性骚扰直接和间接的危害对受害者造成了严重损害。这一普遍性的社会问题引起世界各国的关注并纷纷立法予以打击。1985 年第三次世界妇女大会通过的《内罗毕战略》把“使青年妇女不受性骚扰”列为主要目标之一。20 世纪 80 年代以后,性骚扰在我国迅速蔓延,严重侵害了公民的人身权利,其社会危害性已达到相当严重的程度。如何打击性骚扰已成为亟待解决的问题。就性骚扰行为侵犯的客体、客观方面、主体、主观方面这四个方面所具有的特征而言,立法以打击性骚扰是必要、可行的,这一做法已被各国所普遍认同并付诸实践。而进行刑事立法,以国家强制力打击性骚扰则是这一立法体系的核心内容。 相似文献

This paper describes a study of all children alleged to have sexually abused children in the city of Liverpool during a 12-month period. The nature of the evidence in the allegations is reviewed and each designated as ‘stronger’ or ‘weaker’. On this basis annual incidence figures are calculated for children being investigated as possibly or probably having abused another child. Systematic age banding of child perpetrators is extended to a similar age banding of alleged adult perpetrators. An adolescent is more than twice as likely to be suspected of having perpetrated CSA than any other comparable age band in adulthood or childhood. There is apparent under-reporting of child sexual abuse in BritainsAsian communities and a varied capacity amongst professionalsto respond with cultural competence. Professional approachesoriginate in cultural contexts, which are often different fromthose of most British Asians. If the proportion of childrenand non-abusing carers from Asian communities who access relevantservices is to increase, professionals need to develop betterunderstandings of cultural imperatives which determine behaviourin those communities. Consultations with Asian women in Bradfordreinforce the view that culturally competent practice and respectfuldialogue are essential to the protection of children. They alsohighlight a number of recurring themes. Members of Asian communitiesare aware of child sexual abuse, they recognize that the issueneeds to be addressed by all communities and they report thatmany of those affected within their own communities have foundit difficult to access relevant services. These consultations,like reports of similar work elsewhere, indicate that difficulties,which appear to arise from Asian womens fears about howagencies will respond, are frequently compounded by the impactof cultural imperatives arising from izzat (honour/respect),haya (modesty) and sharam (shame/embarrassment), which havea considerable influence on how many will behave. 相似文献

Objectives: The primary objective was to investigate the effects of urinary incontinence (UI) on Turkish women's sexual functioning. Methods: We evaluated 396 women and divided them into 4 groups: reproductive-aged women without UI (Group A), reproductive-aged women with UI (Group B), menopausal-aged women without UI (Group C), and menopausal-aged women with UI (Group D). Results: The mean Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) score was significantly higher and the Beck's Depression Inventory scores were significantly lower in Group A. FSFI scores showed a strong negative correlation with age and parity and a strong positive correlation with years of education. Conclusions: Our findings suggest that UI is an independent risk factor for female sexual problems. 相似文献
