《普陀洛迦新志》的编纂特色

《普陀洛迦新志》是建国之前普陀山历代山志之中部头最大的一部。此书信史结合,持论公允,体例得当,考证精审,既有保存史料之功,又有辨析提炼之能,传统与时代贴合密切,在历代普陀山山志的编纂上可以称为范例。     

Social networks and the organisation of big business groups in post New Economic Policy (NEP) era in the 1990s in Malaysia

Personal ties are generally regarded as important to big business growth in Malaysia, particularly after the New Economic Policy (NEP) in the 1990s. Common types are informal ones established between multi-ethnic big business people and Malay key state and political leaders. Other types of ties, company directorship links and informal ties, are seldom studied especially those between the business people and former state bureaucrats and corporate professionals. Thus, by conceptualising the directorship links and informal personal ties as social networks, the author conducted a sociological analysis of some intra- and inter-ethnic directorship links and ties established by four prominent big businessmen after the NEP in the 1990s. This article reports the main finding on the links and ties becoming a common organisational mechanism of business groups owned and controlled by the businessmen, besides providing access to the state. Therefore, another understanding of inter- and intra-ethnic personal ties in big business growth, especially after the NEP is achieved.     

Exporting stimulus and “shared prosperity”: Reinventing foreign aid for a retroliberal era

The global aid world has changed, partly in response to the reconfigurations of geopolitical power and to the global financial crisis (GFC). Paradoxically, in the face of recession in most northern economies, collectively foreign aid contributions have not fallen. However there has been a qualitative shift in its narrative and nature. This new regime—which we term retroliberalism—projects the concept of “shared prosperity,” but constitutes a return to explicit self‐interest designed to bolster private sector trade and investment. Drawing evidence from New Zealand and the United Kingdom, we argue that aid programmes are increasingly functioning as “exported stimulus” packages.     

论仲裁裁决的国籍——兼论中国司法实践中的“双重标准”

仲裁裁决的国籍标志着其法律效力的来源。无论传统仲裁法理论还是现代国际商事仲裁的实践,都将仲裁地作为判断裁决国籍的主要标准。中国法律对仲裁裁决国籍问题未作明确规定。通过对中国法院的撤销权及承认与执行外国仲裁裁决规定的分析,认为中国目前实采"仲裁机构标准",同时,中国又是《纽约公约》的缔约国,负有适用公约"地域标准"的义务。"双重标准"的存在在中国仲裁司法实践中引发了一些难以克服的冲突,亟待新的立法予以改革。     

柳亚子与新南社

南社社友虽然在辛亥革命中发挥了巨大的积极作用,但自民国成立后便开始消沉失落。新文化运动中,为了重振南社昔日的雄风,迎上革命的新潮,柳亚子与叶楚伧等共同发起成立了新南社,制定章程,选举柳亚子为社长。国民党改组后由于柳亚子忙于党内斗争以及国民党右派的反对,新南社只存在一年即告停顿,却在宣传新三民主义和动员群众投身国民革命方面发挥了积极作用。     

Jamming the jamming: Brazilian protests as an illustration of a new politics of consumption

ABSTRACT

Based on a reflexive and critical analysis of the citizen protests that pervaded Brazilian cities in June 2013, in this article we argue that a significant part of the demonstrators’ dissatisfaction took the form of a new politics of consumption with particular characteristics, including the subversion of the culture jamming concept by citizens and by corporations. Our main contribution is to provide the Brazilian protests as an illustration of a new politics of consumption, where ‘citizen-consumers’ direct their dissatisfaction toward the government using tactics that, historically, were considered counter-hegemonic and directed to the market, as is the case of the culture jamming. Likewise, the corporations present themselves as partners of those citizen-consumers. Mobilizing a dialectical reasoning, our results invite readers to reflect on the ambiguities among politics of consumption and culture jamming, and the challenges they bring to organizations and society.     

论新时期电影中女性情欲的政治表述

在倡导生产伦理的主导政治的影响下，新时期电影中的女性情欲话语依然内含着某种变形后的政治动员机制，它们或以情欲展演完成政治神话的表述，或以情欲规划引导观众的利比多流向。然而，新时期电影所获得的半自律性生存空间，使得越轨的银幕女体情欲展演亦拥有其存活土壤，它们与主导政治文化之间既有共谋亦有背离。     

新时期以来赵执信研究述评

赵执信是清初山左诗人群体中具有传奇色彩的一位。其诗文、诗学理论、诗余乃至书法都产生了重要的影响。新时期以来，赵执信研究在学界的努力下取得了较大的成就，具体有赵执信概论性研究、赵执信诗文及诗歌理论研究、赵执信与王渔洋关系及其交游行迹研究等方面。     

洪仁玕“新政”近代元素的渊源?--从“三十年后说康梁”说起

明清之际,西学渐次东渐。由于中国统治阶层对此漠然处之,因此对于当时之中国影响不大。鸦片战争清帝国战败的事实惊醒了一部分中国人,开始重新审视西学,建议将其作为一种改造中国的手段而加以运用。在西学东渐的过程中,西方传教士厥功至伟,洪仁玕作为一位基督教的虔诚信仰者,对于西学在中国的传播起到了与西方同行相同的作用,并集中体现于其与西学有深刻渊源之著述———《资政新篇》。     

新四军在江苏抗日根据地的反“清乡”斗争政策述论

为确保对华中占领区的统治,消灭该地区内的新四军,1941年7月至1944年底,日汪在江苏大部分地区掀起了罪恶的“清乡”活动。针对日汪掀起的“清乡”活动,活跃在江苏抗日根据地的新四军在中共中央及华中局的领导下,坚持党的一元化领导,把武装斗争、统一战线与群众动员紧密结合在一起,积极展开反“清乡”运动,最终赢得了反“清乡”斗争的胜利。
