目的:探讨西部偏远山区小学教师成就动机与心理健康的相互关系。方法:采用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)和成就动机量表(AMS)对636名西部偏远山区小学教师测查。结果:西部偏远山区小学教师(1)成就动机水平有性别差异;(2)心理健康现状不佳,各因子均高于全国常模;(3)心理健康状况与成就动机有显著相关;(4)恐怖对成就动机总分有显著的预测效果,抑郁对追求成功倾向有一定的预测效果,恐怖、躯体化和人际关系敏感对回避失败有预测效果。结论:西部偏远山区小学教师成就动机与心理健康有相关。  相似文献

A range of factors has affected the design and construction of Indigenous housing in remote areas of Australia in recent times, including: socio-demographic issues; culture and design; consultation processes; the costs of remoteness; and procurement and delivery processes. Their implications for appropriate design and construction of remote Indigenous housing are analysed in this paper. Most significantly, these factors cannot be separated from cost because the need to spread available funds broadly to build the largest number of houses at the best price affects design and construction quality, and these are often neglected in the short-term budgeting within this process.  相似文献

Background & problemBirthing On Country (BOC) is an international movement for returning childbirth to First Nations peoples and their communities. The RISE Framework was developed to guide evidence-based BOC implementation but has not yet been tested in a remote Australian community setting.AimTo test the transferability and acceptability of the RISE Framework in a remote multilingual setting in a Yolŋu (First Nations) community in Northern Australia.MethodsWorking in partnership with one remote Yolŋu community, we used a decolonising participatory action research (D-PAR) approach to begin co-designing services and test the acceptability of the RISE Framework. A three-phased transferability process was developed: Warming the ground; Co-Interpreting; and Acceptability Testing.FindingsThe RISE Framework was customized to the local Yolŋu context and called ‘Caring for Mum on Country’. It was articulated in two languages: Djambarrpuyŋu and English. We successfully used it to guide discussions at a community gathering privileging the voices of senior women to inform the design of local maternity services.DiscussionUsing the D-PAR approach, the RISE Framework was readily adapatable to this complex, remote and multilingual setting. It resonated with the Yolŋu community and proved useful for identifying current limitations of existing maternity services and importantly facilitating the design of Yolŋu centred strength-based maternity services.ConclusionThe RISE Framework, combined with our transformative methodology, offers a promising approach to guiding complex interventions for returning services to First Nations communities in diverse contexts. Testing in other settings will further contribute to growing an evidence-base for BOC service planning and implementation.  相似文献

Owing to the growing concerns over data confidentiality, many national statistical agencies are considering remote access servers to disseminate data to the public. With remote servers, users submit requests for output from statistical models fit using the collected data, but they are not allowed access to the data. Remote servers also should enable users to check the fit of their models; however, standard diagnostics like residuals or influence statistics can disclose individual data values. In this article, we present diagnostics for categorical data regressions that can be safely and usefully employed in remote servers. We illustrate the diagnostics with simulation studies.  相似文献

Recent changes in the world of work have modified the conditions of the exercise of management in ways that challenge managers’ traditional authority and identity, both symbolically and physically. In this context, we analyse the “visibilizing process” of managers, through which they attempt to make themselves more visible, in ways that reaffirm their authority and restore their identity as managers. To that end, we develop a Foucauldian framework on power and visibility, which sheds light on the “political economy of visibility” of the manager. We apply this framework to a case study that encouraged a re-spatialization of remote work in coworking spaces. The findings show how the manager in our case study staged his own visibility, by enhancing managerial control, to manage his invisibility and shape his intertwined identities. Through the visibilizing process, the manager legitimated his role, materialized his function, and restored his authority.  相似文献
