企业的进入与研究开发策略

现有文献大都只考虑企业进入某项目的等待投资的期权. 而实际上,企业进入某项目后, 还具有研究与开发的实物期权. 通过建立新的模型,本文在此考虑了这种研究与开发的实物期 权,分析得出了企业进入某项目的最优时机及进入后进行研究与开发的最优时机,同时也得到 了等待投资和研究与开发这两种实物期权的价值. 进一步得到了企业的最优进入策略与企业 所具有的研究开发期权无关,但该项目的等待投资的期权价值与研究开发期权正相关.     

The generalized process manufacturing systems package

Process manufacturing systems should not be considered a simple variation to a discrete manufacturing control system. The change is often quite complex and generally it becomes easier to create a new package customized for the process manufacturer rather than try to change an existing M RP-based-discrete package. This article discusses why a discrete-to-process conversion can be an ineffective way to create a production control system. It describes the types of changes that will be necessary for process manufacturing systems.     

Stimulating lifelong professional growth by guiding job characteristics

This article reports some findings from a broader study concerning the development of professional expertise. The aim of the part that is described in this article was to find out whether certain job-related factors situated in the domain of socio-technical systems design (STSD), that is, control capacity, job satisfaction, and learning value of the job, influence the development of professional knowledge, skills, and capabilities throughout the career. The sample consisted of 559 middle- and higher-level employees working in eight large Dutch companies. Theoretical contributions from learning theory, human resource management and work, and organizational psychology are used to conceptualize the phenomenon of professional expertise and to develop a theory of expertise development in careers. By providing insight into the relationships between several job-related factors, on the one hand, and the development of professional expertise, on the other, this research is intended to contribute to theory building in adult development and learning. Influential job characteristics that are situated in the domain of STSD seem to be of high importance in view of a further human resource development. Paying close attention to an individual's job and its content is indispensable in order to guide growth throughout the career and to enable life-long development of professional expertise.     

蟠龙油田三叠系长2油组油气富集规律

鄂尔多斯盆地陕北斜坡为一平缓的西倾单斜,通常认为长2油藏的形成和分布主要受沉积相和优质储层控制,构造、裂缝等其他地质因素作用较弱。对陕北斜坡东部蟠龙油田长2油层组油气富集主控因素的研究表明,蟠龙油田长2油藏的形成和富集受沉积相带和优质储层、鼻状隆起背景、区域盖层与局部盖层、运移通道等多种因素控制,其中,鼻状隆起与局部盖层对长2油藏意义更为突出,鼻状隆起的围斜部位油藏最为富集,而局部盖层拓展了油层纵向分布范围。长2油藏类型复杂多样,除岩性油藏以外,以构造-岩性为主的复合油藏是该区长2油藏的主要类型。     

变换分析在对外汉语教学中的运用——以“N_1＋跟＋N_2＋V＋（NP）”结构中虚词“跟”的用法教学为例

在对外汉语教学的过程中,存在很多同形异义的情况,这给外国学生学习和运用带来了很大的困扰。由美国语言学家海里斯提出的变换在中国被学者广泛应用于汉语语法的分析当中,能够有效地分化歧义结构、揭示间接成分之间的语义关系等。因此,可以将变换分析的方法应用到对外汉语教学的实践中,通过变换让学生掌握同形格式的不同意义或用法。本文以虚词＂跟＂在＂N1＋跟＋N2＋V＋（NP）＂格式中的用法为例,通过变换,分析＂跟＂字在这一结构中的三种不同的意义和用法。     

辽宁省出生人口萎缩与生育政策调整研究

辽宁省育龄妇女数量和出生人口数量多年来一直呈减少趋势,生育水平已经进入超低状态,尽管面临新的生育高峰,但由于生育旺盛期育龄妇女人数的减少,也不会引起出生人口的较大反弹.因此,必须在适当的时候调整生育政策,将总和生育率提高到一定的水平,以维持合理的人口再生产.     

3-甲基-5-（2,6,6-三甲基-1-环己烯-1-基）-2,4-戊二烯基膦酸二烷基酯的合成工艺改进

β-紫罗兰酮和1-膦酸酯基-2-溴乙烷在锌存在条件下,经历偶联反应得到3-甲基-5-（2,6,6-三甲基-1-环己烯-1-基）-2,4-戊二烯基膦酸二乙酯,含量为92%,收率45%,此产物是维生素A和类胡萝卜素的重要中间体.     

Reversed preservation properties of some negative aging conceptions and stochastic orders

Reversed preservation properties of some negative aging conceptions are developed for the parallel and series system which are composed of independent and identical elements. If the system is of NWU(2) (IMRL, NWUC) properties then the elements is also of NWU(2) (IMRL, NWUC) properties. Reversed preservation properties of the right spread order and the total time on test transform order under the taking of maxima and minima are investigated respectively, applications in moments of NBUE ordered populations is presented as well. THE ARCHITECTURE OF IDENTITY: Embedding privacy in market institutions

As the Internet becomes integrated into the institutional world around it, attention has increasingly been drawn to the diverse ways in which information technologies mediate human relationships. As an increasingly commercial Internet has been employed to capture personally identifiable information, privacy concerns have intensified. To analyse these matters more systematically, this article considers the ideas about human identity that have been implicit in the development of economics and computer science. The two fields have evolved along parallel tracks, starting with an assumption of perfect transparency and moving toward a more sophisticated appreciation of individuals' private informational states. Progress in the analysis and resolution of privacy problems will require that this evolution be taken seriously and continued.
