencing a new wave of emigration as a result of the economic crisis, it seems socially relevant to study the processes that underlie emigrants’ adjustment to their new place of living. Research has thoroughly supported the assumption that believing in a just world is an adaptive mechanism that helps people to deal with uncertainty and harsh realities in life. We propose that the endorsement of such beliefs might also contribute to a positive identification with the host country. Using a sample of Portuguese emigrants (N = 144), we demonstrate in a cross-sectional design that belief in a just world predicts a positive identification with the host country. In addition, positive levels of identification with the host country predicted higher levels of satisfaction with emigrant life. Theoretical and applied implications are discussed.     

黏合性社会资本与新生代农民工的城市归属感

发挥社会组织的作用,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的重要环节之一。根据帕特南对于社会资本的分类,本文将黏合性社会资本操作化为社会组织参与和社区活动参与两个变量,并探讨了它们对新生代农民工城市归属感的影响。文章使用2013年国家卫生计生委流动人口社会融合个人数据,运用多层线性模型分析发现,黏合性社会资本对新生代农民工的城市归属感的确有显著影响。具体来说,在控制其他变量的情况下,参与社会组织越多,80后农民工的城市归属感越强,但对90后农民工的城市归属感则没有显著影响;社区活动参与越多,80后和90后农民工的城市归属感均越强。这体现了黏合性社会资本在团结农民工、凝聚人心和增进社会融合方面的促进作用,同时社会组织在90后农民工中的吸引力不足也应该引起重视和思考。     

A look behind the curtain at social work supervision in interprofessional practice settings: critical themes and pressing practical challenges

Supervision has been an integral aspect of social work practice since the early days of the profession. The literature suggests that ‘supervision is an essential and integral part of the training and continuing education required for the skillful development of professional social workers’ (p. 5). The literature does appear to support that all social workers ought to have some level of supervision; however, within interprofessional settings, where social work is one of many professions, that goal may not be easily attained. Although some interprofessional settings, like hospitals, have social work departments, other settings, like schools, may only have one social worker, resulting in a workplace environment devoid of social work supervision. This article presents findings from a national study of social workers employed in interprofessional organizations. It was hypothesized that this cohort could provide important insights about the nature of social work supervision in agencies characterized by an interdisciplinary workforce. Using both open-ended and specific categorical questions, respondents were asked to describe and convey information about the supervision process and experience in their agency. An Internet-based survey was used to reach a broad spectrum of social work practitioners and educators (975 deliverable and 426 completed) across the United States.

本文列举《文物》、《考古》、《东南文化》、《中原文物》、《江汉考古》等杂志所发表的银绽出土断代文章中,金代银锭误作南宋银锭三例,金代银锭误作元代银锭三例,南宋银使误作元代银锭一例,指出无纪年银锭的铭文特征是区别宋、金、元三代银锭的重要依据,其行人姓名、称量方式、税制内容、金银铺名、银锭成色及花押符号无不带着时代信息。只有进行综合的、系统的排列和考证,才能恰如其分地断其归属。

近两年来,与电视民生新闻的红透半边天相对照,一度倍受青睐的电视新闻评论节目却日渐式微。文章在对中国电视新闻评论节目的生存现状做出较为深刻的反思之后,提出了一些摆脱窘迫、寻求突围的策略,并试图为中国电视新闻评论节目的未来走向做出较为合理的预测与前瞻。
