加入世贸组织将减弱中国政府对外汇市场的干预程度 ,有效地扩大人民币汇率形成的市场基础 ,从而使人民币汇率更趋合理。为此 ,我国的人民币汇率应由过去钉住于美元转为钉住于包括美元在内的一揽子货币 ,这样才更有利于我国应对国际金融市场的起伏动荡 ,并确保我国对美元区、日元区和欧元区整体经济贸易关系的相对稳定 ;而且 ,在当前我国国际收支状况良好而宏观经济环境又十分稳定的条件下 ,改革现行钉住美元制度的时机已经成熟。  相似文献

This article examines a rather neglected context of intercultural education: intercultural communication education (ICE). ICE can be found in different fields such as business, applied linguistics, intercultural communication and health education, amongst others. The authors start by reviewing the latest and ongoing changes (‘turbulences’) in the way that ‘intercultural’ is conceptualized in this field and form a template for analysing a focus group with lecturers focusing on intercultural communication in the Nordic country of Finland. Our analysis shows that these practitioners, who are also researchers specialized in intercultural communication, share discourses about the importance of the ‘intercultural’ in education, but that they are unable to clearly position themselves within the existing polysemic definitions and approaches. The current turbulences seem to have very little coherent impact on the way they talk about the ‘intercultural’.  相似文献

The graduate attribute ‘global competence’ is increasingly viewed as a significant learning outcome of a tertiary education. In Japanese higher education, global competence appears to be a lesser priority despite Japan becoming increasingly pluralistic. This article explores how adjunct foreign English language teachers (AFELT) encourage global competency in their classes. Data were drawn from 43 participants across 66 Japanese universities through focus groups and interviews. The research revealed that the positionality of AFELT on the margins institutionally had both affordances and constraints. First, being on the margins meant that AFELT had significantly lower status both institutionally and in students’ eyes, and AFELT were consequently constrained by these views. Second however, and paradoxically, distance from university hegemonic practices also provided affordances for AFELT in disrupting them. AFELT highlight that their pedagogical practices, while constrained, are both subversive and necessary in achieving students’ intercultural and global competencies.  相似文献

本文认为,80年代以来人民币汇率贬值有其合理性和必然性,其直接原因在于人民币汇率的高估、国内持续的通货膨胀、国际收支问题,它反映出人民币汇率制度、外贸企业制度和宏观调控制度存在的问题。鉴于此,本文指出,虽然从短期看人民币汇率趋于稳定,但从中长期看,人民币汇率仍然有较大的贬值压力。  相似文献

This paper investigates the choices in terms of internationalisation and outsourcing of operations and product development activities, as well as collaboration practices used within and across organisations, in different segments of the European fashion industry. Based on multiple, in-depth case studies from Italy, Germany and the UK, the paper shows that fashion companies adopt different configurations of operations and product development, i.e. integrated, collaborative and virtual, ranging from local-integrated models to global-full outsourcing of operations and product development activities. For each configuration, different collaboration practices are in use. Product line positioning and quality, firm size, sales volumes and technical complexity of the products are the key drivers determining the configuration choices and the adoption of certain collaboration practices.  相似文献

Many universities in different parts of the world are seeking to enhance the cultural diversity of their staff and student body and yet repeated studies have shown that good integration can be difficult to achieve. Although several studies have examined the reasons why such integration is difficult, there has been very little research into the actual process of social integration. This paper addresses this gap through a qualitative study of intercultural learning. Students were asked to focus on a behaviour that was personally or professionally important to them but that they were having difficulty adapting to. The paper reports the varying, unfolding experiences of six of these students as they faced the affective, behavioural and cognitive challenges of adjusting to different greeting patterns and the strategies they used for gradually overcoming them. Drawing on the literature and the findings, an intercultural growth model is proposed. The paper ends with a discussion of the implications of the findings for enhancing social integration at university.  相似文献

随着经济金融全球化的发展和我国国际影响力的不断提升,人民币迈出国境在周边国家和地区流通、使用的趋势越来越突出,相应的制度建设与完善越发重要。本文从国内制度、两岸四地要求、区域化要求几个层面分析了影响人民币区域化的制度上的问题,进而提出完善外汇管理体制,加速资本项目开放立法,整合“一国四币”,建立香港离岸金融市场,加强与周边国家的沟通等都必须立即付诸实施。  相似文献

我国高等教育的发展在办学体制、办学理念、人才培养、课程设置、物质条件等方面与国际化的要求有一定差距,原因在于封闭办学与现代经济环境、书本理论知识的传授与创新人才的培养方式、僵化的课程设置与学科结构现代化的调整、物质基础条件的落后与优质人才培养目标之间存在着一定的矛盾。因此必须致力于教育结构的多样化,课程设置的综合化,树立以人为本的理念,创建一流环境,保证我国高等教育达到国际化水准。  相似文献
