刘宝楠《论语正义》征引《说文解字》略论

清代训诂学家非常重视<说文解字>,广泛运用竭毕生精力而成就的<论语正义>,引用<说文解字>多达千条.或追根溯源,不限形体;或旁稽博考,兼采备录;或多方参照,舍短从长;均能持论谨严,实事求是.对<说文>传本中某些异文、脱文以及其他存疑之处,<论语正义>也做了校订和说明."欲治圣经,先通小学",这是包括<论语正义>作者在内的清代扬州学派留给我们最可宝贵的经验.     

我国失业率统计指标变化对测度失业的影响分析

我国长期以来缺乏一个和国际接轨的失业率统计数字,就业与失业的真实状况并不能通过科学的统计指标反映。目前中国正处于急剧的社会转型过程中,失业人口规模不断扩大。可是,2005年我国统计年鉴上公布的城镇失业率4.2%,它实际上很难反映中国真实的失业水平,因而不能准确、及时地反映国民经济的运行状况。国家统计局从2005年11月开始进行“调查失业率”的抽样统计。本文阐述国际上其他国家是如何测度失业率的和对比两种测试失业方法的经济影响。     

梁启超与福泽谕吉

作为一个著名的维新立宪派领袖、清末民初的社会活动家、百科全书式的文化大师 ,梁启超不仅在近代中国有突出贡献 ,而且在世界范围内也有一定的影响。人们通常认为 ,对历史的回顾影响着对未来的选择 ,实际上 ,关于现实的定位和未来的选择更容易凸显历史的记忆 ,一些重大的历史事件和重要的历史人物由此而常议常新。有鉴于此 ,我刊分期编发系列笔谈 (上、下 ) ,以期立足于新世纪背景 ,站在学术前沿 ,从不同角度对梁启超进行重新解读 ,进而在新的语境下研究近代中国的百年嬗变。

通过对东北地区六个渔场精养池塘的调查发现，精养池塘常见鱼病有七种，其中，流行广、危害大的有三种，本文还给出了生产上最有效的防治方法。     

论我国会计人才培养中的素质教育

本文在明确了素质、素质教育涵义的基础上,提出了会计本科素质教育是包括基础素质教育、职业技术素质教育、职业道德素质教育在内的集合体,其本质是以学生为本造就具有健全人格和较高专业素质的会计人才。会计本科素质教育的实施必须以素质教育为基点,重新确立会计本科的培养目标,并以此为导向,调整课程设置、改进培养方式、创造良好的校园环境。     

Generalized minimum aberration two-level split-plot designs

Split-plot experiments may arise when it is impractical to completely randomize the treatment combinations of a designed experiment. To provide more flexible design choices in the nonregular split-plot setting, we describe an approach for constructing minimum aberration orthogonal two-level split-plot designs having 12, 16, 20 and 24 runs. We consider five design scenarios that may be of importance to practitioners, and then propose an approach for assigning word lengths under these five scenarios. We then use the extended word length patterns to rank both regular and nonregular orthogonal split-plot designs. While most existing papers concerning orthogonal split-plot designs focus on regular orthogonal designs, we find that many minimum aberration split-plot designs are nonregular orthogonal designs.     

Predicting System Usage from Intention and Past Use: Scale Issues in the Predictors

The objective of this study is to provide insights into how the predictive power for computer‐recorded system usage can be improved. Based on 386 responses from actual users of an information system, we examine the predictive power for system usage according to the scales of the predictors used, namely, intention and past use. First, we show that the predictive power of intention can be significantly improved with the choice of an appropriate measure. However, even the desirable intention measure failed to explain two‐thirds of the variance in system usage. Second, the results show that past use as measured by computer‐recorded log data can significantly enhance our ability to predict system usage. Finally, when both intention and past use are controlled for, the explained variance in system usage is shown to vary widely from 20% to 73%, depending on the predictors' scales. Overall, our findings suggest that an accurate prediction of system usage requires a more rigorous approach than that often applied in information systems research.     

Chainwise Paired Comparisons

The pairwise comparison technique is a building block of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), which has been popularly used for multicriteria decision analysis. This paper develops a shortcut technique in which only n paired comparisons forming a closed chain are needed for n decision elements. Together with the development of a simple and intuitive measure of (inconsistency, this technique derives the relative weights of decision elements via easy step-by-step calculations on a spreadsheet format. Its performance has been tested on Saaty's wealth of nations example. It is important to notice that ranking and weights yielded from this alternative technique are identical to Harker's incomplete pairwise comparison solution for the same chain orientation for the example tested.
