Between football and martyrdom: the bi-focal localism of an Arab-Palestinian town in Israel

Studies of the relationship between nationalism and localism have brought evidence that these orientations might maintain either relations of opposition or congruence. By conceiving of localism mainly as a strategy, this paper argues that localism can be used alternately as an anchor of nationalist narrative or as an alternative to nationalism by the exact same community. This argument is illustrated by the case of Sakhnin, an Arab-Palestinian town in Israel. Local pride in Sakhnin has developed around two separate foci: a nationalist heroic narrative of martyrdom and the success of the local football team. These two foci developed in complete isolation, since the first is embedded in a Palestinian nationalist narrative while the latter is oriented toward the Israeli Jewish public. An ethnographic study follows the construction of these separate spheres and a survey conducted among 174 men in the town confirms that involvement in the football sphere correlates with both local pride and integrative orientations.     

休闲农业产业发展现状分析及问题研究———以安徽省六安市为例

六安市有着丰富的乡村景观资源,广阔的客源市场,便捷的交通.在调研与二手资料的基础上,分析了六安市休闲农业产业发展现状,进而对六安市休闲农业发展模式进行总结,认为“农家乐”是六安市休闲农业的主要发展模式;对六安市2008～2012年休闲农业经济效益进行分析,认为六安市休闲农业在促进当地经济发展、增加农民就业、提高农民收入与保护生态环境方面发挥一定的作用,但也存在一些问题,主要是政府对休闲农业的支持力度不够与企业经营管理缺乏科学性.     

学生排球运动意识的培养

针对排球运动是一项集竞技、娱乐、健身于一体的体育项目,结合教学实践和高职院校学生的特点,运用文献资料、访谈、观察与分析等研究方法,阐述了在排球运动中如何运用技术意识、战术意识、超前意识和配合意识的途径和方法.研究结果表明：排球意识的培养能充分调动不同水平学生学习的积极性,增强学生的自信心,培养学生的合作精神和竞争意识.     

环巢湖国家旅游休闲区游客满意度评价研究

以环巢湖国家旅游休闲区为研究对象,采用因子分析法提取影响游客满意度的主要因子,并通过回归分析法对游客满意度评价因子与游客游后行为意向之间的关系进行探索。结果表明:旅游基础设施、历史文化、自然环境、旅游服务质量和旅游产品是影响游客满意度的主要因子;游客对环巢湖国家旅游休闲区总体满意度评价不高;游客满意度5个评价因子皆显著正向影响游客的重游意向和推荐意向。基于此,旅游目的地应该针对游客满意度的影响因子,发挥优势,弥补短板,以提升游客游览质量和满意度。     

Gender,technology and the ablenational Paralympic body politic

ABSTRACT

The Paralympic games is a pedagogic, pervasive, political, powerful, and ‘popular’ cultural site where the heightened visibility of disability bring into being specific forms of disability as they articulate within cultures, institutions and practices. Regarded as a ‘positive charge’ by Stuart Hall, the Paralympics intends to challenge the devalued disabled body politic of typical disability representation. This has been stimulated by the entry of Channel 4 as the UK Paralympic rights holders in 2012 which has seen greater media coverage of certain technologically enhanced cyborgian parasport bodies and an emerging celebrity / sexualized disability culture. This contemporary moment in disability representation provides a compelling space in which to (re-)address the gendered nature of hyper-visible Parasport hybrids, their potential to disrupt ‘normative’ relations of power, and, the wider impact on disability politics in a neoliberalised culture of widening and affective circuits of bodily inclusion and control. Drawing on an integrated content and textual analysis of 90?h of Paralympic programming from the Rio 2016 Games we highlight two emblematic segments so as to enhance our appreciation of contemporary disabled politics as it intersects with gender, technology and nation. We analyse these emblematic segments at the intersection of critical disability studies, cultural studies and sport, using concept of ablenationalism to highlight the extent certain technological capacitated parasport bodies perform gendered representational work as part of the seductive apparatus of neoliberal micro-governance suggestive of an emerging ecology of disability-gender relations. In doing so, we highlight the Paralympic contradictions and interrogate the assumed ‘positive charge’ of the contemporary (re-)presentation of disability.     

李渔生活审美研究综述——以《闲情偶寄》为考察对象

从整体上看,李渔研究包括李渔生平思想和李渔作品,已经非常全面深入。但是李渔美学研究,尤其是李渔生活审美研究还需深入。李渔美学研究突出了戏剧美学,而忽略了生活审美。在李渔生活审美研究中还存在概念把握不准、重复性高、较零散肤浅等问题。     

高等学校组建体育俱乐部的可行性分析与实施办法

为了顺应时代,适应全民健身的要求,转交人们对传统体充教学的思想观念,应在高等学校逐步组建体育俱乐部,以给高等学校体育工作注入新的活力,使体育活动更加丰富多彩,从而对高等学校群体活动起到积极的推动作用。     

体育公共产品供给主体变迁的新制度经济学分析

体育公共产品供给主体的变迁是在相关组织的有效性、交易费用的大小、技术的先进程度、人们体育偏好的变化、大型体育事件和其他制度安排变迁的影响下,体育公共产品供给主体之间第一层博弈和供给主体与需求者之间第二层博弈相互影响的结果。变迁的主要方式包括强制性变迁、非强制性变迁以及两者的结合。     

Perceived Climate in Physical Activity Settings

This study focused on the perceived climate for LGBT youth and other minority groups in physical activity settings. A large sample of undergraduates and a selected sample including student teachers/interns and a campus Pride group completed a school climate survey and rated the climate in three physical activity settings (physical education, organized sport, exercise). Overall, school climate survey results paralleled the results with national samples revealing high levels of homophobic remarks and low levels of intervention. Physical activity climate ratings were mid-range, but multivariate analysis of variation test (MANOVA) revealed clear differences with all settings rated more inclusive for racial/ethnic minorities and most exclusive for gays/lesbians and people with disabilities. The results are in line with national surveys and research suggesting sexual orientation and physical characteristics are often the basis for harassment and exclusion in sport and physical activity. The current results also indicate that future physical activity professionals recognize exclusion, suggesting they could benefit from programs that move beyond awareness to skills and strategies for creating more inclusive programs.     

Intersectionality,Critical Race Theory,and American Sporting Oppression: Examining Black and Gay Male Athletes

This article examines the influence of the racial categories of White and Black and the sexual categories of gay and straight on sporting American men. The effect of the intersection of these cultural categories is discussed by investigating the exclusion of athletes who are both Black and gay, as well as highlighting the culturally perceived differences of (straight) Black and (White) gay men. However, the analysis accounts for more than just difference, examining the commonalities of oppression between these discrete identity groups. We use the research on Black athletes to call for further empirical study on gay athletes. It is argued that critical race theory and intersectionality offer complex and nuanced understandings of these oppressions, which, when theorizing is left solely to the realm of poststructuralism, can otherwise be missed.
