汉语预科教学中学生兴趣的激发和培养

兴趣是学习的源泉和动力 ,当一个人对某种事物发生浓厚而稳定的兴趣时 ,他对事物的观察力就变得敏锐 ,逻辑记忆增强 ,想像力丰富。兴趣还能促进学生创造力的产生 ,兴趣的激发和培养能促进非智力因素其他各方面的发展。如果学生对学习活动产生了兴趣 ,他就会保持旺盛的求知欲 ,增强其学习的积极性 ,主动探求新知识 ,并且能在学习遇到困难时 ,坚强地克服困难 ,不畏艰辛和劳苦 ,从而取得最后的成功     

The role of social integration in the adverse effect of unemployment on mental health – Testing the causal pathway and buffering hypotheses using panel data

Social integration is considered crucially important for understanding the adverse effect of unemployment on mental health. Social integration is assumed to either bring about the health effects of unemployment (causal pathway hypothesis) or shield the unemployed from such effects (buffering hypothesis). However, there is scarce empirical evidence, especially based on panel data, regarding these two hypotheses. In our analysis, we use up to ten waves of the “Labour Market and Social Security” (PASS) German panel study and apply fixed effects panel regressions to account for unobserved confounders. We test several indicators that cover different aspects of social integration (numbers of strong and weak ties, conflict in the household, employed friends, general and job search-specific social support). We find no empirical support for the causal pathway hypothesis and only very limited support for the buffering hypothesis.     

试论我国刑事和解制度的构建

作为一种新型的刑事纠纷解决机制,刑事和解制度在我国的构建无疑具有积极的意义,它可以有效地提高司法效率,维护被害人及加害人的切身利益.在对构建刑事和解制度进行必要性及可行性分析的基础上,提出构建中国特色刑事和解制度的基本设想以及刑事和解制度推行过程中应注意的一些问题.     

Mediation across generations: A tri-generational perspective

The meaning of mediation across generations was examined qualitatively in 20 grandparent–parent–grandchild triads.Parental mediation was the most dominant type of intergenerational mediation. However, evidence was found also regarding grandparent's and grandchild's mediation.The role of the mother as a mediator was recognized and accepted by all generations, although it was not always accepted happily by the mothers. Our results showed that grandparent's mediation is present in intact families, but mostly in cases of family crisis. Finally, grandchild's mediation emerged especially when the bond between the grandparent and the parent was weak or problematic.Findings of this study provide a first insight in examining intergenerational mediation from a tri-generational approach.     

建构家庭—婚姻暴力干预的理论体系与工作模式

近年来,随着立法司法的深入推动,家庭—婚姻暴力干预取得了引人瞩目的成果。但是,政府及非政府组织对家庭—婚姻暴力当事人的干预与服务仍然是弱项,存在诸多的挑战与困惑。总结本地经验,梳理和整合有针对性的、专业化干预服务模式应该列入中国大陆家庭暴力干预工作的重要议程。     

构建和谐社会要重视刑事当事人与相关利益人的关系平衡——倡导以人为本的刑事和解文化

本文在构建和谐社会的语境下,从刑事和解机制入手,肯定刑事和解重视刑事当事人(被害人和犯罪人)与相关利益人的关系平衡是符合追求和谐社会目标的,进而提出要倡导以人为本的刑事和解文化。同时文章针对倡导刑事和解文化的理论基础与面临的困惑进行了深入的阐释与探讨。     

初级阶段民族预科生汉语习得石化现象研究——以喀什师范学院为例

文章对初级阶段民族预科生汉语习得过程中在语音、词汇、语法、文字等方面的石化表现及特征做了分析,指出语言要素习得石化的系统性、稳固性、层次性、持续性、反复性、低水平性等特征。从母语迁移、语篇教学及学习者自身角度探讨了造成石化现象的成因。从教师传授者及学习者的角度提出预防和减低石化程度的途径：施予性策略、监控策略、介入性策略、自我认知策略,力图将研究的成果反馈到教学实践中去。     

论前期创造社戏剧艺术的“日本机制”

创造社成员共同的留日背景使得创造社的戏剧艺术受到＂日本机制＂的影响和促进。第一重＂环境机制＂中,日本是作为＂背景＂而以其社会环境和时代氛围对创造社诸君产生影响;第二重＂中介机制＂中,日本是作为＂桥梁＂而引导他们涉猎更广泛的文化和文学;第三重＂体验机制＂中,日本是作为＂触点＂而使他们的体验心理得以建立,从而开启一段艺术之旅。
