迦陵词"崇真重实"风格论

"崇真重实"是陈维崧词作的一个突出特色,但长期以来一直未引起研究者的足够重视。本文认为"崇真重实"是迦陵词感人至深的一个重要原因,而陈维崧之所以能够超越长期以来文人视词为"聊佐清欢"之娱乐工具的传统偏见,与其自身性格、晚明世风及其词学观都有直接关系。迦陵词"崇真重实"的特点还对其创作形式及阳羡词派后世发展产生了重要影响。

总结古今中外法律有关拾得遗失物报酬请求权的规定,谈我国《物权法》未规定拾得遗失物报酬请求权的缺憾。指出只有规定拾得遗失物报酬请求权,才符合世界潮流,有利于物权的保护,有利于弘扬民法的私法精神。     

Pretending to be a normal human being: Peep Show,sitcom, and the momentary invocation of disability

This interdisciplinary article presents research about the place of disability in the British sitcom Peep Show, whose 54 episodes span more than a decade in their transmission (2003–2015). The methodology of critical discourse analysis is employed to probe the relationship between casual word choice and broader themes such as normalcy, humour, and social attitudes. This analysis is informed by classic and new work in cultural disability studies, as well as by work in literary studies and television studies. The conclusion is that, despite its apparent irrelevance to disability studies, Peep Show reveals much about conversational invocations of disability.     

Digitally Mediated (Dis)embodiment

This article aims to demonstrate that the philosophical anthropology of the German philosopher Helmuth Plessner (1892-1985) enables us to gain a better understanding of the experiential presuppositions and implications of information and communication technologies, such as telepresence and virtual reality, than we can obtain through interpretations that start from a dualistic, Cartesian ontology. With the help of Plessner's concept of "excentric positionality', developed in Stages of the Organic and Man (1928), Hans Moravec's Utopian claims about the possibility of disembodied existence in cyberspace are criticized and an alternative, more adequate interpretation is presented. It is argued that the corporal "poly-excentric positionality' that is inherent in the human experience of telepresence and virtual reality, radicalizes the existential " homelessness' which characterizes human life.

公示语具有提示性、指示性、限制性、强制性等应用功能，影响着我们生活的各个方面。目前公示语翻译中存在着一些严重问题，未能提供正确的提示和帮助，在外国友人中造成了一定不良影响。在分析不同类别公示语的应用功能及特色同时，通过大量例句介绍了公示语的翻译策略，呼吁在校大学生重视公示语翻译，促进公示语翻译质量的进一步提高。     

Reality-play--experiential learning in social work training

A unique teaching model, called reality-play, arose as the result of the author's two concerns about how to teach students to integrate a theoretical model as a working tool in social work and how to prevent them from categorising people. In this teaching approach students have to go through a whole social work process by using their own real life challenges as learning material. The purpose is to learn social work from the perspective of a social worker, a user and an observer at the same time. The paper is divided into two parts. The first paper introduced the teaching model, showed how it built on an overall theoretical perspective of social constructionism, and on learning theories of adult, experiential and confluent learning to meet the concerns mentioned above. This second part presents a student evaluation of the teaching model in relation to three interwoven topics: involvement, integration of theory and practice, and awareness.

在“十七年”政治文化批判运动前仆后继的特殊氛围中,60年代的历史剧大讨论因保持了相对独立的学术品格而备受瞩目。其奥妙在于戴着政治的枷锁在学术的舞台上起舞,在“文艺为无产阶级政治服务”的意识形态操纵下,以表面的真实性论争掩盖了问题的现实性本质,从而规避了政治风险。其间也发出了质疑的声音,但实质上却是对政治权力的顺从与逢迎。
