浅论对西方管理中人本观念的借鉴及运用

管理的人本观念的确立与运用,既是人类历史上漫长管理实践的发展必然趋势,又是现代管理活动中提高管理效率的客观要求。现代管理不仅把人看作是生产力要素和手段,而且要把人作为目的。借鉴西方人本理论,在社会主义现代管理中运用人本观念,对于我国社会主义现代化建设有着十分重要的意义。     

"社会资本"理论的解读与借鉴

社会资本是当代西方新经济社会学最重要的概念工具和分析范式,它的产生为人们研究经济与社会现象提供了一个崭新的视角.但是,作为一个新的理论概念,它还存在着一定的局限性,在把其应用到我国的学术研究时,不能完全地加以借鉴,应充分考虑到中国文化背景的特殊性.     

论朦胧诗产生的现代主义文学背景

本文从实证出发,追踪朦胧诗先驱们在“文革”时期的阅读经历,发现他们从解放前的旧版图书、尤其是当时出版的“内部读物”,同时通过地下沙龙、文学聚会等活动,多渠道、多方式地接触到西方现代主义文学。朦胧诗先驱们这种在非常时期的阅读经历,构成一种新的文学背景,影响到他们的创作中。     

Improving Path Trimming in a Network Algorithm for Fisher's Exact Test in Two-way Contingency Tables

This article provides an improvement of the network algorithm for calculating the exact p value of the generalized Fisher's exact test in two-way contingency tables. We give a new exact upper bound and an approximate upper bound for the maximization problems encountered in the network algorithm. The approximate bound has some very desirable computational properties and the meaning is elucidated from a viewpoint of differential geometry. Our proposed procedure performs well regardless of the pattern of marginal totals of data.     

欧美儿童照顾社会政策的发展及借鉴

20世纪70年代以来,儿童照顾问题在西方社会由个体家庭责任演变为普遍的社会需求,被置于国家、市场和家庭关系的政治话语中。面对新的儿童照顾安排需求,欧美国家发展出亲职假、公共儿童照顾服务和经济支持三种途径来重新分配儿童照顾的任务、成本和责任。儿童照顾政策不仅影响妇女的劳动力参与,还与儿童的福利水平高低密切相关。确立照顾权利是公民社会权利的重要组成部分,建构一个由国家、市场、志愿组织和家庭共同提供的"混合照顾"体系,改变照顾工作在家庭内部不平等的性别分工以及把儿童照顾政策作为解决其他社会问题的政策工具都是值得中国借鉴的经验。     

Tolerance intervals for symmetric location-scale families based on uncensored or censored samples

Exact methods for constructing two-sided tolerance intervals (TIs) and tolerance intervals that control percentages in both tails for a location-scale family of distributions are proposed. The proposed methods are illustrated by constructing TIs for a normal, logistic, and Laplace (double exponential) distributions based on type II singly censored samples. Factors for constructing one-sided and two-sided TIs for a logistic distribution are tabulated for the case of uncensored samples. Factors for constructing TIs based on censored samples for all three distributions are also tabulated. The factors for all cases are estimated by Monte Carlo simulation. An adjustment to the tolerance factors based on type II censored samples is proposed so that they can be used to find approximate TIs based on type I censored samples. Coverage studies of the approximate TIs based on type I censored samples indicate that the approximation is satisfactory as long as the proportion of censored observations is no more than 0.70. The methods are illustrated using some practical examples.

A reference prior for the analysis of a response surface

Standard response surface methodology employs a second order polynomial model to locate the stationary point ξ$\mathit{\xi }$ of the true response function. To make Bayesian analysis more direct and simpler, we refer to an alternative and equivalent parametrization, which contains ξ$\mathit{\xi }$ as parameter of interest. The marginal reference prior of ξ$\mathit{\xi }$ is derived in its general form and particular cases are also given in detail, showing the Bayesian role of rotatability.

指称概念不仅是语言哲学的基本概念,更是意义理论中的核心问题。在早期真值条件意义理论中,指称成为意义理论研究的阿基米德点。早期的真值条件论者弗雷格和罗素认为,语言表达式所具有的意义是因为它们直接指称外部实在中的事物。在戴维森提出的系统的真值条件意义理论中,他对指称概念的解释并未直接向名称或谓词与对象的关系指派经验内容。指称在戴维森真值条件意义理论中的基础性作用被消解。指称从意义理论研究的阿基米德点蜕变为纯粹语义学的设定。指称概念的消解与蜕变是从早期逻辑原子主义的微观语义分析到戴维森整体语义理论构建必然的逻辑结果。
