云南特困民族传统精神文化调适思考

将云南特困民族视为一个研究整体,梳理他们具有民族性精神文化传承发展的共有发展特性及其背后的动因,探讨促进这些特困民族传统精神文化民族性,保持与调适的优化路径和选择方向有着极高的理论价值。特困民族精神性文化的调适发展,重中之重是要恢复民族成员对自身文化的自信与自觉,重塑对民族文化的认同。而这些问题的解决,必须在民族传统文化的价值再发现中来实现,而这其中的核心关键就在于文化的传承发展应该对族群内部个体的发展体现出价值和意义。     

资本经营与企业集团发展研究

首先简要论述了企业资本经营的概念和特点 ;其次 ,系统地分析和探讨了资本经营与企业集团的相互关系 ,指出资本经营是企业集团发展的重要途径 ,而企业集团化又为企业在更大范围、更大规模上进行资本经营创造了条件 ;最后 ,就我国推动企业集团的建康发展 ,提出了若干对策和措施 ,即进一步推进国有企业集团股份制改造 ;完善企业集团内部管理 ;建立以资本经营为核心的企业管理新格局等     

Delivering development? Evidence on self‐help groups as development intermediaries in South Asia and Africa

Donors and governments increasingly seek to deliver development projects through community‐based organizations such as self‐help groups (SHGs), but little is known about the effectiveness of such arrangements. This article briefly summarizes hypotheses regarding the effectiveness of interventions using SHGs and presents the results of an evidence review on the impacts of interventions delivered through SHGs on health, finance, agriculture and empowerment outcomes in South Asia and sub‐Saharan Africa. Though the impacts of SHG‐based interventions are generally positive, the evidence base is limited and does not generally test whether alternative delivery mechanisms might be more effective.     

‘McDonald’s Is Good for My Social Life’. Developing Health Promotion Together with Adolescent Girls from Disadvantaged Neighbourhoods in Amsterdam

There is limited knowledge about key factors that enable adolescent girls with a low socioeconomic position (SEP) to adopt a healthy lifestyle. This paper aims to better understand the complexity of addressing health behaviour of adolescent girls with a low SEP by gaining insights into (i) the perspectives of adolescent girls with a low SEP (n = 26) on a healthy lifestyle, (ii) how to develop health promotion that fits these girls’ daily realities, by using participatory action research (PAR) in which girls developed health promotion materials. The study offers an understanding of girls’ daily lives and how health promotion could be improved.

当下,青年人对于新技术的热切拥抱和掌握程度都远超于他们的父辈,这使得他们能够在网络空间利用新媒介技术主动创建一个亚文化生产场域,以此声张他们所认同的价值理念,但这个亚文化生产场域并非一个“乌托邦”式的理想空间,其中存在着各种矛盾与权力宰制。以中国网络字幕组为研究对象,从三个方面分析青年群体在网络亚文化生产场域中面临的困境与博弈行为,肯定以网络字幕组为代表的青年亚文化群体在文化实践过程中所起到的积极作用。

Construction of Peer Support Groups in Child Protection Social Work: Negotiating Practicalities to Enhance the Professional Self

This paper reports on a research project that was developed between a cohort of child protection social workers in the Republic of Ireland and the authors. The focus of the research was on researching participants’ experiences of developing peer support groups (PSGs) in child protection social work. Eleven participants formed two PSGs; one group had six participants, the other had five. This qualitative research study involved focus groups with each of the peer groups at the beginning, middle and end of the 12-month period. Data from the focus groups were analysed using thematic analysis (Braun & Clarke, 2006). Findings from the research indicate that the organic development of a PSG involves negotiating a range of practicalities which, working together, help to promote reflective practice and to advance the development of the professional self. A number of important and interconnected subthemes emerged within the texts of the focus groups. These included: the establishment of PSGs as a work activity; consideration of logistical matters in forming PSGs; identification of the influence of group dynamics in structuring and negotiating PSGs; PSGs as a conduit for integrating personal and professional values and as a context for facilitating and enabling an increased consciousness of self in practice. Drawing on these findings, the authors consider the implications for integrating PSGs within child protection agency services.     

Vaginal birth after caesarean: Views of women from countries with low VBAC rates

Problem and background

Vaginal birth after caesarean section is a safe option for the majority of women. Seeking women’s views can be of help in understanding factors of importance for achieving vaginal birth in countries where the vaginal birth rates after caesarean is low.

移动学习媒介的使用对大学生群体社会交往和自我形象的影响

通过调查问卷、面对面访谈获得的数据和资料,发现手机作为移动学习媒介在学习功能方面发挥的作用不是很广泛,主要原因在于目前移动学习的内容建设比较缺乏,大学生不知道如何获取和使用移动学习资料;手机对大学生的社会交往影响深远,不但满足了大学生与其交往环境的信息传播交流,而且对大学生的信息获取与交流具有促进作用;手机作为大学生的一种必备装备可以帮助大学生树立自我形象.大学生社会交往和个人形象的构建因手机的使用而产生改变,进而证实了手机确实影响到大学生的社会交往方式和大学生对个人形象的构建.     

女性主体身份的失落--萧红小说中女性的亚文化地位

萧红在她的小说中将女性的全部困境尽量拉向自身并予以身体化的呈现,通过女性身体的毁弃、“性”的主体地位的丧失、人格尊严的失落等几个方面展示了女性自我与主体丧失的亚文化地位。这种写法揭示了女性命运的悲剧性,无疑也是对男性中心社会的批判。
