民族国家、本土性与女性解放运动——以晚清中国为中心的考察

中国女性解放运动的本土前提——民族国家建构,其重要性亟待以更合乎逻辑的形态被阐释出来。通过对晚清中国女性解放运动进行考察,可以发现,中国女性解放运动得以产生的问题意识建立在"民族国家"危机转化而成的"性别"文化危机上,性别文化危机并未构成独立的问题意识,因此女性解放运动必然要与民族国家建构运动相交叉,并以此作为确立自身合理性的重要依据;中国女性解放运动也因此形成了主体角色追求上的"女国民"、形态设定上的"群体性"两大特点,构成了与发达国家女性主义不同的价值追求、资源利用与路径设计。中国女性主义的未来发展不能建立在对西方女性主义资源的简单横向移植上,而应该落实在对本土资源批判性的反省与汲取上。     

中国城乡发展动力结构调整的思考——收入分配视角的分析

近三十年来,中国经济实现了持续高速增长,但增长动力结构失衡。在投资、消费、净出口三大需求对国民经济发展的拉动中,消费率偏低是一个不争的事实。消费率,即消费需求在支出法国内生产总值中所占的比重,反映的是从长期考察的一个国家在其发展过程中所处的历史阶段,而不是短期内国家宏观和微观的经济运行情况。它的高低适中不能用宏观和微观经济运行情况来判定,而是要看其是否与国家或地方的经济发展方式和路径相适应。中国经济发展正处于消费率由低转高的历史阶段,中国消费率的上升是一个渐进的过程,需要从宏观上实现一系列的国民收入分配机理运行工程,即劳动收入的国家干预工程、要素收入的二次分配工程、扩大公共消费工程和加大财政转移支付工程。     

资源委员会的事业认知

每一种组织,由于自身特殊的环境条件,都会形成由自我意识所构成的精神文化体系。对资源委员会来讲,这一文化体系集中体现在三个方面：首先,在对国营事业的理解方面,他们坚信发达国家资本,发展国营事业是中国工业化的必由之路。其次,通过多种形式的宣传灌输,塑造“公、诚、拼”的国营事业精神,不断强化组织成员对自己事业的认同和对事业应有精神和文化的体认,从而彰显出这一组织价值观念的独特个性。再次,资委会的技术官僚,不同于其它政府官员,他们的目标在于借行政舞台,圆富国强国的梦想。他们虽跻身官僚之列,但却不是以“官”的职能在那里活动,而是以企业者、专家或技术人员的身份在那里活动。因此,他们忠诚于民族国家而不是政府长官或某一阶级政党。正是这些精神文化因素使资委会与国民政府其它行政机构区别开来,并成为国民政府执政时期的一个亮点。

由于50年代中后期国际形势变化和日本实力的迅速增长,美国被迫重新考虑对日战略问题。在新美日安全条约签订后,美国统治集团的经过充分讨论估价,终于通过于国家安全委员会6008／1号文件,这一文件的基本原则成为此后美国对日政策的核心。

中共六大在探索苏维埃政权建设的过程中,更加注重工农群众主体地位的巩固和能动作用的发挥,较为系统地论述了政权建设中的群众思想。其着重从四个方面加以阐述,形成了以实现好、维护好和发展好最广大人民群众的根本利益为政权建设的根本出发点和落脚点;尊重和激发人民群众的主体创造潜能为推动政权建设的内生动力;解决好人民群众最直接、最现实、最关心的民生问题为政权建设的着力点;始终坚持群众思想、践行群众路线为政权建设的根本路线方针等为主体内容的群众思想,对当代政权建设中的群众路线实践具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。     

Discussing Global Issues Through Contemporary Art

Contemporary global issues can be examined through the lens of modern photographic art. In an effort to prepare global-ready graduates, this article explores the pressing problems of environmental degradation, urbanization, and homelessness through the work of three contemporary artists. Illustrative works, suggested approaches, and curriculum resources are provided.     

Impact of support networks for breastfeeding: A multicentre study

Background

The rates of breastfeeding worldwide are slowly improving since 1996. Europe is still trailing behind the global breastfeeding incidence and prevalence rates. Thus, breastfeeding promotion, protection, prolongation and support have become an important challenge as breastfeeding sharply decreases in the first six months of life.

An integrated model of national HRD and critical HRD: considering new possibilities for human resource development

Though both National Human Resource Development (NHRD) and Critical Human Resource Development (CHRD) have received an increasing amount of attention, only two published works have used an explicitly critical approach to discuss NHRD norms, policies, and practices. The purpose of this article was to examine and articulate the relationship between NHRD and CHRD and make a case for the importance of that relationship to the field of HRD. We identify some commonalities between NHRD and CHRD, including the shared priorities of context, culture, and empowerment, which provide a strong foundation for future focuses on theory-sharing, global awareness, holistic and socially conscious economic development, negotiated power and performance, and emancipation in HRD research and practice.     

Beyond the nation-state Polish national identity and cultural intimacy online

This article analyses the debate on ‘new patriotism’ in a Polish online discussion forum. We study the ways in which national identity is constructed in this setting. Digital communication contributes further to expanding discourse on national identities beyond nation-state borders. We analyse close to 6000 posts from a large Polish Internet discussion forum through the methods of quantitative concept mapping and qualitative close readings. Our results show that patriotism is negotiated beyond strictly national frameworks. It is not merely a question of national interest as it also connects people through a process of establishing and maintaining of cultural intimacy.     

广州服务全国的战略路径研究

国务院颁布实施的《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要（2008—2020年）》赋予了广州重大的历史使命,从国家战略层面明确提出要强化广州国家中心城市地位,把广州建设成为服务全国,面向世界的国际大都市。新的发展定位要求广州要肩负起服务全国的使命。在此背景下,本文分析了广州服务全国的基础现状,提出了广州服务全国的发展目标与战略,最后就广州服务全国提出五大战略路径。
