交际畏惧调控教学法在大学英语教学中的应用研究

为探索一套合理的教学法调控交际畏惧程度以降低其对大学生英语口语能力的负面影响,本文从交际畏惧角度着手,通过问卷调查、课堂观察等方法了解学生在口语活动时存在的交际畏惧程度。通过制定并实施一套相应教学法——交际畏惧调控教学法,发现学生口语活动时的交际畏惧程度通过合理的课堂设计和灵活活动开展可以得到相应控制,而学生的英语口语能力也能得到一定提高。     

近代中国铁路管理机构的变迁——以部局关系变动为视角（1886—1937）

在近代中国铁路管理机构变迁过程中,邮传部（交通部、铁道部）与各铁路管理局（监督局）之间关系的变动具有举足轻重的地位。鉴于以往学者对此研究不多,本文将以部、局关系变动为视角,对1886—1937年间中国铁路管理机构的变迁过程进行考察,认为部、局之间垂直隶属关系的确立,不仅为部、局、站（段）三级管理体制的建立奠定了重要基础,而且对近代中国铁路运输业发展产生了重要影响。     

元明时期中国与马八儿、琐里交通史新考

本文认为,元末汪大渊《岛夷志略》记载的马八儿屿指的是马八儿苏丹国.伯希和认为,西洋琐里国王别里提、琐里国王卜纳的是同一人,两国是同一国.本文认为,两国不是同一国,别里提、卜纳的都是马可波罗讲的马八儿王号Bandi的异译.永乐以后,南印度被维查耶那伽尔王朝统治,所以琐里不仅不见于正史,也不见于与郑和下西洋有关的史籍.前人提出,《元史》记载中的至元十八年马八儿王号“算弹”是苏丹的音译.本文认为应是sundara的音译.而延祐元年遣使的马八儿王昔剌木丁即Sayyid Jalal-ud-Din Ahsan.     

传播学视野下师生有效交往的现实理路

教师与学生是制约学校教育有效性的两个重要影响因素。师生能否有效交往的基础在于主体间性的实现。传播学理论中传播的本质、概念、传播载体及传播模式昭示着传者和受者之间的信息传播是主体间非常有效的一种交往态势。因此,在构建师生有效交往的现实理路上可以借鉴和创新信息传播的模式,具体表现为三个方面：突破传统的教学过程,向生活世界延伸;改变独白的话语体系,向对话理解转型;消除单行叙事方式,迁延出整体互动格局。     

“小组动力学”视角下学龄儿童“人际交往小组”社会工作介入

笔者在与学生接触过程中,发现部分学生缺少良好的人际交往技巧,伴随出现自卑、害羞、攻击倾向、不合作、不礼貌、情绪控制差等人际交往障碍。鉴于这种情况,笔者运用＂小组动力＂理论,设计并开展了人际交往小组活动。小组旨在让组员在小组的互动过程中不断提高自我认识,学会人际交往技巧,提高人际交往能力,解决其人际交往存在的问题,增强其自信心并实现正常社会化。笔者在小组活动筹备阶段、初级阶段、转换阶段、工作阶段、结束阶段分别运用了组成技术、起始技术、过程技术、结束技术、追踪技术,并且将＂小组动力学＂理论贯穿始终。     

儿童自闭症干预新路向——整合治疗模式

目前针对儿童自闭症患者流行的是密集式的感觉统合训练和行为训练,虽然取得一定效果,但在自闭症儿童的情绪情感上疗效甚微。本研究在梳理目前常用的自闭症方法的基础之上创造性的形成了整合治疗模式。该模式旨在以行为分析方法为主导,结合结构化教学、音乐治疗、感觉统合训练、家庭支持式咨询等方法中的各项优势,以期帮助儿童更好的全面发展。     

Expressed trust and compliance in police‐civilian encounters: the role of communication accommodation in Chinese and American settings

Research has demonstrated that police officers' communicative practices are potent predictors of individuals' expressed reactions to law enforcement. The present study continues this line of work in Taiwan, the People's Republic of China, and the United States by testing a theoretical model pertaining to the influence of perceived police officer accommodation and reported trust on attitudes about compliance with police requests. In addition to differences in reported levels of these variables across locations, findings indicated that perceived police officer communication accommodation predicted trust in police which, in turn, predicted attitudes about compliance with police requests. The empirical and practical significance of these findings are discussed.     

Listening,Culture and Structures of Consciousness: Ways of Studying Listening

Listening research has focused on methods borrowed from psychology and the study of communication. This article describes a broader approach to the study of listening that encompasses quantitative and qualitative methodology and goes further to explore the larger field of human experience. Structures of consciousness are described that present very expansive ways to understand listening in cultural context.     

Communication Patterns and Direct Social Work Practice with Latinos in the U.S.

Abstract

Although Latinos in the United States are projected to become the largest ethnic and cultural population by the 21st century, there continues to be a paucity of literature on the heterogeneity of this population. This article presents a brief perspective of Puerto Ricans in the U.S. including elements of its cultural value system and its relevance to culturally based differences in patterns of communication. The author identifies several cultural values, how they interface with different patterns of communication among Puerto Ricans and implications for direct social work practice.

A multitude of influences have affected the development of social work education, one of the earliest of which was the settlement movement in British inner cities. This article explores the early impact of the settlements on social work education and presents the results of a survey of current settlements and their relationship with UK social work. Ideas from the settlement movement have continued to fertilise British social policy and community development practice but their numbers and influence have waned. In contrast, British social work and social services organisations exert a major influence on settlements both directly and indirectly. As part of the longest established sections of the voluntary sector within the UK, the settlement movement's survival may also offer suggestions about the organic development of welfare organisations which are of wider relevance in a rapidly changing social environment.
