Mediation in school. A case report about Hessian project schoolsOn the basis of four examples from his practical experience, a Hessian school-mediator illustrates both the immediate profit of mediation for the conflicting parties and the influence of the training ground of mediation for personal development, as well as the importance for professional qualification. Mediation is presented both as an educational and a political model which needs for its development a systemic concept. Various building blocks for a concept of constructive conflict resolution are presented. The considerations lead to a long-term objective of a democratic school, with a high degree of participation from all members of the school community.  相似文献

Coaching with a lecturer in a retraining institution The author presents an individual coaching with an IT-lecturer, who recently has begun to work as lecturer. His motive was a conflict with a member of the course. His communication and leading style was discussed and improved by new behavior patterns. After that, in a communication training with the total group, who had also difficulties with this group member, a reintegration of this person was achieved by a role play and the atmosphere in the group was relieved.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung  Aus der Empfehlung des IDW, die für die Unternehmensbewertung mittels der DCF-Verfahren erforderlichen Kapitalkosten aus dem einperiodigen Tax-CAPM abzuleiten, ergibt sich die Notwendigkeit, dieses Modell mehrperiodig anzuwenden. Sowohl die hierzu erforderlichen Pr?missen als auch die Struktur der aus der mehrperiodigen Anwendung resultierenden Bewertungsgleichungen sind bislang ungekl?rt. Der vorliegende Beitrag spezifiziert ein mehrperiodiges Tax-CAPM, welches zur Bewertung mehrperiodiger stochastischer Cash-Flows bei differenzierter Besteuerung von Zinsen, Dividenden und Wert?nderungen eingesetzt werden kann. Die aus der Anwendung dieses Modells resultierenden Bewertungsgleichungen erm?glichen die Abbildung sowohl des Risikos als auch der Besteuerung einer durch den Kapitalmarkt bestimmten Alternativanlage mittels deterministischer Diskontierungsfaktoren, welche die Kapitalkosten der zu bewertenden Cash-Flows darstellen. Unter den restriktiven Pr?missen des vorliegenden Modells ist es demnach m?glich, die Einkommensbesteuerung der Kapitalgeber konsistent in die DCF-Verfahren zu integrieren. This study looks into TV dating shows in post-millennial China. These widespread shows, exemplified by Fei Cheng Wu Rao (translated, by both local and global media, as If You Are the One), open up an ongoing social forum, which, to varying extents, enables self-articulations and renegotiations of class and gender identities and gives voice to selected female participants of the media. Through the lens of critical discourse analysis, the paper focuses on analyzing the stage arrangements and hidden rules of Fei Cheng Wu Rao, female participants' self-introductions, both male and female participants' depictions of their “ideal” spouse, and the remarks of the host and the two expert commentators. The study argues that these dating shows play upon the predicament of Chinese single women, especially those labeled as “sheng nü” (“leftover women”), who strive for upward social mobility, yet are constrained within the new gender mandate of a market economy. Stigmatizing single womanhood, the dating shows also grant a glimpse of the varied ways the media and women participants play a complicit role in reducing women's potential to resist new forms of male privilege in post-socialist China.  相似文献

Coaching in the USA. Executive Coaching has in the USA emerged as a major developmental tool in many organizations. At the same time the domain of what coaching compasses are now so diverse that it is more difficult to put boundaries around the construct. In the current coaching literature, coaching is something of a “black box”. We know it can work but often we do not know why it works. Without empirical research and especially a stronger theoretical foundation, coaching runs the risk of failing into a passing trend.  相似文献

In this article, organizing is understood as a playful enactment of working processes by the involved actors. These “games” are determined by four logics of function and emerge as three action patterns. The combination of these two parameters results in a typology of actors in organizing. Zusammenfassung   Die Ergebnisse meiner Studie zur Akzeptanz von EU-Grundprinzipien in der Türkei und in der EU sowie die gelieferten Erkl?rungsmodelle für Einstellungsunterschiede zweifelt Kai Arzheimer in diesem Heft an. Dass die Befunde, die auf Sekund?ranalysen der Europ?ischen Wertestudie beruhen, keinesfalls als „M?rchen“ abzutun sind, wie Arzheimer durch seine Fragestellung im Titel andeuten will, werde ich in meiner Antwort auf seinen Kommentar belegen. Vielmehr sind sie Hinweis darauf, dass es noch bedeutende Einstellungsdifferenzen zwischen der Türkei und der EU im Hinblick auf die Unterstützung von EU-Grundprinzipien wie Religionsfreiheit und Gleichberechtigung gibt, w?hrend gleichzeitig die türkische ?ffentlichkeit die Demokratie und das Prinzip der Rechtsstaatlichkeit unterstützt. In einem Mehrebenenmodell, das sowohl den kulturellen Kontext als auch den Modernisierungsgrad einbezieht, wurden die Gründe für eine eventuelle Sonderstellung der Türkei überprüft.
