无因管理问题的研究

无因管理作为民法法律之债的发生依据之一,应当根据社会的发展赋予其新的价值。本文试从无因管理的社会意义和法律性质、成立条件、效力、类型化及类型化无因管理的法律效果等方面就无因管理的有关问题进行了研究。     

从杜夫海纳的困境中突围——《审美经验现象学》中的文学作品理论

作为现象学美学经典文本的《审美经验现象学》对审美活动进行了深入的剖析,但令人遗憾的是,杜夫海纳在该书中却回避了对同为艺术作品的文学作品的分析,这种回避源自杜夫海纳对于语言优先性的坚持。如果从语言的陈述性入手,或许可以为文学理论的构建提供一个新的思路。     

东北抗日义勇军入新后对新疆社会的影响

“九·一八”事变后，东北军民组成抗日义勇军与日军进行了殊死搏斗，最后被迫退出东北，取道苏联，来到新疆。他们为稳定新疆政局、新疆军事的近代化、新疆经济文化的发展等作出了贡献，对新疆社会产生广泛影响。     

从对抗、依赖到利用的性别修辞——由女性小说的解读透视女性生存

女性文学在当代中国的发展历程由80年代的强调女性自立、男女平等等造成了新的性别困惑和压迫，到90年代的张扬性别意识、身体写作导致女性的物化，再到90年代末盛行的“小女人散文”的巧用自身优势去赢得社会认同。拟从这些具有典型意义的文本中透视女性的生存，从而给现实生活中的女性一些启示——积极利用自身优势去获得发展的机会。     

“五四”后期周建人的婚恋观——以《妇女杂志》为考察依据

周建人在五四后期在恋爱、婚姻、离婚问题上更多地注重个体的自由、价值和觉醒。他认为，真诚的恋爱本是人生的花，是精神的高尚产品；理想的配偶选择应以个人本身性质上的各种美德为标准：以爱情的有无为婚姻离合的原则。婚恋的个人自由和独立有利于种族的完善、国家的进步，也是妇女解放和冲破家族制度的重要手段。因此，其婚恋观的一个重要诉求是男女平等，呈现出对妇女解放各个问题理性而具体的思考。     

How culture influences foreign trade: evidence from the U.S. and China

Using a gravity model of trade and the U.S. and Chinese panel data, I present evidence that supports the views that linguistic links have become more important in foreign trade than geographical proximity and that linguistic influence on trade is more significant in China than in the U.S. The estimated result based on a broad panel of economies shows little overall relation between religious similarity and foreign trade in both the U.S. and China. But there is an indication that the religious dissimilarity tends to retard foreign trade with poor countries and regions and to encourage foreign trade with richer places. I also found that, although religious retardation on foreign trade is more significant in China than in the U.S., religious dissimilarity tends to retard the US export more than that of China; by contrast, it tends to retard the Chinese import more than that of the U.S. At last, the socio-economic implications of the estimated results are discussed.     

教师效能感研究述评

教师效能感的主要理论模型建构主要有罗特的控制点理论和班杜拉的自我效能理论。教师效能感通过教师行为而对学生自我效能及学习能力与成绩起作用,与此同时,环境因素和教师自身因素也对教师的教学效能感产生影响。     

五十年代中期探索文学的再评价

20世纪50年代中期出现的探索文学可谓成绩斐然。在对其崛起的理论机缘和繁荣局面进行全面回顾的同时,从其对题材领域的拓展、生活本质的开掘以及对文学现实主义传统的继承,肯定了其维持文学创作生态平衡的价值,以及对20世纪70年代以后文学繁荣的启示意义。

在竞争日益激烈的今天,技术创新能力在产业区域竞争中具有越来越重要的地位。文章从技术创新队伍、技术创新经费投入、技术创新成果和高新技术产业化四个方面的指标对广东工业技术创新能力进行了分析和综合评价,并提出了进一步提升广东工业技术创新能力,增强产业竞争力的途径。     

Les agriculteurs dans la fabrique d'une nouvelle agriculture

The model of development that has governed the modernization of farming in France is increasingly coming under attack. Given this, analysing the “work” that farming performs to “translate” the criticisms with which it must cope in formulating new definitions of roles is important in order to understand changes under way in this sector. The changes undergone by farming over the past eighty years are briefly presented and then the procedures and results of a survey, conducted during the mad cow disease among beef-farmers in Burgundy, are described. Light is thus shed on the diversity of the positions that farmers have adopted with regard to the future of their occupation. An interpretation is proposed of how the distribution (and interplay between) these positions might affect agriculture. - Special issue on Agriculture and food.
