社会项目评估研究发展趋势与启示

本文在文献回顾的基础上总结归纳了当代西方社会项目评估呈现的注重评估价值取向、强调弱势群体发展、关注项目过程机制和重视评估过程影响等发展趋向,对这种发展蕴含的方法论转变作出评论,就借鉴西方评估研究实践、促进评估研究专业化发展和提高项目服务水平提出了初步的看法。

改革开放以来,国际间教育的交流与合作已成为一种必然趋势,本文在考察调研的基础上,分析了爱尔兰高等教育的特点,提出了从办学理念、教育体制、师资队伍、合作伙伴质量等方面进一步开展工作来提高目前中国高等院校对外合作办学质量的基本思路。

Finding Congregations

Abstract

The need to assess the effectiveness of faith-based social interventions is pressing. On the one hand, politicians and pundits claim that faith-based organizations are impressively successful and inexpensive. On the other hand, critics claim that faith-based organizations lack the capacity to carry out social services. However, rigorously-collected empirical data is just beginning to appear and is still in short supply, particularly congregations. In this paper, we discuss some critical methodological and conceptual problems that arise from years of academic neglect of faith-based social service provision. We demonstrate how our attempt to create a comprehensive account of congregation-based social services in Philadelphia necessitated defining even such basic terms as “congregation” and devising novel methods for identifying and gathering information from congregations.     

中国的生育率下降:世纪末回顾

本文对近半个世纪以来中国生育率的下降进行了简要总结和分析。通过与发展中地区,尤其是亚洲国家的对比,说明了中国生育率下降的特点;通过不同的生育率指标来刻画中国生育率下降过程的独特性;最后简要阐述了中国生育率下降的因素。     

多效唑和苯磺隆对草坪除草控苗技术研究

通过对山西农业大学草坪的调查,设计草坪除草控苗技术试验方案。采用二因素随机区组试验设计,研究了多效唑和苯磺隆混配对草坪草的除草控苗效果。通过对杂草株数,草坪草株高,单株重,叶绿素含量等生理指标的测定,分析探讨了除草剂(苯磺隆)与植物生长调节剂(多效唑)混用对草坪除草控苗效果。结果表明:多效唑可以在降低草坪草株高的同时,促进其叶绿素的合成。苯磺隆可以有效去除草坪中的杂草。试验中,多效唑与苯磺隆组合的最佳配比剂量,分别是多效唑0.3 g/m2,苯磺隆0.03 g/m2。     

The Maine Savvy Caregiver Project: Translating an Evidence-Based Dementia Family Caregiver Program Within the RE-AIM Framework

This article presents findings of a 3-year Savvy Caregiver Program translational study designed with the RE-AIM framework to create a statewide sustainable infrastructure and improve dementia family caregiver outcomes in one rural state. The RE-AIM dimensions—reach, effectiveness, adoption, implementation and maintenance—were evaluated using mixed methods. The program reached 770 caregivers and 87.7% (n = 676) participated in the study with 60.5% (n = 409) residing in rural locations. Participants demonstrated improved confidence, fewer depressive symptoms, and better managed their situation. Trainer resources, partnerships, and adequate planning were essential for program adoption and sustainability. Implications for replication are discussed.

民族地区高师英语专业教育实习问题与对策

教育实习是职前英语教师必经的实践教学环节,对提高毕业生的质量、促进就业、缩短岗位适应周期都非常重要。由于课程设置不合理、教育实习时间短、教学技能训练和指导流于形式,民族地区高师英语专业教育实习质量出现下滑趋势,表现为教师职业技能不过硬、现代外语教学理论欠缺、英语语言知识与技能不扎实、教学反思能力低下等。提高教育实习质量的对策包括：狠抓英语语言基本功训练;合理设置外语教师教育课程;加强微格教学技能训练;加强实习指导和监控;丰富实习形式,延长实习时间;加强反思能力培养。
