"三大主义":论大陆新武侠的文化先进性

以先进文化为指导的科学主义、理想主义、和平主义构成了大陆新武侠文化先进性的"三大主义".科学主义体现了"第一生产力"对于武侠小说文体发展的动力作用,理想主义体现了大陆新武侠站在历史发展规律性高度对人物思想觉悟和奉献精神的表现,和平主义是对人类生命和尊严的维护、尊重以及对人民群众作为历史前进动力的思考.     

新中国经济蓝图的设计

经济问题是新中国内政外交的重要构成.为此,建国前夕,中国共产党人在深刻认识经济问题极端重要性的基础上,以所有制结构的五种经济成分、经济建设的基本政策,以及经济建设的发展方向为框架,设计了新中国的经济蓝图.为建国之际生产关系的变革和推动建国初期社会经济的发展起了重要的指导作用.

列宁晚期在探寻如何使苏俄从一个小农占多数的落后农业国过渡到社会主义国家的道路过程中，所形成的关于社会主义经济、政治、文化建设等一系列问题的观点和理论,在列宁的整个思想中占有十分重要的地位。它不仅是科学社会主义史上一笔极为厚重的的财富，而且对我们今天建设有中国特色的社会主义现代化事业仍然具有十分重要的指导意义。     

Emerging needs,evolving services: The health of Pacific peoples in New Zealand

Abstract

From 0.1% of the total population in 1945 to 6.9% in 2006, Pacific peoples now resident in New Zealand highlight significant health policy and service delivery issues within an increasingly diverse society. Over the last decade, marked differences in the health status of Pacific New Zealanders and Palagi New Zealanders have been well documented, showing high levels of disparity and continuing negative trends. This paper provides a broad overview of the history of Pacific health and health initiatives in New Zealand from the 1940s through to the mid 2000s, highlighting the interface between Pacific peoples and the New Zealand health sector. While the New Zealand Government has become increasingly responsive to Pacific health needs, significant disparities remain between Pacific and Palagi populations. Furthermore, many of the encouraging health initiatives introduced in the past decade remain at risk due to a variety of factors, including a need to strengthen the Pacific health workforce and management expertise.

1965年美国修改移民法后,移居美国的华人数量迅速增加.新移民改变了美国传统华人社区的结构,并导致了传统华人社会的变迁,使之出现了新的特征,如人口素质普遍提高、职业分布多样化、参政意识增强等.     

浙江舟山群岛新区渔民体质健康现状调查研究

为全面了解舟山群岛新区渔民健康状况，采用文献资料法、数理统计法、访谈法、逻辑分析等方法，对影响舟山渔民体质健康的8项指标进行比较分析，结果表明：舟山群岛新区渔民体质健康状况总体基本正常，但年龄结构偏大，患脂肪肝比例较高、尿酸指标偏高，体重指数（BMI）、血压、肌肝、血糖基本正常。渔民的脂肪肝发病与收缩压、血糖、尿酸、肌肝的升高存在相关性，需要引起足够重视。建议政府相关部门高度重视渔民的健康状况，大力宣传健康的饮食方式，倡导良好的生活习惯，兴建更多健身场所，促使渔民在闲暇之余能有效进行体育锻炼，提高身体素质，积极消除脂肪肝的危险因素，降低渔民脂肪肝的发病率，提高健康水平，为舟山海洋渔业捕捞可持续发展做出贡献。

Voice quality as a marker of ethnicity in New Zealand: From acoustics to perception1

This study is the first acoustic analysis of voice quality in the two main ethnic dialects of New Zealand English. In a production experiment, narratives from 36 speakers were analyzed and H1‐H2 spectral tilt measures were calculated for each vowel. The results provide instrumental evidence for impressionistic claims about the differing voice quality features of the two main ethnic groups, showing that Maori English speakers are creakier than European New Zealanders. A perception experiment was also carried out to determine the perceptual salience of voice quality for the identification of speaker ethnicity. The results of regression analyses confirm that listeners are sensitive to the phonation differences, and are able to rely on phonation cues in an ethnic dialect identification task. The study demonstrates the role of voice quality as a critical sociolinguistic variable, and highlights the importance of listeners’ previous dialect exposure in terms of sensitivity to prosodic cues.
