从我国城市房地产转让登记制度看我国承认物权行为的价值

自物权行为理论创立以来,该理论引起了广泛的争论。文章以我国城市房地产转让登记制度是否承认了物权行为理论的分析为基础,探讨物权行为理论的制度价值和逻辑价值,并进而研究我国物权法应否承认物权行为理论。     

韩国对华投资分析

中、韩建交以来,韩国在对华投资额、投资地区以及投资领域等方面都有较大的突破。但是,韩国对华投资中存在一些问题,如投资规模较小、投资领域较窄、本土化战略不足等。这就需要中、韩两国政府积极采取相应措施,加大吸引韩商投资的力度,优化韩商投资的地区布局和产业结构,打造引资平台和改善投资环境,从而推动中、韩两国企业合作步入一个新的发展阶段。     

《柳毅传》的东来与演变为野谈的过程

在朝鲜末期传播的野谈中,《青邱野谈》《东野汇辑》《东厢记纂》等所收录的《李义勇》传奇色彩比较浓郁,与中国唐传奇中李朝威的《柳毅传》有相似之处。本文通过考察《柳毅传》与《李义男》之间的关系,分析《李义男》的演变过程及其内涵,探索《李义男》产生的时代背景,最后指出:《李义男》是在中国唐代李朝威的《柳毅传》的基础上创作的。     

Self-perception of aging and health among older adults in Korea

The way that each individual perceives his or her own aging and health may be a key indicator of adaptation and well-being in old age. This study explored the determinants of self-perception of aging and health using 291 community-dwelling older adults in Korea (mean AGE=69.9). Older individuals with lower levels of education and economic status and various types of health problems (more chronic conditions, greater disability, poorer vision, and greater numbers of sick days) were found to have more negative self-perception of aging and health. In addition, a significant role of psychological factors was observed. For self-perception of health, sense of mastery was found to be a significant factor, and for self-perception of aging, neuroticism was observed to be significant along with sense of mastery. The mediating role of self-perception of health was supported that positive perception of health intervened the adverse effects of health problems on self-perception of aging. The findings demonstrate the important roles of psychological resources and subjective perceptions and suggest a need to consider them when planning interventions.

浅析我国房地产市场过热现象

近年来中国房地产市场越炒越热,房价一路水涨船高,且有继续上涨的趋势。很多人认为房地产市场存在过热现象。房价在近年来迅速上升的原因主要包括人们的收入水平普遍提高,城市化进程加快,土地成本和建筑成本的升高,金融政策比较宽松,人们对房价继续上升的预期,以及海外热钱的涌入。存在的问题主要是供求结构不合理,存在投机行为和金融隐患。建议采取加强土地管理,提高利率以及市场多元化等措施加以调控。     

Social Policy in South Korea: Cultural and Structural Factors in the Emergence of Welfare

There are a number of features that make South Korea an interesting place to study social policy. First, it has experienced rapid economic development with the associated changes in urbanization and demography. This change has created social problems, which the state has had to address. Second, the country retains a strong cultural tradition and repeated affirmation of the values and practices of Confucianism. In this paper, these two features are considered in relation to the way social policy has been addressed. The thrust of the paper will be on the policy responses to perceived social problems and the way in which other social problems are individualized within families. These policies are informed and shaped by Korean politics and culture.     

Productive welfare: Korea's third way?

How can the various pressures of economic globalisation and changes in the established welfare systems of the industrialised nations inform the development of the Korean welfare state? As the twenty‐first century dawns, Korea is confronted with a serious dilemma: How to adapt to globalisation and survive under worldwide competition and at the same time construct an effective egalitarian welfare state? The objective of this paper is to explore the future directions for the Korean social welfare system as it adjusts to economic globalisation. As it seeks a course between the social democratic welfare state model and the rising tide of the neo‐liberal welfare state, we pose the question: Is there a ‘third way’ for Korea? In trying to discern where the Korean welfare state is headed, it may be helpful to understand where it has come from and how it compares with the established welfare states in the industrialised nations.
