影响网络信息安全的组织因素主要有组织目标、组织结构、组织管理、安全文化和培训,运用问卷调查采集数据,使用探索性因子分析对影响网络信息安全的组织因素进行识剐,并应用验证性因子分析方法予以验证。结果显示：安全文化与组织目标、组织管理、组织结构的相关性,组织管理与培训、组织结构之间的相关性均较强。这种相关性突出了安全文化和组织管理对网络信息安全的重要性。

基于FPGA的生命探测仪算法研究与系统设计

给出了一种基于FPGA的生命探测信号处理系统的设计方法。从理论上研究了生命探测仪的算法及其软硬件系统。其中在FPGA软件设计中利用模块化的思想方法分别设计了FIR滤波器、异,~FIFO、UART．电池监控、功能控制等功能模块。最后完成人体特征信号和体动信号的分析与提取，实现了非接触情况下生命探测与发现。相对于传统的生命探测仪，该设备具有体积小，功耗低，操作简单，携带方便等优点，特别适用于野外和战场生命探测等应用场合。     

服务业集聚与区域经济增长——基于省级面板数据的空间计量分析

采用物质资本集聚度、人力资本集聚度以及就业密度衡量服务业集聚水平,运用空间计量方法,研究服务业集聚对区域经济增长的影响,结果显示:我国区域经济增长呈现明显的空间集聚特征;服务业物质资本集聚水平对区域经济发展的促进作用呈弱化之势,人力资本集聚度的区域经济增长效应也由正转向负,而服务业就业密度、经济开放水平等因素发挥着越来越重要的作用。应该注重加强相邻地区间的交流与合作,形成经济互助,协调发展;同时应提高我国服务业的集聚度,充分发挥其对区域经济增长的正向促进作用。     

两种分布条件下保险公司破产概率的比较

运用概率知识对保险公司运营过程中遇到的风险模型进行了进一步的研究,对比几何分布,在索赔额服从Poisson分布的条件下,给出了破产概率公式,更新方程和渐近估计,最后利用已知数据进行了比较,结果是令人满意的.     

CBN刀精车GCr15轴承钢的试验研究

本文利用正交试验法，通过用ＣＢＮ刀对ＧＣｒ１５轴承钢精车切削试验并对试验数据进行了多元线性处理，得出了在此切削条件下的切削用量三因素与刀具耐用度的Ｔａｙｌｏｒ公式，为解决难加工材料ＧＣｒ１５轴承钢的精车及实际生产提供了经验。     

Elephant-seal movements: Modelling migration

Elephant seals migrate over vast areas of the eastern North Pacific Ocean between rookeries in southern California and distant northern foraging areas. Several models of particle movement were evaluated and a model for great-circle motion found to give reasonable results for the movement of an adult female. This model takes specific account of the fact that the movement is on the surface of a sphere and that the animal is apparently heading toward a particular destination. The parameters of the motion were estimated. Such a great-circle path of migration may imply that these seals have the ability to assess their position with respect to some global or celestial cues, allowing them to continually adjust their course and achieve the most direct geodesic route between origin and destination of migration. But the navigational mechanism actually used by these seals to accomplish such feats is as yet unknown.

Local Influence in Generalized Estimating Equations

Abstract.  We investigate the influence of subjects or observations on regression coefficients of generalized estimating equations (GEEs) using local influence. The GEE approach does not require the full multivariate distribution of the response vector. We extend the likelihood displacement to a quasi-likelihood displacement, and propose local influence diagnostics under several perturbation schemes. An illustrative example in GEEs is given and we compare the results using the local influence and deletion methods.
