设ATM网复用器的信元输入率依赖于一个交替更新过程（而非马尔可夫过程），复用器的输出率恒定不变，缓冲器的信元初始容量为0。在此条件下，应用流体模型和更新理论，求出了在任意时刻t时缓冲器容量Q（t）的概率分布，为缓冲器的设计和控制提供了有力的理论依据。

用直流电位差计对电动势(或电压)进行测量时,测量结果是经过两次比较一“校准工作电流”和“测量”才能得到的,因此装置的灵敏度是影响测量结果精度的重要因素,而电位差计工作电源与其灵敏度有复杂的关系.从校准和测量两方面研究电位差计灵敏度与其工作电源电压的关系,对正确使用电位差计,减少实验误差具有重要的指导作用.     

创业能力情景模拟训练测评方法及系统研究

随着创业能力学习论逐渐被大家接受,创业者的创业能力如何训练提高和评价成为人们关注的焦点.通过资料综述确定成功创业者拥有的创业能力特征因子,即动机、品质、自我认知、价值观和深层次创业知识经验与技能,根据5种因子特征,在E-prime测评软件平台上分别采用内隐联想测试（IAT）、镶嵌图形测试和斯特鲁普效应测试（Stroop）,可以建立一种创业能力情景模拟综合测评方法,设计其测评系统程序.两组被试测评结果相关分析表明：创业动机不同的两组被试IAT测评分在置信度95％区间存在显著差异;创业能力不同的两组被试总测评分也存在显著差异.     

Legal Parenthood and Continued Parent-Child Relationships—The Moral and Experiential Aspects of Parenting

ABSTRACT

This paper presents a construct of parenting which provides criteria for differential solutions in cases of child protection, i.e., confidential adoption, adoption with contact and out-of-home placements. It is proposed that the moral aspect of parenting be central in judicial proceedings regarding the protection of the child. In addition a distinction between the moral and the experiential aspect of parenting should be made. The presentation of this construct is based on the author's assessments of parents when acting as an expert witness to the court (in Israel), in three cases in which compulsory adoption was petitioned by the state. The assessment of the moral aspect of parenting is based on the parent's own evaluation of his/her own parenthood, and the assessment of the experiential aspect is based on the parent-child relationships with a particular emphasis -on the child's responses to the parent. This construct may allow experts to tread the fine line between assessing parents and accusing them and provides a base for negotiation between parents' conceptions of their parenthood and the court's.     

Statistical Microcomputing—Like it is

A statistical software package is a collaborative effort between a program's authors and users. When statistical analysis took place exclusively on mainframe computers, the entire statistical community was served by some three to six major packages, which helped to ensure that program errors would be quickly uncovered and corrected. The current trend toward performing statistical analysis on microcomputers has resulted in an explosion of software of varying quality, with more than 200 packages for the IBM PC alone. Since all of these programs are competing for the same base of knowledgeable users, the number of sophisticated users per package is dramatically less than for mainframe packages; the net result is that problems in any particular package are more likely to go unnoticed and uncorrected. For example, the most widely used shareware package contains major errors that should cause it to be rejected out of hand, and three best-selling packages analyze unbalanced two-factor experiments using an approximate technique originally developed for hand calculation. Several strategies are offered to help author and user reveal any problems that might be present in their software.     

面向链路状态信息的路由算法LSDSR

提出一种WA mesh网络组网方式,将WALN技术与Ad hoc技术相结合,充分发挥二者的优势。针对WA mesh需要高性能路由算法,提出一种基于链路状态信息的改进路由算法LSDSR。分析表明WA mesh网络不仅具备WLAN网络成本低、吞吐量高、通信可靠的特点,还具备Ad hoc网络的高移动性、高灵活性、高抗毁性的特点。LSDSR路由算法能够减少路由中断的几率,减少网络中洪泛信息的出现,不仅改善了路由发现时间和链路负载,而且改善了路由请求信息和丢包率,提升了网络的效率,对链路的延迟、网络确认控制方面也有更良好的表现。     

从历史中突破——历史素材影院动画片的改编

按照动画的传播手段来说，通过电影进行传播的动画片是其中一种最主要的形式，而有一定长度、有故事情节的“影院动画片”更是在观众中最具影响力，它的优劣程度已成为考察一个国家动画制作水平高低的一个标准。但是从目前的实际情况来看，我国的影院动画片的水平仍然远远落后于世界水平。通过考察目前中国影院动画片现状，提出制约影院动画片发展的最主要原因是剧本，同时通过分析指出，对历史素材进行改编是解决当前中国影院动画片落后的有效途径。
