文章分析了现代科技与道德的关系,论述了科技道德与一般伦理道德的区别与联系,提出了科技道德的功利原则.     

上海青少年社会工作者专业能力建设的行动研究

本文是上海X区青少年社会工作站的社会工作者专业能力建设的行动研究的初步成果。全文从研究背景、研究方法、研究历程、初步成效、反思等方面对行动研究项目作了介绍。在总结了社会工作者专业能力建设的行动研究四阶段特征的基础上,本文提出社会工作者专业能力的建设必须与社会工作知识观、社会工作服务内容与形式的创新,以及社会工作专业管理机制的不断改善直接相关。     

论儒家优秀道德成果在当代“社会公德”建设中的现实价值

中华民族几千年的历史，留下了灿烂的传统文化遗产，儒家道德优秀成果更是我们不可多得的宝贵财富，在加快公民道德建设的今天，儒家先哲的道德理念仍具有现实价值。     

Some indications for professional development in social work: a study of theoretical interest and attitudes towards research among Icelandic social workers

This study among Icelandic social workers generally showed positive attitudes towards research activity in the field. Most respondents, whereof half were practice teachers, saw the practicum as an important tool for the integration of theoretical application and research activity to practice. Almost all saw research activity as a feasible way to empower social work as a profession. Simultaneously, a relatively small percentage report their own research activity. Besides this discrepancy some interesting differences were found according to number of years after graduation, field employment and experience as practice teachers. It is argued that the theme in focus is a critical indication of professional development and highly relevant for the educational discourse as for future professional development.     

我国权力道德法律化的途径思考

对我国权力道德法律化问题即权力道德法律化的多层次性、没有形成法律制度性的保障、泛道德化倾向等进行了分析,探讨了权力道德法律化的途径即法律制度建设与思想政治教育相结合以及对权力道德法律化进程中应注意的问题进行了阐释。     

Analysis of perception of training in graduates of the Faculty of Medicine at Universidad de Castilla-Mancha

IntroductionProblem-based learning has been a key component of the teaching method employed at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Castilla La Mancha (UCLM) in Albacete, Spain since its creation. The aim of this study was to evaluate perceptions of training among residents who graduated from the first three years of the UCLM Degree in Medicine.MethodsUsing the Jefferson Medical College postgraduate rating form, residents rated their performance in four areas of clinical competency (medical knowledge, data gathering skills, clinical judgment, and professional attitudes) at the beginning of residency training in comparison with colleagues from other faculties. The construct validity of responses was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha and exploratory factor analysis.ResultsOver half the respondents (57.8%) considered that they had received better training than peers from other medical schools, and 98.5% felt that their general performance in the four competencies analyzed was similar or superior to that of their colleagues. Factor analysis revealed two major factors: “the physician as scientist” and “the physician as manager and communicator”.ConclusionsOur study shows that graduates from the UCLM Faculty of Medicine perceive their training, which is largely based on problem-based learning, as satisfactory.     

Preparing social workers as reporters of suspected child maltreatment

Social workers are an important source of reports to child protective services in the United States (US). However, it is unclear what role social work education plays in preparing social workers for this responsibility. The current study explores how undergraduate and graduate social work programs in the US prepare students as reporters. This study found that while almost all programs that participated in this study provide students with some content related to their role as reporters of child maltreatment, there are varying ways such content is provided, and many avenues for improvement. International implications are highlighted.     

社会道德操作的结构和特点

道德操作是道德以“实践－精神”的方式把握世界的具体途径。社会道德操作是道德操作最主要的形式。社会道德操作的主体是代表一定社会、阶级利益的集团和个人,其目的是在对象身上实现社会主体的道德意图,其操作目标在于改善社会道德面貌、优化个体道德品质、完善社会道德规范、建立社会道德制约机制。系统性、客观性、过程性、模糊性、实践性是社会道德操作的基本特点。     

对“英雄流血又流泪”现象的体制性反思

“善有善报,恶有恶果”是促进和谐社会道德建设的一条基本原则。倘若“善有善报”嬗变为“善有恶果”,这会给和谐社会道德建设带来巨大的影响。然而,现实中屡屡发生的“英雄流血又流泪”现象却正在强化这一荒谬逻辑。这种现象主要与当前政府显性价值导向偏失、补偿立法滞后、社会保障缺位和感恩意识匮乏等因素密切相关。要彻底解决这个问题,必须建立道德问责机制,补偿道德再生产成本,创新社会保障制度和加强感恩意识教育。     

纳米技术与人类道德

纳米技术作为一种新兴的综合性技术，它的发展对人类道德产生了一定冲击，因此有必要对其采取一定的道德控制措施，以达到纳米技术与人类道德的共同进步。
