我国农民工自我归类模式的理论研究——基于弱势群体的社会融合过程分析

本文主要从理论层面上对我国农民工的自我归类模式进行深入研究.一般而言,农民工将自己看作是城市人,农村人或边缘人,这种自我归类来自于一种特定阻止他们融入城市的心理保护机制.为促进农民工的社会融合,必然制定一系列保护他们生存和发展的社会政策.     

论毕淑敏创作中女性意识的演变

相应于生活历程的转变,毕淑敏的创作也越来越注重对女性生活的表现和对女性生命状态、生存方式及生命过程的思考,同时其女性化叙事逐步成熟,因而也完成其创作过程中女性意识逐渐凸现的演变过程.但其创作对女性人生人性缺失的勘测仍仅限于经验层面,难于上升为对于女性的整体审视,对女性文化的反省也并非很清醒很自觉的理性行为.毕淑敏如期望在文学创作上取得更大成就,应注意对此种缺陷的克服.     

Examining the Influence of the Social Cognitive Factors and Relative Autonomous Motivations on Employees’ Knowledge Sharing Behaviors

By incorporating the perspectives of social cognitive theory and relative autonomous motivations, this study examines a model that depicts the influence of personal and environmental factors on employees’ knowledge sharing behaviors (KSBs). Data that were collected from 294 professionals in the industry were analyzed using component‐based structural equation modeling to examine the proposed model. The research results indicate that trust, relationship orientation, knowledge sharing self‐efficacy, and relative autonomous motivation regarding KSBs are the key influencing factors of KSBs of professionals. A key implication is that managers must consider the impact of the level of employee‐perceived autonomous motivation when they seek to facilitate KSBs. Finally, the theoretical and practical contributions are discussed, followed by the suggestions for future research directions.     

An in-depth mixed-methods approach to Ryan White HIV/AIDS care program comprehensive needs assessment from the Northeast Georgia Public Health District: The significance of patient privacy,psychological health,and social stigma to care

We apply a social-ecological interpretive framework to understanding relationships among patient privacy, psychological health, social stigma, and continuity in care in the HIV treatment cascade in the rural southeastern US. This research was conducted as part of the 2013 comprehensive needs assessment for the Northeast Georgia Ryan White Consortium using an anthropologically informed mixed-methods design, and a deductive-inductive approach to thematic analysis of qualitative data obtained in interviews and focus groups with service providers and service utilizers. Our comprehensive needs assessment yielded two key components. First, we identified salient phenomena influencing introduction to, retention among, and satisfaction of patients in the Ryan White-coordinated treatment cascade in NE-GA. Second, we formulated actionable recommendations around leverage points identified in the current district-wide system of care. Results highlight spatial, institutional, and interpersonal aspects of the system of care that intersect around issues of patient privacy, psychological health, and social stigma. These intersections constitute pathways by which persons living with HIV are exposed to stigma and other negative social signals regarding their health status without sufficient access to behavioral health services. These negative issues, in turn, can erect significant barriers to long-term continuity in care.     

Emotion management: dabbling in mystery - white witchcraft or black art?

The emergence of the construct 'Emotional Intelligence' offers prospects for the management of that hitherto intangible asset, emotion. There is an interest in emotion to the extent that this can lead to increased productivity and manageability. Organizations require a degree of human commitment and identification which are seen to give rise to improved performance and aspects of emotional intelligence such as trust and interpersonal relations link to ideas of attachment and identification. The purpose of this paper is, initially, to suggest that managerial aspiration in this regard might fall somewhat short of employee response. First, the psychoanalytic argument is used to make the case that individual capacity for emotion management might be limited. Furthermore, individual motivation or willingness to engage with organizational goals should not be presumed. The possibility that many individuals will have goals of their own, leading to a more instrumental orientation to organizationally mandated norms for feeling displays, is largely ignored in the emotional intelligence discourse. This affords the opportunity to explore the phenomenon at a more critical level. The question of whose identities predominate over others' deserves attention. The final argument is that attempts such as these to shape the ways individuals experience, understand, judge and conduct themselves (Foucault 1986a, 1988, in Hall and du Gay 1996) fit neatly with the desire to commodify emotion, to turn emotion into something that can be manipulated and exchanged in the same way as other, more tangible, assets.

斯芬克斯之像，也就是人兽神神象，是原人迈向文明、走向自我途中留下的一个划时代符号，也是让今人百思不解的一个谜符。根据神象建构的规律，以及神象“三像”与人类自我意识“三我”的对应演进规律，可对斯芬克斯式神象，也就是人兽神神象的“编图”密码进行解译，得出的结论是：斯芬克斯式神象是人类自我意识“混我”的自画像，该神象的两种基本形式：“兽身＋人首”与“人首＋兽身”蕴藏“混我”内部演进的早晚两个状态。     

Loosening the Soil of Their Thinking: A Theoretical Integration for Contracting with Low-Income Single Mothers to Stop Physical Aggression Toward Their Children

Clinical social work with low-income single mothers at-risk for physical abuse of their children traverses multiple theoretical perspectives for viewing causality and intervention in order to prevent future abuse. Cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic approaches have figured prominently in the discourse but are often considered as opposing viewpoints. In this paper, narrative excerpts from a study about social workers’ experiences in developing working alliances with these women are used to suggest an integrative theoretical viewpoint for contracting with them to refrain from hitting their children.     

老年社会参与同自我和谐的相关性

为了解老年社会参与与自我和谐的相关性,采用自我和谐量表和自编的老年社会参与意愿与参与行为问卷,对南京市3个社区的410位老人进行了调查。调查结果显示:老年群体总体自我和谐良好,27.32%的老年人参加一项或多项社会参与活动,其中参加老年社团的人数最多,留任原单位或就职于新工作的比例不及3%。同时调查发现,社会参与对促进老年人的自我和谐作用明显,这种作用能否发挥与老年人的心理期望及自我定位密切相关。
