城市住房公积金运行中的社会排斥探析

运用社会排斥理论探讨了当前城市住房公积金制度在缴存政策、覆盖范围、存贷关系等方面存在的制度性排斥问题,在此基础上建议,今后完善城市住房公积金制度应以扩充大非公有制组织缴存面、降低中低收入家庭住房贷款门槛、拓展公积金使用范围、加大对弱势群体政策保障力度等作为重点与主要方向。     

Make assurance double sure: combination of two disclosure limitation methods and estimation of general regression models

In order to guarantee confidentiality and privacy of firm-level data, statistical offices apply various disclosure limitation techniques. However, each anonymization technique has its protection limits such that the probability of disclosing the individual information for some observations is not minimized. To overcome this problem, we propose combining two separate disclosure limitation techniques, blanking and multiplication of independent noise, in order to protect the original dataset. The proposed approach yields a decrease in the probability of reidentifying/disclosing individual information and can be applied to linear and nonlinear regression models. We show how to combine the blanking method with the multiplicative measurement error method and how to estimate the model by combining the multiplicative Simulation-Extrapolation (M-SIMEX) approach from Nolte (, 2007) on the one side with the Inverse Probability Weighting (IPW) approach going back to Horwitz and Thompson (J. Am. Stat. Assoc. 47:663–685, 1952) and on the other side with matching methods, as an alternative to IPW, like the semiparametric M-Estimator proposed by Flossmann (, 2007). Based on Monte Carlo simulations, we show that multiplicative measurement error combined with blanking as a masking procedure does not necessarily lead to a severe reduction in the estimation quality, provided that its effects on the data generating process are known.     

第三类Tobit模型的半参数估计方法

本文给出第三类Tobit模型的一种新的半参数估计方法。在独立性假设下,利用主方程和选择方程中可观察受限因变量的条件生存函数所满足的关系式,构造第三类Tobit模型参数的一步联立估计量。在已知选择方程中参数一致性估计量的条件下,这种方法也可用于构造主方程模型参数 的两步估计量。本文证明了所提出的一步联立估计量和两步估计量的一致性和渐近正态性。实验模拟表明,我们提出的估计量在有限样本下具有良好表现,且一步联立估计量的有限样本表现优于或接近于Chen（1997）的估计量。     

中国广义回归抽样估计系统的构建及应用

在抽样理论和应用研究方面,中国一直比较重视抽样方案设计,而忽视抽样估计方法研究。本文在系统总结加拿大等西方国家成功经验的基础上,引入并改进了一套广义回归估计系统,应用在复杂的连续多阶抽样调查中。本文以各类常见的抽样设计为基础,通过模型组和模型水平将现有的超总体模型进行扩展,建立各种类型的回归模型进行模型辅助的广义回归估计,最终形成一套广义回归估计系统,为中国抽样估计的应用研究奠定理论基础。最后,本文以中国农产量的连续多阶抽样调查为例,给出了具体的回归估计程序,从而验证这套系统的实践性和应用价值。     

An exponential (matching based) neighborhood for the vehicle routing problem

We introduce an exponential neighborhood for the Vehicle Routing Problem (vrp) with unit customers’ demands, and we show that it can be explored efficiently in polynomial time by reducing its exploration to a particular case of the Restricted Complete Matching (rcm) problem that we prove to be polynomial time solvable using flow techniques. Furthermore, we show that in the general case with non-unit customers’ demands the exploration of the neighborhood becomes an -hard problem.     

异方差模型参数估计的有效性研究

本文运用随机模拟方法,对误差序列异方差模型中加权最小二乘（GLS）估计的有效性进行研究。研究表明,GLS估计的有效性与异方差强度有关,当异方差强度较强时,GLS估计比普通最小二乘（OLS）估计有效;当异方差强度较弱时,GLS估计不如OLS估计有效。     

Simple least squares estimation versus best linear unbiased prediction

Necessary and sufficient conditions are developed for the simple least squares estimator to coincide with the best linear unbiased predictor. The conditions obtained are valid for a general linear model and are generalizations of the condition given by Watson (1972). Also, as a preliminary result, a new representation of the best linear unbiased predictor is established.     

Testing equality of ratios from two finite populations

Approximations are given for the bias and variance of both the regression and ratio estimator when sampling from a finite population, and simulation results are given indicating the accuracy of the approximations and the bias of the estimated approximations. A different estimator for the variance of the regression estimator is recommended. Test procedures are proposed for testing the hypothesis of equality of ratios from two finite populations, the procedures depending upon the types of populations being sampled. Simulation results indicating the effectiveness of the test procedures in controlling their size are given.     

英国的FDI、贸易与企业利润

通过构建理论模型预测FDI的不同进入模式对东道国企业价格-成本盈余(Price-CostMar-gin,PCM)的影响,以及采用固定效应工具面板和经过聚类修正的有效广义矩等不同估计模型,对1991-2001年间的进口和FDI对英国制造业企业PCM竞争规制效应进行的实证研究表明:绿地FDI对利润有负向影响,而并购FDI对利润的影响为正,即绿地FDI对PCM有规制效应,并购FDI会增加PCM。本文是第一篇使用企业数据并区分FDI不同类型进行此问题研究的论文。
