镧对大豆种子活力的影响研究

实验用不同浓度镧液处理大豆种子,研究镧对大豆种子萌发的影响。结果表明:低浓度的镧对大豆种子的萌发有明显的促进作用,其中以5m l/L为优;高浓度的镧对大豆种子的萌发有抑制作用,甚至有毒害作用。     

传统村落公共文化空间与民族地区乡村治理——以云南迪庆藏族自治州德钦县奔子栏村“拉斯节”为例

乡土社会本是一个由多元公共空间造成的集合体,传统村落公共文化空间以其丰富的内涵和独特的形式对村庄政治、社会、文化乃至经济发展都产生了重要的影响。通过以迪庆藏区德钦县奔子栏村公共文化空间——“拉斯节”的个案研究,阐释这一传统公共文化空间在乡村秩序建构中的重要意义,以期在乡村地区特别在民族地区的乡村治理中,实现内源性公共文化空间与外源性嵌入式政治公共空间的交融互构,为更为有效的乡村治理提供可能。     

Food Sovereignty and the Recognition of New Rights for Peasants at the UN: A Critical Overview of La Via Campesina's Rights Claims over the Last 20 Years

Abstract

This article explores how human rights framing by the transnational agrarian movement La Via Campesina (LVC) has evolved over the last 20 years. It discusses how the movement has worked towards institutionalizing new categories of rights, such as the ‘right to food sovereignty’ and the ‘rights of peasants’, thereby contributing to the creation of new human rights standards at the United Nations (UN). It also critically addresses some of the challenges the movement has been confronted with when framing its demands in terms of rights. Its overall argument is that LVC has managed to tap the potential of the rhetoric of rights to find common ground, thanks to its innovative use of non-codified rights. This has enabled activists to ‘localize’ human rights and make them meaningful to their various contexts. However, it contends that further advancing the movement's goals will require serious consideration of some of the key limits of the human rights framework.     

腊摩送魂归故乡——广西那坡县彝族丧葬习俗考察

彝族肇起我国西北,由于部族征战,寻求牧地等原因,他们爬山涉水,历尽艰辛,不远万里地来到广西那坡县,和当地的壮、瑶、苗、汉等民族一起开拓了这里的山山水水。广西那坡彝族人逝世后,由腊摩主持唱起“开路歌”,这歌声悲凉沧桑,折射出彝族古老灿烂的历史,也使死者能安心地魂归故里,是慰藉逝者的“安魂曲”。主祭的腊摩是为亡魂开路和护送其安全西去的使者。

用纳米稀土固体超强酸 SO42-/TiO2/La3 为催化剂,以尿素和乙二醛为原料合成了尿囊素.考察了原料配比、pH值、活化温度、硫酸浓度对催化剂催化活性,以及原料配比、反应温度、反应时间、催化荆用量对尿囊素合成的影响.     

‘Tourists go home’: anti-tourism industry protest in Barcelona

This profile looks at the wave of at times violent protests against the economic, social and environmental consequences of mass tourism in Barcelona, which came to international attention in the summer of 2017. It outlines the leading role played by left-wing nationalist activists linked to the Candidatura d’Unitat Popular (CUP, Popular Unity Candidacy) political party in the protests. I examine CUP’s direct-action methods, targeting local business interests and foreign tourists, as well as the largely critical response this prompted from the wider anti-tourism industry movement. This profile addresses the CUP’s justifications for the action and the echo effect it had in other parts of Spain. It argues that to understand the events requires a focus on aspects of both continuity and change in urban social movement mobilisation in Barcelona, against processes of neoliberal urbanisation, in which anti-tourism industry contestation is to the fore.

It explores the movement's accomplishments and the tensions that exist between international expansion and a commitment to represent the local interests of member organizations.

Competing demands,competing solutions,differing constructions of the problem of recruitment and retention of frontline rural child protection staff

Abstract

This article reports on a study conducted in rural Victoria. It examines the problem of recruitment and retention of frontline staff in the Victorian Child Protection program. The article delineates those factors identified by managers and supervisors as influencing workers to enter, stay and leave the program. Managers and supervisors have collective responsibility for recruiting and retaining staff. It is for this reason that their viewpoints are considered crucial in responding to the problem. What this study found was that, while managers and supervisors recognise that the problem is complex, they differ in the emphasis placed on facets of the problem, thus their approaches to solving it. As solutions are contested the problem is exacerbated. The argument advanced is that any response should recognise the complexity of the problem and solutions be considered in a coordinated way.

在民间音乐"蝴蝶歌"、"留西啦咧"传承群体中,群体规范对群体成员的行为起着制约作用;在传承"蝴蝶歌"、"留西啦咧"过程中,群体成员自觉遵守其群体规范,尽可能地适应群体语境,努力把个体行为纳入到群体规范中,以减轻来自群体内部的压力;群体内部的压力往往是无形的,这种无形压力会产生群体内部成员的从众行为。
