世界现代化过程与思考

从传统的农业社会向现代工业社会的转变是人类历史发展的大趋势。但是,由于国情的不同,现代化的改革过程也不同。但世界上发达国家的现代化改革启动基本上都是以推翻封建专制制度为前提的。中国的现代化虽然启动较旱,由于封建的政治体系,致使现代化的改革迟迟不能成功。共产党建立的新中国,是中国真正现代化改革的开始,也是成功的保障。     

通过期刊评价指标看《河北工业大学学报》发展对策

通过对《河北工业大学学报》2000年～2007年的期刊评价指标的分析,发现我校学报存在的问题,并分析问题产生的原因,最后提出了采取争取优质稿源、创建特色栏目、利用网络技术扩大影响等措施,提高学报办刊质量的发展对策。     

庆阳市农村中小学现代远程教育资源应用现状研究

经调查发现庆阳市农村中小学现代远程教育资源应用过程中主要存在教育观念陈旧、教育信息化人才严重匮乏、可持续发展的后续资金不足等问题。通过深入分析,提出了一些具有参考价值的策略性建议。     

Internal Infrastructural Impacts on RFID Perceptions and Commitment: Knowledge,Operational Procedures,and Information‐Processing Standards

For many firms, radio frequency identification (RFID) suggests not only a new alternative to existing tracking methods but also a means to a range of previously cost‐prohibitive internal control and supply chain coordination innovations. In any event, and even in light of possible external pressures to adopt, the full potential of RFID for an individual firm must ultimately be viewed in consideration with the infrastructural capabilities of that firm. Furthermore, because adoption decisions are fundamentally based on managerial perceptions, it is critical to consider how certain forms of infrastructure provide the necessary transparency into other infrastructural characteristics to augment such decisions. We use multisource survey data in this work to consider several elements that contribute to this infrastructure and subsequently to perceptions of RFID benefit and actual commitment to adoption. Results demonstrate that the complementary effects of these infrastructural capabilities significantly impact both perceptions of and commitments to RFID.     

技术采纳与跨国生产率差异研究评述

解释落后国家为什么不能采纳前沿技术以缩小与发达国家在生产率上的差距,是近年来增长经济学的一个重要研究方向,现有的研究主要从技术扩散的特点、技术进步与要素积累之间的相互作用、技术的适宜性和制度与政策差异等方面予以解释。本文综述有关前沿研究文献,并简要说明其政策含义。     

Strategic Decisions of New Technology Adoption under Asymmetric Information: A Game‐Theoretic Model*

In this paper we explore strategic decision making in new technology adoption by using economic analysis. We show how asymmetric information affects firms' decisions to adopt the technology. We do so in a two‐stage game‐theoretic model where the first‐stage investment results in the acquisition of a new technology that, in the second stage, may give the firm a competitive advantage in the product market. We compare two information structures under which two competing firms have asymmetric information about the future performance (i.e., postadoption costs) of the new technology. We find that equilibrium strategies under asymmetric information are quite different from those under symmetric information. Information asymmetry leads to different incentives and strategic behaviors in the technology adoption game. In contrast to conventional wisdom, our model shows that market uncertainty may actually induce firms to act more aggressively under certain conditions. We also show that having better information is not always a good thing. These results illustrate a key departure from established decision theory.     

中国现代文学与现代汉语语法的建构——以两部语法著作为中心

语法是现代民族共同语构建过程中的重要组成部分。语法学描述、解释、研究语言的内在规律,可以为运用此语言的共同体成员树立依循的标准。现代文学是现代汉语书面语的精华,从胡适对国语文法学的呼唤,到第一部现代国语文法专著《新著国语文法》的出现,再到全部以新文学作品讲授现代汉语语法,现代文学成为现代汉语语法知识生产和传播中不可或缺的部分。现代文学通过文学书写试验、锤炼白话,有助于民族共同语的提升,同时,国语语法著作中的新文学作品通过语法教育为更多的人熟知、模仿。通过勾勒现代文学在国语文法著作中的面影,可以从一个重要的角度呈现现代文学对国语建构的历史作用。     

Perceived Usefulness and Easiness of Information and Communication Technologies and Volunteering among Older Adults

ABSTRACT

This study investigates the association between older adults’ perception of usefulness and easiness (PUE) of Information Communication and Technologies (ICTs) and volunteering, and if this association differs across their income status. Data were obtained from the 2012 wave of the Health and Retirement Study (HRS), and the sample was restricted to respondents aged between 60 and 84 (N = 901) and who completed the 2012 HRS technology module. Multinomial logistic regression was employed to examine the independent and joint influence of PUE of ICTs and of low-income status on volunteering. The results show that only people with high PUE engaged in more than 100 hours of volunteering among older adults after controlling for covariates. The positive effect of high PUE was found to be more significant in the low-income group. This is the first known research to investigate the PUE of ICTs and volunteering among older adults. This study expands the knowledge of volunteering among older adults by exploring ICTs which can be considered as one of the most influential macrosocial changes in the current society. Moreover, our findings provide some insights and an empirical foundation in volunteering programs for older adults of different PUE levels.
