独生子女规模估算及其对政府奖励性支出的影响——以苏州市为例

本文将抽样调查资料与人口普查资料相结合,利用多种统计方法、多方案推算苏州市独生子女存量规模以及未来各年数量,并据此测算了未来各年政府可能的配套奖励性支出。研究结果表明：独生子女大规模进入婚育年龄将势必引起政策生育率的上升,未来各年政府用于独生子女家庭及其父母养老等计划生育政策奖励性支出将逐年增加．财政负担日益加重。建议政府对计划生育配套奖励政策适时进行调整,由现行的提供物质奖励向提供优质服务和社会保障转变。     

GaN晶片的CMP加工工艺研究

研究了GaN晶片的化学机械抛光(CMP)工艺,分析了在CMP加工工艺过程中对GaN晶片表面质量所产生的影响。实验采用质量分数30%的H2O2溶液与铁经过Fenton化学反应20 min后作为抛光液,并分别利用2种不同磨粒粒度W5和W0.5对晶片表面抛光,对不同工艺参数加工后的晶片表面进行测试分析,并推测加工过程中晶片表面可能发生的化学反应。     

An Exploratory Study on Psychosocial Variables of Single Parent Involvement in Education

Despite the proliferation of studies on parent involvement, few have specifically examined the psychosocial variables of single parent involvement. In this qualitative study, ten single mothers with children in the first two years of primary school were interviewed to explore psychosocial variables of their involvement in education. Financial assistance, personal resilience and support from loved ones especially grandparents supported their involvement. The lack of time to provide supervision due to long hours spent at work, low wages, difficulties with quality supervision of children's homework and grandparents' differences in disciplinary practices prevented their involvement. Implications for school-community-family partnerships were discussed.     

Order statistics from the linear-exponential distribution,part I: increasing hazard rate case

For the linear-exponential distribution with increasing hazard rate, exact and explicit expressions for means, product moments and percentage points of order statistics are obtained. Some recurrence relations for both single and product moments of order statistics are also derived. These recurrence relations would enable one to obtain all the higher order moments of order statistics for all sample sizes from those of the lower order     

One-machine scheduling to minimize mean tardiness with minimum number tardy

In this paper the one-machine scheduling problem with the objective of minimizing the mean tardiness subject to maintaining a prescribed number of tardy jobs is analysed. An algorithm for solving this problem is presented. It is proved that the schedule generated by the proposed algorithm is indeed optimal.     

对地名标识“单一罗马化”普适性的考察

文章分别从布迪厄关于社会文化的＂符号暴力＂与＂惯习＂理论,以及翻译目的论的角度考察了地名的功能与价值和地名标识＂单一罗马化＂原则的普遍适应性;针对我国各地城市中英文地名标识各行其道,互不统一的现象,分析论证了我国城市公交英文报站中的站名标识应主要遵循＂音意结合＂的原则。最后基于实例分析对城市公交站名的拼音与英文标识进行细致分类并分别提出可行化对策。     

基于单片机AT89C51的全自动变频恒压供水系统

介绍了一种新型的变频恒压供水系统.该系统根据供水管网的用水情况,调整水泵投入台数及转速,实行全自动恒压供水,达到高效节能的目的;其水泵用变频器软启动,对电网无冲击,能延长水泵的使用寿命.     

SoC软硬件协同技术的FPGA芯片测试新方法

针对传统的基于纯硬件平台的FPGA芯片测试方法所存在的种种问题,提出并验证了一种基于软硬件协同技术的FPGA芯片测试方法。该方法引入了软件的灵活性与可观测性等软件技术优势,具有存储深度大、可测I/O管脚数目多、自动完成配置下载(不需人工干预)和自动定位FPGA中的错误等优点,提高了FPGA的测试速度和可靠性,并降低了测试成本,与传统的自动测试仪(ATE)相比有较高的性价比。采用软硬件协同方式针对Xilinx4010的I/O单元进行了测试,实现了对FPGA芯片的自动反复配置、测试和错误定位。
