浅论位移电流

位移电流是普通物理中一个较重要的概念,也是教学中的一个难点.本文从位移电流概念的提出及实验验证,位移电流的物理意义及其与传导电流异同等几方面对其加以阐述,以求对位移电流的教学有所帮助.     

论德育场与德育新思维观

“德育场”作为自然场的派生物 ,其本质特征是重视德育系统与过程中各要素的能量、信息辐射、吸引力以及相互作用 ,与传统德目主义、整体主义德育模式的“控制”、“强化”教育相比 ,场思维的德育模式更重视对德育对象的民主诱导和德育过程的双向互动。德育场的核心要素是吸引子 ,吸引子按其价值取向可分为主导吸引子、辅助吸引子、异构吸引子 ,它们彼此按照耦合原理、役使原理、涨落原理与自发对称破缺原理进行运作。     

Old Structures,New Relations: How Community Development Credit Unions Define Organizational Boundaries

Studies of organizational dynamics examine the manner in which an organization's immediate environment defines the rules and requirements to which individual organizations must conform in order to receive legitimacy and support (Scott, 1992:132). In this paper we consider the question of how an organization can achieve legitimacy and support without necessarily compromising its organizational forms or practices to isomorphic pressures. We frame the question in terms of the boundaries between organizations and their environments. Where the population ecology studies show the survival value of adopting known organizational forms and practices, and neoinstitutionalism addresses the need to display compliance with accepted forms, our case study demonstrates the possibility of removing an organization or set of organizations from the familiar interaction by naming it as a subfield of the organizational field, sharing the environment, but out of the way of predefined norms and practices.     

从革命话语到建设话语的转变--中国政治话语的语义分析

建国50年来,中国政治话语体系经历了从革命话语体系向建设话语体系的转变.本文分析了这两套政治话语体系的建构过程,并对其特征进行了探讨.本文认为,革命话语是毛泽东时代的政治交流方式,这套话语体系最显著的特征就是保证社会、个人与国家权力话语的高度一致,以适应国家在经济上的高度集权管理和在思想文化上的严格控制.改革开放后中国的政治话语是围绕"建设"或"现代化"而建构起来的,它包括"国家建设"、"经济建设"、"制度建设"和"文化建设"的四个语义场.     

铁环型周期磁场摇摆器的实验研究

设计了一种铁环型周期磁场摇摆器。对此摇摆器的磁场做了细致测试。结果表明,实验与理论设计很好相符。当螺旋线管电流为133A 时,摇摆器可产生0.055T 的远轴径向磁场强度。该磁场强度能满足低能束自由电子激光的要求。本实验可作为其它摇摆器设计时的参考。     

宋代文论视野中的"趣"

"趣",作为我国古代文论的重要审美范畴,在宋代文学批评与理论视野中,首次得到大量运用与集中阐说,表现为在诗评中开始广泛出现;在诗论中得到阐说和提升;在词评中也得以引入.这标示出了"趣"作为古代文论审美范畴的成型.

本文以布尔迪厄的“场域”价值学说为理论来观照《三国演义》 ,认为蜀汉的崛起 ,主要在于它在天下场域中 ,善于资本运作。而其资本 ,则以血统出身和异姓之“义”为主构成。     

Assessing the Integrity of Community Organization and Administration Content in Field Practice

The effort to ensure that students acquire knowledge and skills in macro social work practice requires considerable attention in the face of stronger interests in micro practice on the part of students and their field instructors. This study evaluates the effectiveness of the field component at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to provide learning opportunities for the development of macro practice skills and knowledge. Over 85% of the student respondents had responsibility for at least one macro practice activity during their first field placement. Although a majority of the macro practice assignments were related to organizational interventions and very few to community interventions, the study provides guidance for improving the teamwork of faculty and field instructors in an articulated approach to field learning.     

现代汉语反义义场义位及其配价研究

词与词的本义和本义之间、本义和引申义之间、引申义和引申义之间,均可构成反义义场。反义义场既可以由义位和义位构成,也可以由不自由语素义和不自由语素义构成,或由义位和义丛构成。由不自由语素义和不自由语素义构成的反义义场是古代汉语的遗留。属于同一反义义场的各个成员,它们的配价都是相同的;反之,配价不同的两个词,不能构成反义义场。
