北京共识VS华盛顿共识

从操作层面分析了北京共识和华盛顿共识,分别揭示了二者的本体论和认识论基础。华盛顿共识基于还原和简化对内生型国家的道路和现状得出了抽象的原则,其根源是古希腊的哲学传统和近现代的科学方法。北京共识则考虑到边界条件和初始条件、可行性和目标,其根源是中国文化和哲学传统,为外生型国家的发展道路提供了较为成功的典范。在全球化和后现代思潮兴起之时,华盛顿共识正在关注并接受北京共识,而北京共识也正在反省和克服缺乏一致的理论出发点和法治的弊病。     

法规竞合与想像竞合比较研究

区别法规竞合与想象竞合 ,关键应从法益的角度来把握 ,即在法规竞合的情况下 ,除补充关系的法规竞合外 ,根据法规竞合的适用规则选择适用的刑法规范能对犯罪行为所侵犯的法益作出全面的评价 ,反之 ,不被适用的法条不能作出全面的评价。而在想像竞合的情况下 ,一行为所触犯的数罪名均不能对犯罪行为所侵犯的法益作出全面的刑法评价。

This note argues that positive discounting is necessary for intergenerational equity, and that the choice of the discount rate should be based on the principle that individuals of different generations should be treated in a symmetrical fashion.

经济全球化不同于全球经济一体化 ,是一个从局部经济全球化到全面经济全球化的历史演进过程 ;从矛盾主导方面看 ,经济全球化的实质是资本主义生产关系的全球化 ;“华盛顿共识”(新自由主义 )是美国在经济上征服全球的政策 ,新自由主义改革必然造成很大灾难 (俄罗斯和拉美的教训 ) ;参加经济全球化是为了本民族经济更好地自主发展 ,而不是被外资操纵和控制 ;我们应当积极参加经济全球化 ,同时重视适度保护 ,维护国家经济安全 ,科技创新是经济独立的充足条件。     

Physical capital taxation and labor income taxation in an endogenous growth model with new generations

This paper examines the growth and welfare effects of physical capital taxation and labor income taxation. It is found that the impact of a rise in the physical capital tax rate on the balanced growth rate is crucially related to the birth rate, but a rise in the labor income tax rate definitely reduces the balanced growth rate regardless of the birth rate. It is also found that an increase in the physical capital income tax rate will harm the older but will benefit the younger, while an increase in the labor income tax rate will benefit the older but will harm the younger.

现代视域下信仰流变的动态解析——从哲学分析的角度

文章基于考察人类信仰在其发展中是如何实现从宗教信仰经由科学主义的理性信仰转向建立在话语共识基础上的理性信仰的逻辑演变,以期对这种动态的流变提供一种可能的合理解释,并力求在哲学的层面上分析这个转向对现代社会信仰重构的意义,进而达至人类社会的理性交往,缓解现代人的精神紧张,走出信仰困境。     

Brand deletion implementation: The effect on performance of context and process factors

Although brand deletion (BD) is a key strategic decision within brand portfolio management, it has received very little attention in the scientific literature. This research expands the knowledge base on the BD strategy, particularly in the execution phase. Based on the literature addressing strategic change and marketing strategy implementation, this study explores the main and interaction effects of context (decentralization and consensus) and process (formalization and communication) implementation factors on the success of BD, measured in terms of its contribution to the firm’s economic performance. Using a representative sample of 155 cases of BD, we show that the four factors are related to BD performance, although these relations are complex and intertwined. Consensus, communication, and decentralization positively affect BD performance, with consensus being particularly influential. Formalization is found to be a double-edged sword as the effects of formalizing the execution of the deletion are particularly convoluted.

互联网的飞速发展及其特有的性质,使传播学中的许多传统理论受到质疑,其中就包括"沉默的螺旋"假说。在互联网上,根据传统的实证研究得出的"沉默的螺旋"是否会消失?根据诺依曼"沉默的螺旋"假说的核心概念和基本假定,通过辨析,从"群体压力"、"孤独恐惧感"和"从众心理"等方面能够论证"沉默的螺旋"产生的基本条件在网络空间中仍然存在。由此得出结论,"沉默的螺旋"在网络空间中仍以自己的方式存在着。     

Bounds for the Bayes Error in Classification: A Bayesian Approach Using Discriminant Analysis

We study two of the classical bounds for the Bayes error P _e , Lissack and Fu’s separability bounds and Bhattacharyya’s bounds, in the classification of an observation into one of the two determined distributions, under the hypothesis that the prior probability χ itself has a probability distribution. The effectiveness of this distribution can be measured in terms of the ratio of two mean values. On the other hand, a discriminant analysis-based optimal classification rule allows us to derive the posterior distribution of χ, together with the related posterior bounds of P _e . 作为一种非正式国际机制,二十国集团(G20)的定位是在发达经济体与新兴经济体之间寻求政治共识,这一机制定位决定了G20的机制建设要走出一条加强"机制化"但不要"正式化"的特色道路。当前G20的机制建设正面临着共识、延续性、合法性与执行力四大困境,为克服这些困境,G20未来的机制建设必须坚持非正式性和领导人的战略引领,进一步完善峰会轮值主席国的"三驾马车"制度,构建与其他国际组织和多边机制的伙伴关系,完善机制架构,改进相互评估程序,提高协议的执行力。
