电影《最爱》中人性道德价值取向的审视

电影《最爱》在重重禁锢之中,讲述了一个对当下现实的种种荒诞和悲剧有所反思的故事,其勇气和情怀都是值得尊敬的。影片中一群艾滋病患者在被社会边缘化后,聚集到了村中的小学校,过起了集体生活。在这个小社会中,人性最深处的道德价值取向受到了重新审视。     

《玫瑰园中的影子》：时代桎梏下的婚姻悲剧

一定时期的文学作品是对该特定历史时代的意识形态上的一种反映。劳伦斯的短篇小说《玫瑰因中的影子》既是他内心情感的反映，也是当时所处社会的一种真实写照。从社会的阶级性、战争的破坏性和道德习俗的陈腐性三个方面反映了该小说中人物命运的悲剧性，伴随着影子的婚姻注定将以悲剧而收场。

德意志军国主义的日益强大，逐渐威胁到了英、法、俄等国在世界殖民地市场上的利益。为了对付这个欧洲共同的敌人，它们化解前嫌，订立所谓的“三国协约”。《中英续订藏印条约》的签订，使清政府挽回了西藏的主权。这既是清政府努力的结果，也是英、俄为了联袂对付德国在双方殖民地利益上妥协、让步的结果。     

Wars and Invisible Girls,Shadow Industries,and the Politics of Not-Knowing

This article begins in the interior of Mozambique during the country's post-independence war with the stories of three girls variously affected by violence. It then follows girls' war experiences in general out from the frontlines to wider international locales where girls face domestic violence in their home communities and civil and labor violence at the hands of (shadow) transnational profiteers; who reap billions of dollars yearly on children's factory, domestic, and sexual labor. The article is set in an overall theoretical framework that explores how a politics of invisibility - literally of 'not-knowing' - has developed in which little public information is available on children's human rights violations or on the political tactics and economic gain that have attended to these violations.

《诗经》和以《离骚》为代表的"楚辞"在中国文学发展过程中向来有着特殊的地位,这一特殊地位也充分体现在刘勰的《文心雕龙》中。对《诗经》,刘勰一方面充分肯定其作为儒家经典的重要性;另一方面,他又着眼文学创作而将其还原为诗歌创作的成功和典范之作,进而总结出文学创作的根本规律:以情为本,文辞尽情。对"楚辞",刘勰一方面着力澄清汉代以来以经立论的楚辞观,同样还原其作为文学作品的本来面目;另一方面则强调其"笼罩雅颂"的"惊采绝艳"之美,从而要求文学创作"酌奇而不失其贞,玩华而不坠其实"。     

Shadow economy,corruption and public debt in Spain

The aim of this paper is to study the relationship between the shadow economy and corruption as determinants of public debt in the Spanish Autonomous Communities. In addition, we construct a Corruption Perception Index for those regions. Our data constitute panel data for the period 2000–2012. The results show that the volume of the shadow economy has a significant and positive impact on regional public debt. Corruption also shows a direct and significant relationship with public debt in the Autonomous Communities, although its impact is lower than that of the shadow economy. We extract some implications for the public authorities.

严可均《全汉文》《全后汉文》辑录汉赋之贡献

严可均《全汉文》《全后汉文》辑录汉赋作品多达75家,258篇,远远超过此前李鸿的《赋苑》和陈元龙的《历代赋汇》,并且所辑各赋内容完备,考校精详,备载出处,编排有序,还提供了作家小传等方面的资料。这是我国古代汉赋编录史上的集大成之作,至今仍有很高的参考价值。     

我国自嘲杂赋的源头

西汉东方朔的《答客难》,被认为是最早的文人以自嘲方式写的诙谐杂赋,而《答客难》的源头是宋玉《对楚王问》。本文认为,《对楚王问》没有愤世嫉俗之情,没有诙谐解嘲之意,与《答客难》风格迥异。而《荀子》的《为说者曰》以嘲讽的口吻表明孔子之时与荀子之时政治环境的不同,感情异常激动,愤世嫉俗之情溢于言外,形式上是以四言韵语为主的赋体,是自我解嘲这一体文章的直接源头。
