贵州民族预科教育问题及对策思考

贵州民族预科教育是贵州民族教育的重要组成部分,为贵州各高等学校本科、专科输送了大批合格的学生。要开发贵州,加快少数民族人才的培养,实现贵州民族预科教育的跨越式发展,必须正视民族预科教育自身存在的问题,并有针对性地妥善加以解决。     

少数民族预科生的心理特征与教育管理

少数民族预科生大多来自偏远的山区,由于其自身和生活环境的差别,呈现了一种特殊的心理特征和个性特征,通过对少数民族预科生心理特征的研究,采取特殊措施和有效的方法进行教育管理,使他们克服心理障碍,树立自信心,以适应预科的生活、学习,完成中学到大学的过渡,使之成为身心健康,积极向上,全面发展的高质量人才。     

域外民间调解制度对我国的若干启示

人民调解是一项重要的ADR制度,该制度利用基层民间自治机制解决纠纷,成为化解矛盾、稳定社会的第一道防线。目前,我国的民间调解制度正面临新时期的改革需求。本文运用比较的方法,从规范化、受案范围、新型调解组织、经济杠杆促成调解、司法与调解互动、人力资源建设和科学研究等六个方面分析了我国人民调解制度与世界其他国家相比存在的不足之处,提出改革的建议。

In large scale environmental mediations research instituts often had an important role. Frequently they took the initiative, operated as projekt managers, as mediators and analysed the processes and the results of the mediation. The management of mediations by research instituts has various effects on the procedural process and the evaluation of the results. The interaction of science and practice can cause constructive synergy effects as well as mutual obstructions. Subject of this aricle are in particular the related problems, which can be generated if a mediation is organised as a research projekct.     

论诉讼调解的合理性——以民事诉讼目的定位为切入点

诉讼调解在我国有着深厚的文化和社会心理基础,历来就是纠纷解决的重要手段。随着司法改革的深入,诉讼调解在民事诉讼中的合理性受到学术界的质疑,其在法律中的地位也由此发生了反复性的变化。当前,在构建和谐社会的大背景下,最高法院又强调”高度重视运用调解手段化解矛盾纠纷”。因此,在诉讼调解备受争议但其又为中国现实所需的情况下,笔者认为通过对我国民事诉讼目的的定位来论证诉讼调解制度在民事诉讼中的合理性具有较强的说服力。

Coaching von Doppelspitzen — Wann sind Formen von Mediation zu integrieren?

Coaching with double-top: In which cases mediation is to be integrated?The author discusses coaching in a special management setting, the double-top. She shows, that this double-top is usual in several organizational milieus, but that this involves a considerable potential of conflicts on the individual, interactional and systemic level. Therefore, many double-tops consult a coach. If the conflicts have reached a higher level of escalation, the coach should use concepts of mediation beyond the traditional forms of consulting.     

Sibling relationships and internalizing symptoms of youth in foster care

Compared to the sibling literature of the general population, little is known about sibling relationships of youth in foster care. The current study aimed to report on sibling relationships among youth in foster care, and investigate the potential protective nature of sibling relationships of those who have experienced trauma on the expression of internalizing symptoms among a nationally representative sample of 152 adolescents in foster care. Results indicated that the large majority of the sample was currently separated from their sibling. Of those who were not living with their sibling, nearly three quarters saw their sibling monthly or less frequently with one third of the sample reporting never having any contact with their sibling. In addition, bootstrapping methods were used to determine if sibling relationships mediated the effect of trauma on internalizing symptoms. Results indicated that a positive sibling relationship significantly mediated this relationship. Implications of these findings are discussed.     

教育生态学理论指导下的大学英语隐性课程个案研究——以包头师范学院预科生为例

目前,少数民族预科生的英语学习主要困扰有两个方面：首先,由于英语基础差,再加上民族文化的熏陶,预科生整体对英语学习动机及兴趣不浓,缺乏学习英语的自信心;其次,现行英语教材不符合预科生的民族特点及学习要求。在教育生态学理论的指导下,可以从学校校园文化、班级文化、师生关系及教材方面开发预科生英语隐性课程,提高预科生的英语学习兴趣和自信心,改善预科生的整体英语学习水平。
