天地人三才是中国天人合一的思想萌芽,同时,它也表明了宇宙时空的存在,刘因是位理学家,又是著名诗人,他以“心”之作用作为根据,十分巧妙将哲学时空转换为审美时空,采取哲学诗化、时空先后位置转换等手段进行转换。     

E-Bayesian estimation for system reliability and availability analysis based on exponential distribution

The main purpose of this article is to introduce the E-Bayesian approach to gain flexibility in the reliability-availability system estimation. This approach will be used in series systems, parallel systems, and k-out-of-m systems, based on exponential distribution under squared error loss function, when time is continuous. We use three prior distributions to investigate its impact on the E-Bayesian approach, those prior distributions cover a big spectrum of possibilities. We show in real examples and also by simulations, how the procedure behaves. In the simulation study also we explore the impact on this estimation approach, when the number of components of the system increases.     

The Discounted Moments of the Surplus After the Last Innovation Before Ruin Under the Dual Risk Model

□ This article's focus is on finding an explicit form of the discounted moments of the surplus at the time of the last jump before ruin for the compound Poisson dual risk model. For this purpose, we derive a non-homogeneous integro-differential equation, which is satisfied by the targeted quantity. To solve this equation, the general solution of the corresponding homogeneous equation and a particular solution of the non-homogeneous equation are obtained. Also, some additional results are provided, such as the defective distribution of the time to ruin and the Laplace transform of the time when the last jump before ruin happens.     

既有线提速小半径曲线平面改造方法研究

为了满足铁路运能增加和现代经济快速发展的需求，新建铁路的同时对既有线铁路的提速改造也是非常必要的，而平面改造中小半径曲线已成为既有线提速的一个瓶颈问题。以“哈尔滨至漠河铁路扩能改造工程”加格达奇至塔河段的方案研究为例，讨论了关于既有线提速改造的设计原则及思路；结合该区段工程的设计改造过程，根据铁路的平面既有现状及特点，重点介绍了平面改造中小半径曲线的改造方法。结果表明:改造完成后的铁路平面条件能很好地满足该区段的提速要求，取得了良好的效果，为今后既有铁路提速改造提供了一定的参考。     

基于Gabor变换和灰度梯度共生矩阵的人耳识别研究

人耳识别作为一种新兴的生物特征识别技术,具有其自身独特的优势。提出一种基于Gabor变换和灰度梯度共生矩阵的人耳身份识别方法。首先,利用Gabor变换和灰度-梯度共生矩阵融合提取人耳图像的纹理特征,然后采用K-NN分类器对特征进行分类。该方法用USTB人耳图像库做测试。实验结果表明介绍的提取人耳图像的纹理融合特征的方法优于只采用Gabor变换提取特征或是只提取灰度梯度共生矩阵的二次统计特征的性能。在明氏距离测度及K=1时,交叉验证识别率达到81.77%。
