新建地方本科院校办学特色建设的理性思考——以泉州师范学院为例

办学特色是我国高等教育大众化背景下新建地方本科院校求生存、谋发展的必然选择。本文首先分析了高校 办学特色的科学内涵,并以泉州师范学院为例,对新建地方本科院校的办学特色进行了优劣势分析,并从办学定位、学科专业 建设、人才培养、服务社会、师资队伍、校园文化等六个方面,提出了培育高校办学特色的具体建议。

学界所谓三国能在群雄混战中割据一方,各有立国之本：魏占天时,吴占地利,蜀占人和。其实,得天下的战略表面看来有天地人各种因素,说穿了只有一条：人才,尤其是谋士。谋士集团在三国鼎立中有着举足轻重的作用。     

A location analysis approach for military maintenance scheduling with geographically dispersed service areas

This research uses a two-stage maximal covering location problem (MCLP) model to develop Inter continental ballistic missile (ICBM) maintenance schedules for the US Air Force. Solutions are compared to actual missile maintenance activities accomplished at F. E. Warren Air Force Base (AFB), Wyoming in May 2005. Sensitivity analysis is performed to determine the impact of altering security response times and the number of security patrol areas on the quality of daily maintenance schedules and personnel usage. Results indicate marked improvement over traditional Air Force scheduling methods. In addition sensitivity analysis identifies the levels at which the quality and quantity of maintenance performance is impacted.

全球化要求翻译学对许多根本问题进行重新思考。在翻译功能方面,跨文化交流需要充分发挥翻译的作用,不能一味强调完全掌握对方语言。在译者身份方面,译者应扩大眼界,增强文化自觉意识。在翻译研究方法方面,直接指导翻译实践的理论固然重要,但更重要的是揭示文化交流中的权力关系,从而促进弱势文化和强势文化的平等交流。     

A characterisation of logistics networks for product recovery

Recovery of used products is receiving much attention recently due to growing environmental concern. Efficient implementation requires appropriate logistics structures to be set up for the arising goods flow from users to producers. We investigate the design of such logistics networks. As a basis for our analysis we review recent case studies on logistics network design for product recovery in different industries. We identify general characteristics of product recovery networks and compare them with traditional logistics structures. Moreover, we derive a classification scheme for different types of recovery networks.     

MARKET PENETRATION AND LOCATIONAL CONFLICT IN FRANCHISE SYSTEMS*

This paper addresses the questions of market penetration and locational conflict in a franchise system of distribution. The models developed provide a means to evaluate alternative scenarios and the effects of various franchise policies. It is shown that the market penetration and location goals of the members of a franchise system coincide only under a very limited set of circumstances.     

网络社交历史与中国早期网民个体生活空间变迁

中国最早的网络移民自始至终伴随了中国互联网的发展,他们的网络使用行为形成了一段不长但至少可以追溯的历史。早期的网络社交将个体从现实物理空间局限中解放出来,具有高蹈于日常生活之上的虚拟色彩;随着网络空间中现实好友的增多和移动位置社交的兴起,网络空间的虚拟色彩渐渐褪去;如今,日常生活中的人际交往不再是在某一单一空间中进行,人们不断地在物理空间与网络空间切换,亦或同时在场。     

上海市煤场布局优化模型的研究及应用

本文提出的煤场布局优化模型,把选址数学模型与多目标决策方法结合起来,充分考虑了大型能源设施在布局问题上所涉及到的各种社会因素的复杂性,既可用于确定现有城市老煤场的改造方案,也适用于新建煤场的选址决策,具有相当的实用价值。

热源选址与热网布线的最小生成树法

本文采用最小生成树法,代替文献中常用的0,1规划法,解决了热源选址与热网布线问题。该方法的要点是,将热源的费用与热网的费用一起引入到树枝的权中;对于每一当前树,只计算那些与其相关联的边连网的权。随着树的不断扩大,权的计算范围也不断向外扩展。另外,该方法还具有计算原理简单、计算量少的特点。
