调频广播用数字立体声编码器的数字内插处理

介绍了采用ＤＳＰ芯片ＴＭＳ３２０Ｃ５０及高速Ａ／Ｄ芯片实现的调频广播用的数字调频立体声编码器及其结构。研究了数字内插器的实现方法，讨论了基于凯泽窗的半带滤波器的设计步骤。该数字化方案不仅改善了音质，提高了立体声通道隔离度，而且减少了运算量，便于工程实现，并给出了实验测试结果。     

Linear Models in a general parametric form

The linear model Y - N(Xb, σ²∑) with a restriction R'b = M'u + c is considered, where X, R, M, ∑ and c are known. Explicit formulae are obtained for the best linear unbiased estimator of K'b, for the F-test of the hypothesis K'b = W'v + a, and for the simultaneous confidence intervals of the parameters K′_i b' s, where K = [K₁,K₂,…K_s], w, and a are known, none of the matrices X, ∑, R, M, K, and W is required to have full ranks, and the design X can be one - or multi-way,complete or incomplete, balanced or not balanced, connected or disconnected.

Solving the Stochastic Growth Model by Backsolving With a Particular Nonlinear Form for the Decision Rule

Backsolving is a class of methods that generate simulated values for exogenous forcing processes in a stochastic equilibrium model from specified assumed distributions for Euler-equation disturbances. It can be thought of as a way to force the approximation error generated by inexact choice of decision rule or boundary condition into distortions of the distribution of the exogenous shocks in the simulations rather than into violations of the Euler equations as with standard approaches. Here it is applied to a one-sector neoclassical growth model with decision rule generated from a linear-quadratic approximation.

Generation of random matrices with orthonormal columns and multivariate normal wariates with given sample mean and covariance

In this paper, an algorithm for generating random matrices with orthonormal columns is introduced. As pointed out by a referee, the algorithm is almost identical to Wedderburn's (1975) unpublished method. The method can also be considered as an extension of Stewart's (1980) method, which was designed to generate random orthogonal matrices. It is found outperforming a simple extension of the QR factorization method and that of Heiberger's (1978) method. This paper also demonstrates how the algorithm can be used in generating multivariate normal variates with given sample mean and sample covariance matrix.     

On testing structure of mean vector of compound symmetric gaussian model

In this paper the moments of the likelihood ratio statistic for testing the structure of mean vector of a compound symmetric Gaussian model, have been derived by using the orthogonal transformation of variables. Then the distribution of the test statistic is studied.     

基于联立方程的个人健康与工资问题研究

像教育一样，健康作为人力资本的重要组成部分，能够影响个人的劳动生产率和工资。海外有很多检验健康对工资影响的研究，但是基于中国数据的研究较少。本文采用了中国营养健康数据检验健康对中国居民工资的影响，使用一个健康和工资的联立方程模型来解释健康的内生性，分别使用自评健康状况和健康生活质量指标来估计。结论证实了国外大量文献的结论，即健康对工资率有显著影响，但是这种显著效应只有在考虑了健康的内生性和估计误差后才能成立．这种影响不仅显著而且很大。     

Practising Highland Heterotopias: Automobility in the Interior of Iceland

The paper describes the history and current enactments of automobility in the highland interior of Iceland and interprets this phenomenon through the notion of spatial history. We elucidate how the currently widespread practices of automotive travel in the highlands are mediated through the technological assemblage of the ‘jeep’ and its user. We argue that the travelling is done in a double sense; through an ‘inner’ space of the vehicle and an ‘outer’ space of the highland terrain. A heterotopic spatial history emerges, which offers detailed insights into this specific form of automobility. In the final part of the paper, implications of these travel practices for the politics of nature are discussed.
