大学生骨干培养是高校人才培养的重要组成部分,是一项系统工程.实施"青年马克思主义者培养工程",提出了新的大学生骨干培养范畴、目标和要求,为大学生骨干培养注入了新的内涵.本文从"青马工程"实施背景下大学生骨干培养的瓶颈分析出发,提出了"青马工程"实施背景下大学生骨干培养的定位、课程化路径、非课程化路径以及系统保障.

中国图们江区域合作开发开放,为延边地区的城市文化建设提供了一个极大的机遇。在长吉图开发开放先导区规划下。在加快延边地区城市化建设中,只有把朝鲜族民族文化融入其中,突出延边的地域特色与民族特色,才能打造出具有延边朝鲜族民族文化特色的城市形象。     

Metamorphosis of a Gerontological Social Work Scholar

ABSTRACT

My participation in the Pre-Dissertation Fellows Program (PDFP) was a defining moment in the development of my career. This commentary focuses on how my participation helped me transition from mentee to mentor and from PhD student to faculty member and scholar in gerontological social work and end-of-life care. While many students have limited mentorship from gerontological faculty in their own program, the PDFP offers a bridge to gerontological scholars and peer support across the US. Beyond that, opportunities are readily available for participation with the Association for Gerontology Education in Social Work (AGESW) and for collaboration across this network. Like myself, many awardees move into faculty positions and their accomplishments are varied and impressive. It is difficult to fully separate these from the connections, mentorship, and support received from the AGESW network and through participation in this program.     

社会管理背景下拓展社会工作专业方向的思考——基于重庆科技学院2011级社会工作人才培养方案改革实践

目前我国社会工作专业教育在不断探索中发展,但到目前都还不能确定地说中国的社会工作专业教育有了确定的方向。专业社会工作是嵌入在一定的社会、经济、文化和政治体制之中的,社会工作专业人才培养也必须紧密结合一国的政治、文化和社会管理体制及发展变化。根据我国加强和创新社会管理体制改革要求,文章首先分析社会工作与社会管理的关系,两者在理念、方法及内容上都有着密切联系。然后在重庆科技学院2011级社会工作人才培养方案研制过程中,将社会工作纳入中国特色社会主义和谐社会建设的管理与服务工作这个范畴。所以,社会工作专业人才培养模式在大社工理念下,可以尝试建立两个专业方向:社会管理方向和社会服务方向。     

中国和新西兰刑法关于电脑犯罪规定的比较研究——从入侵法律内部的木马病毒谈起

木马程序是一种恶意电脑程序。分析研究木马程序的技术要素可以帮助我们了解该种程序的本质,继而运用法律手段来对付纷繁复杂的木马程序犯罪。运用一个现实的案例来对中国和新西兰的相关法律进行研究,通过对比,我们可以发现在中国刑事立法当中存在的问题,提出对其进行适当修改的一些建议。     

Evaluation of an employee assistance program at a transportation company

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in terms of selected work performance indicators and treatment outcomes. Three primary data sources were utilized: a questionnaire administered to EAP users, reports from EAP counsellors on treatment diagnoses and outcomes, and employee records on absenteeism and other performance criteria over a five year time period. On the whole, EAP clients reported very favourable outcomes regarding the quality of services and improved well being, and the counsellors reported successful treatment outcomes. However, employee records on performance outcomes indicated that EAP clients had higher rates of problems before, during and after treatment, compared to a matched control group. Additionally, rates of sick days significantly increased from before to after treatment among EAP users.     

Applicability of multiple matrix sampling to estimating effectiveness of educational programs

When evaluating the effectiveness of an educational program, a sampling strategy known as “multiple matrix sampling” is particularly effective and efficient when the goal of the evaluation is estimating group (as opposed to individual) performance. Although this technique involves sampling both program participants and items and, subsequently, different participants being assessed over different sets of items, the results may be used to estimate those which would have been obtained had all participants been administered all items. The technique is here described in some detail, with advantages and disadvantages discussed, and examples of its application are given.     

A Diverging Trend in Marital Dissolution by Income Status

Was the divorce plateau of the 1980s experienced by people of all incomes? Using the 2001 and 2004 Survey of Income and Program Participation, this study (N = 13,131) examined if there was a significant income class difference in marital dissolution within 10 years of first marriage and if this difference increased from the late 1970s to the early 1990s. The findings indicated that there was a significant income class difference in marital dissolution and that the difference was growing during the study period. Whereas the dissolution rates of higher income women had gone down, the rates for women with the lowest incomes had significantly increased, especially for Black women after the 1980s, indicating a diverging trend in marital dissolution by income status.     

基于项目群管理的政府投资项目信息管理系统的构建研究

我国政府投资项目集中管理模式的出现,将原来由各建设单位分散建设管理的项目转变为由政府建设管理部门集中管理。这种大规模和集成化的建设管理模式相应地使更为强大的信息管理和信息沟通系统的出现就成为了必然的需要。近年来出现的项目群管理理论是项目管理理论的重大突破,为项目信息管理和优化提供了切实可行的指导思路。研究表明,深圳市建筑工务署通过分析项目群信息系统构建要求、分层次管理和沟通要求后建立的项目群管理信息管理和信息沟通系统,实现了项目群管理的优化。
