“独二代”成长状况、社会风险及应对策略

在实行计划生育政策30多年后的今天,"独二代"开始进入人们的视线。经济增长、家庭结构和信息发展等方面的优越性为"独二代"营造了一个正常的成长环境,但社会的转型与发展也为"独二代"带来了许多问题。"独二代"作为家庭结构变动的产物,可能引发中国未来社会在家庭、养老、劳动力、国家安全等方面的风险。因此,应以发展的眼光来观察"独二代"现象,为规避"独二代"可能遭遇的问题和风险寻求策略。     

Stochastic lot sizing problem with controllable processing times

In this study, we consider the stochastic capacitated lot sizing problem with controllable processing times where processing times can be reduced in return for extra compression cost. We assume that the compression cost function is a convex function as it may reflect increasing marginal costs of larger reductions and may be more appropriate when the resource life, energy consumption or carbon emission are taken into consideration. We consider this problem under static uncertainty strategy and α service level constraints. We first introduce a nonlinear mixed integer programming formulation of the problem, and use the recent advances in second order cone programming to strengthen it and then solve by a commercial solver. Our computational experiments show that taking the processing times as constant may lead to more costly production plans, and the value of controllable processing times becomes more evident for a stochastic environment with a limited capacity. Moreover, we observe that controllable processing times increase the solution flexibility and provide a better solution in most of the problem instances, although the largest improvements are obtained when setup costs are high and the system has medium sized capacities.

对长沙市高校贫困生群体进行抽样调查,结果发现高校“第二类贫困生”发生了自我认知偏差、态度偏激、行为偏执、人际关系偏离、排斥感趋强等表象特征的心理错位现象。身份认同是影响他们心理错位的一个重要因子。     

吴梦窗杭州情词及“亡妾”“亡妓”辨说

文章对前贤总结的吴梦窗词作中十四首杭州情词进行了勘比剔抉,认同其中四首,另外加上三首相关情词,共七首词作构筑了杭州情词完足的＂自证链＂;更正了前人关于杭州亡妾的成说,得出了较为严谨的结论：因为未成纳娶,所谓杭州亡妾实为杭州亡妓。前贤杭州情词归类的误差,主要是因为梦窗与苏州营妓的前期交往,与杭州亡妓多有重合之处。另外,写杭妓之作,时节并非全部在春,其时也略有在秋者。     

Sequential estimation of a linear function of location parameters of two negative exponential distributions

The paper considers the problem of bounded risk point estimation for a linear function of location parameters of two negative exponential distributions, including the difference in a special case, when two scale parameters are unknown. Purely sequential procedures are proposed and second order expansions of the average sample sizes and risk are given. Furthermore some simulation results are provided.     

Second order asymptotic and non-asymptotic optimality properties of combined tests

Let p independent test statistics be available to test a null hypothesis concerned with the same parameter. The p are assumed to be similar tests. Asymptotic and non-asymptotic optimality properties of combined tests are studied. The asymptotic study centers around two notions. The first is Bahadur efficiency. The second is based on a notion of second order comparisons. The non-asymptotic study is concerned with admissibility questions. Most of the popular combining methods are considered along with a method not studied in the past. Among the results are the following: Assume each of the p statistics has the same Bahadur slope. Then the combined test based on the sum of normal transforms, is asymptotically best among all tests studied, by virtue of second order considerations. Most of the popular combined tests are inadmissible for testing the noncentrality parameter of chi-square, t, and F distributions. For chi-square a combined test is offered which is admissible, asymptotically optimal (first order), asymptotically optimal (second order) among all tests studied, and for which critical values are obtainable in special cases. Extensions of the basic model are given.

罗斯福总统与美国二战期间对香港政策的演变

在美国参加第二次世界大战后 ,罗斯福总统出于战争和战后全球战略的考虑 ,提出“使中国成为大国的政策” ,以促使中国全力进行战争和战后协助维护美国在远东地区的利益和地位。为此 ,罗斯福总统逐步形成支持战后香港主权归还中国的政策 ,并为实现这一政策在战争的各阶段在多层次与中国和英国进行多次外交努力。对此 ,中国的蒋介石政府曾寄予巨大希望。由于英国坚持维护自己的殖民主义利益 ,加上罗斯福总统战争结束前夕的逝世 ,尤其是由于美苏对抗的国际格局的出现 ,美国政府自己改变了这一政策 ,致使战争结束时英国重新占据香港     

立三错误与苏联经验

在第二次国内革命战争中产生的李立三"左"倾冒险主义错误,是在当时条件下把苏联经验神圣化错误倾向的必然结果。该冒险主义在关于中国革命的形势问题、中国革命的道路问题、中国的资产阶级问题等方面错误产生的一个重要根源,是不顾本国国情而照抄照搬别国经验。这一教训值得深刻反思。
