再说文学的民族性与世界性

本文探讨了文学的民族性与世界性这个老问题在新的历史条件下所面临的困境 ,由于西方经济文化的强势地位在全球化趋势中愈益明显的霸权形象 ,根深蒂固的民族主义情绪对于“东方主义”思维范式的借用与倚重 ,国家经济的增强等几种因素的结合 ,使得这个问题的解决日益复杂。只有在实践尤其是关注当下现实的文学创作中才能解决理论的困窘。本文还指出了在当前文学创作中摇摆于这两极之间的一些迷误现象。     

Security systems and renewal processes

An interesting feature of successive inter-event times in a Poisson renewal process, when observed through a superimposed (possibly random) grid, can be interpreted as an extended form of the ‘inspection paradox’. Probabilistic measures are determined and an estimation and testing procedure is outlined which could be used to examine possible departure from randomness (Poisson form). The problem arose from study of security systems and the results have important applications in that field.     

社会公德及其实践中的悖论现象研究

社会公德是人们在长期的生活和交往中形成的，被大家所公认并共同遵守的，用以维护公共生活秩序的道德。但悖论的出现却破坏了正常的秩序，破坏了社会风气，消解悖论对人们生活质量的提高和社会进步有重要作用。     

Socio-pathologie et paradoxes de la société moderne

Society builds itself up across representations, interactions and elaborations of the subjects invested in it. Their experience is symptomatic of that society. Their sufferings reflect its paradoxes and conflicts, the gaps between imaginary and reality which can lead to the crisis. Experience has no more meaning and the social link comes undone. Economy, technology and democracy itself lock the hypermodern society in contradictions, in front of which politics reveals itself helpless. The psychic suffering of the subject expresses then itself in the social field, through the disinvestment or the violence, amplifying the crisis effect and showing the interdependence between psychic and social.     

带有人类学面孔的认识论——维特根斯坦论盲目遵守规则

维特根斯坦在其后期著作《哲学研究》中探讨遵守规则的时候,向“被规则引导”的传统观点提出了根本挑战,他声称不存在精神与世界超强联系的超级事实,而主张存在共同体生活形式的一致这样一个客观事实,所以人们不能“私人地遵守规则”;主张存在包括语言在内的人们的习惯这样一个起到背景、框架作用的客观事实,所以人们“盲目遵守规则”。结论是：遵守规则也是一种实践,从而把认识论牢固地建立在人们生活基础之上。“盲目地遵守规则”较之“不能私人地遵守规则”,更加强调生活形式在遵守规则时的框架、背景作用;仅仅凸显遵守规则的公共性,尚不能完全堵死柏拉图式的精神实体的传统认识论路径。     

量子力学中决定论的恢复

回顾量子力学的建立和发展过程，分析量子力学发展过程中的佯谬解释的哲学斗争，从认识论和本体论的角度观察量子力学发展与哲学的辩证决定论关系，并从量子力学理论的成功来分析决定论的归属问题，认为决定论在理论架构和实体验证的角度上已经被恢复。     

目睹圣彼得堡《石头记》抄本散记

上个世纪,学术界在俄罗斯圣彼得堡发现了一套清代的《石头记》抄本,派专家做了学术鉴定和考察,这个抄本是迄今发现12个早期《红搂梦》抄本中价值最高的本子之一,文本内容很多地方独出异文,这些异文更接近曹雪芹的原笔、真笔,解决了一些《红楼梦》版本校勘的问题。1986年中华书局影印出版了这部《石头记》。文章作者在圣彼得堡目睹了《石头记》抄本,与中华书局的影印本尺寸不同,这部《石头记》宽如同常见书(18．5cm),而长度却像《辞海》等大型工具书(25．5cm)。这套《石头记》共5函,每函7册,现存35册,一般每两回订一册,但也有少数三回装订一册,还有一回订一册的。第五回和第六回装订的那一册遗失了,这很可能因为第五册里有“册子”判词和“红楼梦”曲子,预示十二钗的结局,更能引起阅读兴趣,被人借阅未还而失去。这部抄本没有第八十回,最后一册只有七十八回和七十九回,事实上,八十回的内容包含在七十九回中,第七十九回和第八十回尚未分断,也说明这个抄本所依据的底本应该是时间比较早,当在曹雪芹去世前后不久。此外,第十七回和第十八回虽然分开了,第十八回却只有标回而无回目的具体文字,属于早期抄本的特征。抄本的纸张是已经写有文字的纸反过来在背面抄写,册页上还有红色点断的痕迹和名宁旁边的红线标记。     

What to Make of the Liberal Paradox?

Sen's Liberal Paradox has received a good deal of attention in the literature. However, it is worth re-opening the discussion since the solutions offered so far have serious problems and since there is more to say about the nature of the problem displayed by the Liberal Paradox. I propose a new solution to the paradox in the following sense: First, I argue that its range of applicability is not very broad. Second, there is nothing paradoxical about a conflict of the principles involved in the Liberal Paradox. (Nagel's thesis of the ``fragmentation of value' is important to make this point.) Third, I make a recommendation about how to remove conflicts when they occur in a restricted class of cases. For the other cases, no recommendation of similar appeal is available. But in the light of the first point, the availability of a generally applicable recommendation was not to be expected.     

从汉语称赞应对的发展看文化定势之悖论

随着跨文化交际学的深入发展 ,一些关于某种文化侧面的文化定势 (stereotype)就随之出现了。但是 ,一成不变的定势在有些时候也会造成跨文化交际方面的障碍。笔者收集了 1,2 80条称赞应对 ,发现称赞应对现在有较大比例是属于同意别人的称赞。因此 ,如果沿用过去的应对模式 ,就会造成文化悖论

超越狭隘的现实功利性的理解，将阿瑟·米勒的《萨勒姆的女巫》放在更为广阔的审美视野中加以考察发现，该剧紧扣由原始思维逻辑所形成的“谬论”展开戏剧冲突，展现了萨勒姆镇荒谬地赋予一群无知无畏的小女孩命名的特权，将“谬论”当作法律审判惩罚无辜平民，从而深刻揭示出人类自身思维的局限性和由此而导致的人性堕落与良知犹在之间的冲突，警示人们拔除心中的魔障，从神性和兽性的诱惑中走出来，在人性的回归中提升生命的层次，锻造人的生命意志。
